The garage is apparently run by a young and a middle aged guy. The young guy is okay in dealing but the middle aged guy was rude and aggressive in behavior. No customer service. Charged 30$ each just to change two air filters which normally other garages change for free along with other jobs. Oil change charges 70$. When I said the charges were high, the old guy rudely said next time go to them who charge less. Very bad experience. It was my first time. Took the car to this garage just as it is close to my residence. Ethically, I should get reimbursed for the 60$ for filter replacement.

I highly recommend this place. Kevin and Scott are two of the most honest capable people I know. Kevin won me over over 15 years ago when he was with another company. I was told I needed some major repairs why another midsize repair place. I was referred over to Kevin I went over there he looked at the vehicle put it up on the hoist came back in and goes you crazy nothing wrong I ain't taking no money. It's now 15 years later and I use them not only for all my personal vehicles but my families and friends as well as my business vehicles. Very fair and pricing very good and honesty. I'm grateful that I found him many years ago and so grateful to be able to use them today and will continue tomorrow. Thank you Kevin thank you Scott.

I love this place!! I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they let me know that I needed $180 in extra work done in which Golden Auto Tech charged me only $80 for. Unlike some of the other comments mentioned, this place is HONEST, genuine, and quick. They are straightforward with you and they don't try to scam you into fixing other parts that aren't necessary. I will refer friends and family to this place because of their work. I DO NOT NOT NOT recommend Golden Auto. I was in a pinch when my car died on the highway and made the horrible decision to get it towed there. I was told my car needed one fuel pump, but since they were going to have the fuel tanks out, that it might be a good idea to do the second fuel pump while they were at it. That made sense to me so I agreed and asked them to change them both.I was first told it would take 3 weeks to get the part and once received, about 11 hours to fix the car. However, two days later they called and said they miraculously found the part, and 5 hours later my car was fixed. My car was running again, (hence the two stars) but I was still very suspicious the way it all went down so I decided to jack it up and look under it myself, (I work on my cars myself sometimes so I know enough of how it works and what they were supposed to do). In order to change both fuel pumps, they would have had to remove both fuel tanks. However, after looking under the car and taking very good pictures, it was clear the second fuel tank was NEVER REMOVED. THEY UPSOLD ME TO DO $900 OF MORE WORK AND DIDN"T PERFORM THE WORK. THIS IS FRAUD.They also attempted to continually remind me they 'saved me money' by checking my battery after I repeatedly told them it was just dead from blinking on the highway for hours waiting for the tow. Icing on the cake and really just annoying. I do not recommend this place by any means.

golden Auto provides excellent workmanship and trustworthy mechanics that do the job correctly and are thoughtful to the customer service experience. from a simple oil change to the unthinkable a massive right side damage golden Auto provided seamless service from the initial night of the accident to the day I picked it upthey were informative and always responded quickly to any questions or updates along with the fact that they were my advocates in dealing with the insurance adjusters on my behalf. Thank you to everyone at Golden Auto for quality work and a pleasant customer experience.

I drove all the way from the city to this shop and it was definitely worth it. They are efficient and friendly and don t try to gouge you with pricing. They ve definitely made me a loyal customer!

Got the emergency phone call in a terrible snowstorm from my wife stuck on Interstate 294 with two flat tires. Golden Auto was the closest repair shop so I called - they said bring it in, they squeezed me into a pretty busy shop, did the repairs, charged a fair price, got me on the road quickly. Was a bit nervous when I pulled in, looked a little sketchy from the outside - and I was in no position to negotiate anything, feared they would hold me up for ransom, but nothing of the sort. Fair, fast, friendly, professional, solved my problem, and I drove away satisfied.

Friendly staff and a very relaxed atmosphere. When I was there, a lot of people just walked in and out and greeted the staff like family. They work quickly and even explained and showed me how things were going. Very happy I brought my car into Golden Auto.

I give it no stars if i could.Worst place to get work done on my car. The owner is a criminal. He charged me for premium pads and rotors on my brakes $600. Just the front. He told it cost so much because they dont rust. I have rust on my brake rotors. He replaced a wheel bearing on my car 3 months ago. Cost $350. Had to get them replaced again today.He told me he didn't do the job on my bearing to begin with. He charged another $170. To fix it again. I asked him what about your warranty. He said he doesnt warranty anything and laughed.He says if I paid by cash he would give me a discount. I told him I rather pay with my credit card so I have proof this time he fixed it. The owner refused to give me a receipt. Let my lose of time and money be a warning to others.

Just picked up my mothers Lexus Rx330. Alignment problems, part of the bumper that they fixed is coming undone. Took it to a mechanic..after taking it to a mechanic .

I remember when I called them for break job, Kevin answer the phone. I ask them if they can do my breaks and they did it in a short notice. They where quick and professionals. I m still going there and I won t trust anyone with my vehicles.
