I ve been a customer for several years and they always do a great job in a timely manner. I trust them with both our cars. Thomas does a great explaining stuff that he thinks should be done but isn t pushy. Definitely recommended!

C & M has gone above and beyond in taking care of our car. Not only has Rich done an amazing job with repairs and providing a loaner, but he has shown great compassion and customer service during a difficult health crisis. Their prices are excellent too. You can be sure they are honest.

Have used C&M for many years. Brought my car in for service. I was a little apprehensive since ownership has changed.However, I was very happy with the service. In particular, communications were clear, accurate, and considerate.

They were fantastic and fair fixing my brakes! They also have a courtesy shuttle to pick you up and drop you off if needed which was so helpful and the driver could not have been nicer!

Fast, friendly service. Professional. We had to return to Utah the next day. One tire was leaking air. Tire repaired in minutes, and no problems driving to Cedar City.Service: TiresService: Tires

A loaner.was not available but they drove me to and from work. 15 minutes each way.The new rear shocks are great. No more rear end jittering across the road on bumpy turns, and going over tracks no longer multiple after-bounces.

Only positive experiences at C&M. Great staff. At "other" dealerships I feel embarrassed to ask about certain items. Recently C&M did an oil change on my car, said it would take 1 hour if I stayed, but they were finished in 40 minutes. Price was reasonable, staff was friendly and competent, I definitely plan on coming back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Outstanding service and staff! I took the car in for a check tire light and an oil change and they were able to identify a couple other items that needed attending to. They were very gracious to provide a loaner car which helped me get through the rest of my day without worry. Communication regarding repairs and cost were excellent. OIl change and repairs were all done in a timely manner with fair pricing. Best staff and quality work. I highly recommend C&M Auto. We have been using C&M for all of our cars for 35 years and have always trusted what they ve told us. I think because of this, we never had a car break down, and somehow made it through 3 teenage boys and their cars, without anybody getting stranded! They have always been honest, thorough, responsive and fair. We recently took my dad s 2009 Cadillac to them asking for an oil change and evaluation as to whether to keep the car... which we wanted to do. My dad had passed away and we told them we were planning to transport it to Florida and my sister there would drive it locally. They did the necessary work and reported there was a bit of an oil leak. I really appreciated that rather than suggesting what could have been an expensive repair, they suggested we monitor it. Thoughtful, honest, and kind. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!

The staff and service at C & M is exceptional! I ve been there twice for various services and they were able to help me with issues I was having with my BMW M6. Miguel (the mechanic) does EXCELLENT work if you have a foreign vehicle. They are my new Go-To for my car! They have complimentary loaner car service and they actually communicate with you during your vehicle service. People that work here are absolutely phenomenal. I don't live in the area but I was there for work and had a tire emergency. They didn't try to sell me a new tire I didn't need like another shop in the area tried; they told me my tire could be fixed. I didn't have to wait even though I didn't have an advanced appointment. It took them only about 20 minutes. I enjoyed friendly professional service and their help. Saved my tire, my day, and my wallet.Highly recommended business!!Service: Tires

Love using C & M. They are excellent with servicing my car from routine to trouble. They always diagnose a problem even when my descriptions defy the ability to understand what I am saying!Prices are very reasonable. Work done on time and well. When I need a ride or a loaner it is always available. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them. You won t be disappointed!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been to C&M several times for maintenance and mechanical work. Each time both Mark and Deanna have been amazing! They've been transparent about recommendations and truly operate in the best interest of their customers. Their warranty on labor and parts are unlike any other auto mechanic. I have a Hummer H1with a Diesel engine. I called several mechanics and every shop I called would reluctantly say, we can take a look at it and see what we can do(and they would say it with no confidence) or would say no we do not service that truck.I than call C&M and with utmost confidence they said, yes bring it in we can fix it, depending on parts that may be needed.I dropped it off and the service rep took a quick look at it and said, ya we got this, parts may take a while to get in, but they were very confident they could fix it.A week and a half later my car was ready to be picked up.They will even drop you off and pick you up.Thank you

I so much appreciated the fact that they didn t try to find something wrong with my car. I did not go to the car dealer because they always found something else needed to be done. I was recommended C&M by a friend and I was so pleased with their work. This is my 5th visit with them and each time they never fail to meet the high standards they set from visit 1. They fully inspect every time regardless of what I brought it in for and highlight necessary and urgent and inform what can wait for next time. Love their loyalty scheme which paid for my oil change this time around and the wash certificate is a nice touch. Great team, super friendly and very professional.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I was driving north on the Tri-State and noticed one of my tires was at 10lbs. I stop at the Oasis to air it up, but it was still leaking air badly. I pulled off and googled tire repair shops and went to two of them. One couldn t helped me and referred me to another one that said it would take 2 hours. I had an appointment at Great Lakes Naval base that I could not miss. I googled again and found this gem 5 min away. They fixed it in the spot, thanked me for my service and got me back on the road. Their costumer service was so great. Highly recommend.

Received the usual excellent service in identifying the problems in my new-to-me vehicle and doing high quality repairs. The diagnosis with an older vehicle isn't always good news but C&M has handled every problem my vehicle presents fairly and completely. The folks at C&M are great! They have timely communication and are just really nice and very thorough. I like the loaner cars, they are SOLID and always clean. We have been customers for a while now, ever since they moved to Milwaukee Ave, and I trust them with my cars 100%.

Just had my brakes done on my 2017 Jeep SRT.I had front and rear done and I saved hundreds of dollars compared to the dealer price!It was perfectly done AND I had it detailed as well on the same visit! My car drives and looks amazing! Thank you C & M for an excellent job!!Did I mention they have free loaners too!!!

You hear so often of bad workmanship and unprofessional service that having my car serviced (again, I've used them before) was like a return to a world of civility, kindness and honesty. Not only did they do an excellent job with the repairs, their communications were timely, professional, and informative. I don't even have enough good words to say as to how highly I would reccommend them.
