It was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. They were alll so amazing. The salesman Bob Berguson and Salina treated me like family and the finance team were very professional and courteous to me. They did everything they could to assist me in choosing the car of my choice and were very patient with me. I will ONLY go to Lexus and that dealership for my cars. I recommend them to anyone who is seeking a car.

I had a great experience ; in buying process, I spent 99% of my time with David B . ; he is a great salesman .Added review :Well I rated them 5 in buying experience . Here is my experience when i had to sell my car which was only 3400 miles driven and I had to leave the countryWhile selling , DO NOT tell them your personal situation. They are heartless and won t lose a chance to bully you to sell at lower price .Also DO NOT trust their words / quotes on phone - they are sweetest- go to multiple dealerships if you have time .1) I emailed the person I bought from and transparently described my situation that I have to sell because I am leaving country and I have around 3400 miles2) the person connected me with an agent who was super nice and quoted me 560003) Once I reached , he asked me personal questions to gain understanding of my flight4) once he realized I have to sell in a limited time , he said 53000 , on which I disagreed and asked me that he quoted 56000 and now I don t have time5) He furthermore called me a Pakistani ( just because I have a beard ) and also asked me to collect check next day to make it more difficult ( because I had a disagreement )6) while pick up check he declined my calls ; while getting quote he called me 5 times

I have gone to fields Lexus to service my car ever since moving back to the area. They have been very nice and professional to work with. Their remodeled showroom is spectacular and even offer some food during breakfast and lunch hours, along with an array of snacks and drinks if you choose to wait while getting your car serviced. I recommend using them, and feel like their staff are not pushy, but provide honest education and freedoms to chose when compared to other area dealers.

I was left with a great and pleasant impression after this Lexus dealership. True professionals and very nice people work here.Unfortunately, my plans have changed, and I've decided to wait for some time before next version of Lexus I want comes out.I felt uncomfortable having taken up dealership staff s time, but I was pleased that they calmly accepted my refusal.Many people know how hard it is to refrain from making a purchase. Therefore, I will return to them as soon my dream car is released, and I will also recommend this dealership to my friends and colleagues. Lexus is the best.

I recently purchased a certified Lexus from Keith Tennyson, what a great salesman. Keith bent over backwards to make sure I found just the right car for me. Next I met with Mauricio in the Finance Department, again a very professional experience, he could not be nicer.I then contacted my go to Service Advisor, Jesse Quintana, to inquire about having door guards installed before I picked up my car. Of course Jesse made sure that these guards were ordered and installed prior to my pick up. I always know Jesse will take care of me like family, and now I can add Keith and Mauricio to my go to Field s Family!I cannot say enough accolades about these 3 gentlemen.You can bet I will be back to see Jesse for all my vehicle services and to Keith and Mauricio whenever I am in the Market for a new Lexus. This was the easiest new car buying process I ever experienced. I worked with Nate Boma and test drove several models before I made up my mind on the specific model I wanted to purchase. He was always on point, knowledgeable and provided excellent sales support. Once I selected the 2024 RX350h Premium +, we placed an allocation and was expecting to wait almost 2 months and it showed up in 4 weeks. The paperwork was simple and no senseless packages to add on. Staff was friendly and professional, Mauricio came in on his day off to finish the paperwork. Love the soup and sandwich perks. Highly Recommend Fields!

Great service! I was able to wait in their new lounge area with a complementary breakfast. The service representative walked over to tell me what was wrong with the car and then I decided to fix it and they were very helpful, efficient and quick. Plus the fact that I had a nice space to work while I waited.

My appointment was at 4 pm. I showed up at 3 minutes to 4 and was immediately called to fill out paperwork. No delays. The work was done meeting highest standards. Everything done on time. I was informed at anytime on the progress. Overall it was an excellent experience. Highly recommended

First off I wanted to say this is one of the most professional, well established dealership I have ever been to. I came in looking for a car not knowing if I wanted to make my decision on the vehicle I saw online but, Michael Kim really helped me out and did everything he could to get me the best deal on the car. Mauricio Morales was also very professional and patient with explaining warranties and breaking down what exactly were paying for. Once again, by far one of the best and most reliable dealerships in the area. I would highly recommend this place.

