I had a great experience. It was my first time going to the Bredemann Ford Services and Parts. I bought my car from the same location about 6 months ago and they did a great job as well. In conclusion, I d say Bredemann Glenview is my favorite Ford location in Illinois.

Ive been searching around for a dealer that can I can trust to take car of my truck come sevice time. I've had so many bad experiences in the past, but Dan Owens really set my mind at ease from the get go. Communication was great and I got the sense that my truck was going to be treated with respect. Would definitely recommend.

I brought my 2014 Ford CMAX into Bredemann Ford in Glenview, IL to fix anexhaust-type smell intermittently coming into the cabin. I'd been drivingwith the windows down, afraid the smell might be dangerous. Dave Futchko inService, went a long way to find the cause! Since it wasn't constant, itwasn't easy, and I appreciated Dave gave me 30 days to return withoutadditional diagnostic charge if the smell continued. The second time the carwas in for the smell, one of the techs noticed the dip stick wasn't seatedproperly and guessed oil occasionally splattering onto the hot engine mightbe the cause. (I'd had the oil changed a few weeks prior at a tire shop, notat Ford!)Even after we were pretty certain the dipstick was the issue, Dave offeredto hold onto my car to retest over a few days to make sure. Before releasingit to me, he took it for one final test drive himself. Although the solutionwas simple, finding the problem wasn't and I appreciated his thoroughnessand caring to make sure all was okay!

Gus is the best!!!! He is kind, friendly and most importantly trustworthy! Gus is the reason I come to Bredemann Ford! Gus will go out of his way to make things work for me.Ed in parts and Liz who answers the phone are very kind and polite!