This is the place to go to do business with whether you re purchasing a used or new car. The dealership is clean, accommodating and has a luxurious feel to it. They have a wonderful cafe and coffee/snack bar inside, complimentary wifi, clean bathrooms with baby changing table and comfortable seating options.They service station here is prompt and has good communication as well.Every employee I came into contact with was polite and friendly which that kind of consistency in an organization is hard to come by. We had the pleasure of working with David B. He was thorough, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He didn t make us feel pressured, made the whole process smooth and was quick to find resolutions.This was our first test drive when looking for a new car and it sealed the deal quickly. 10/10 recommend this dealership and David as your point person. Absolutely the most stress-free car buying experience of my life. Big props to the dream team at Fields Lexus Glenview. Dan H went above and beyond, allowing me to test drive the IS500 three times, never once pushing, and honestly, I ve gained a friend in him. Mauricio made the finance part seamless and fair, a refreshing change from past experiences. And Tony, the manager, couldn t have been more equitable during negotiations.I m head over heels for my IS500. What really distinguishes this experience, though, is the genuine connection. These folks aren t just salespeople; they re genuine, grounded individuals who treat you like family.For anyone considering a Lexus, look no further. Fields Lexus Glenview has utterly raised the bar. From the initial phone call to the delivery, Bob Borgeson was a pleasure to work with. He's very straightforward, and easy to work with. He'll deliver exceptional customer service and is excellent in his communication.Mauricio in finance was also a very pleasant individual, NOT pushy. This is my first luxury car, and I must say it was also a luxury experience! The whole staff treated me not only as a purchasing customer, but they kept using the term family. I have never had such a welcoming experience from any other car purchase before, or any other major purchase at that! They made me confident in my purchase and beyond happy that I chose them. My sales man Mr Caputo was beyond friendly. The finance manager actually made the paperwork part non painful. This whole process took only about 1.5 hours, from coming in to driving away with my new 2023 RX. I will definitely be coming back for my maintenance, future car purchases, and to probably learn more secrets with my car tech. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible!!!!Update: I bought my car almost a year ago, still amazing as the day I drove it off the lot. I have been back at the service department for my regular maintenance and I can t even put it all in here, but let me just say that they treat you beyond amazing they are fast, and if you re waiting you are offered to go and get some food from their cafe. All the staff treat you with respect, plus they are dog friendly!!! We love to bring our Pomeranian and he loves all the attention! I am so happy with my choice and will be sticking with fields Lexus for my future purchases.

Once again I had the wonderful experience of taking my Lexus in for a repair to a wheel and tire damage that I caused.My Maintenance Rep Kevin was great to deal with. He set me up with a loaner and was very helpful throughout the entire process.I also want to thank my Sales Rep Keith T.for suggesting I take the wheel and tire protection with my new car. I walked out of there with a new wheel and tire that cost me nothing. The Fields Lexus Family are great people to deal with and I plan on staying with them till I turn in my drivers license!

A true car buying experience. Test drove a wonderful vehicle and I was very interested. The usually dreadful process was very simple. I was given a reasonable price, I arranged payment. It was that simple! They didn t try to sneak in junk fees and we didn t have to haggle on a fair price. Bob was easy to speak with and everyone was amazing!! They allowed the cars to sell themselves and they sprinkled in customer service.Only flaw was when I first reached out I received text messages. When I tried to reply my text would not go through. My phone worked fine so I assume there s something wrong with their system. I m not sure if it went through on their end but it was confusing.

I was very pleased during my recent service visit to Fields Lexus of Glenview. Upon pulling into the service bay, I was warmly greeted by Abe, a tire service advisor. He let me know that he would be conducting a manual, visual inspection of my tires - measure tread wear and checking for damage from potholes. This is a new service, whereas previously, the car would be driven over a sensor to measure tread wear. He also let me know of the spring tire specials.My service advisor Malinda also greeted me warmly and answered all my questions and concerns. I appreciated her explaining all the services that would be included in my vist. She is very knowledgeable and great in providing explainations in easy-to-understand terms. She is also prompt in letting me know the status of my vehicle.When I went to the cashier to ask for the manager, Anastasia; to let her know of the great service I had received, Cindy and Haider greeted me warmly and offered to assist.When I went to my vehicle to transfer some belongings to my loaner, my service technician Mike L. came to greet me and asked me a few more questions about my concerns so he could better understand the issue and provided some insight on how the issues might be resolved. It is this level of care, that keeps me coming back to Fields Lexus of Glenview for service.As I was transfering my belongings, the porter, Rodrigo offered to assist me, unprompted. Once again, I was impressed with the culture of service and helpfulness.I would be remiss if I did not mention Julie, the service coordinator who was my first interaction when calling to set up the service appointment. She remembered me from when she assisted me previously, and greeted me cheerfully. Whenever I am speaking with her on the phone, I can "hear" the smile on the other end. She is efficient in setting up appointments an knowledgable in answering quesitons about service options.In speaking with the service director, Anastasia to let her know of my great experience, I could tell that she really cares about providing a top-notch customer experience by looking at things through the customer's eyes. Between her and the service manager, Jeff; Fields Lexus Glenview really prioritizes providing excellent service and creating a culture that puts customers at ease. Great service, as well as good specials and pricing are why I will continue to bring my vehicle to Fields Lexus of Glenview.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your dealership in regards to my family member vehicle's warranty. She recently brought her car in for repair under warranty, only to be informed that she would have to pay an additional cost for the necessary repairs.She purchased her brand new vehicle with the understanding that any necessary repairs covered under the warranty would be taken care of at no additional cost. It is unacceptable that she is now being asked to pay out of pocket for repairs that should be covered under warranty. Instead of asking for addition cost how about doing what s right by the customer and honoring the warranty in place.

Very nice and relaxing. The car battery was in its 5th year of life. It needed to be replaced soon. Work was performed well and quickly.The dealership has been extensively remodeled. Nice interior, customers waiting room is open to the sales area. Surprisingly it had a good effect on me. Good work by the architect and the owner.

I am very upset with the service at this service. Malinda was rude to me in correspondence and could not explain to me what the charge was for, although when I purchased the car I purchased all the necessary insurance for the service. Unfortunately, you have lost a regular customer. I do not recommend the service at this dealership
