Chester Gilbert was our sales representative and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable as he took care of our concerns. The process was quicker than we expected and seemed to flow with all the team members at ford as we finished our process. We are sure that all reps provide great service at ford but we guarantee great service with Chester Gilbert. Thanks for your service which you provided as I am sure my wife will enjoy her Valentines gift.

Steve was great to work with!! We found a car online, and he was willing to come in on his day off to help us. He was kind, understanding, and transparent throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend him. As a decently new person to the whole car buying experience, we felt taken care of and heard from start to finish.

We worked with Rick Serrano and was amazing! We were recently in the market for a new car and feeling a bit overwhelmed by the whole process, but Rick made it a breeze.He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the features and answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. I actually had a great experience here! Josh was the sales representative and he made my purchase easier and more exciting. The process was smooth and staff were all professional!Kevin in finance explained everything in detail which I loved and he was absolutely friendly and detail oriented.David as well was very welcoming.I will not hesitate to recommend Bredemann Ford in Glenview.

I recently had a great new car sales experience with Bredemann Ford. Steve Roth did a phenomenal job with the ordering, sales and delivery process on a 2022 Mach-E. As soon as the 2022 order book opened, Steve and I agreed on a price and signed a sales contract. Steve contacted me as soon as the vehicle arrived to coordinate the delivery. Steve was attentive to my needs, thoroughly covered all the prep work required and did a great job creating a pleasant experience for my wife and I. Despite Ford increasing the vehicle price during the 10 month waiting period, Steve extended the agreed-to price and offered a fair value for my trade. I would highly recommend Steve and would be thrilled to purchase another Ford vehicle from him again.

Purchased my long gone F150 from Bredemann so came to see if they could help me years later re: my Escape search. Worked with Steve Roth who was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, helped me explore other possibilities without going much outside my $ lane. In short, he was pretty amazing ... I want to thank Steve for his no pressure approach ... and even my daughter noted that he seemed to want what was best for us rather than simply to make a sale. I highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. Yep, good guy for any potential buyer to work with!

This is the best dealership to visit if you live in the Chicagoland area and need a Ford vehicle. Please do not waste your time with others, trust me.Ask for Steve Roth. Very honest, professional, and customer-oriented individual.No gimmicks, straightforward communication.The process was smooth and easy when it came time to order and pick up my car. After spending a Saturday afternoon trying to buy a Mustang Mach-E at another dealer that came up with a $15k upcharge at the last minute, I decided to give Bredemann a try. From beginning to end I felt like they respected me and my time. Every aspect of the transaction was clear and they honored the price posted online. Came home with my 2021 Ford Escape today! Steve Roth helped me through the whole process and was great! From the first time I spoke with him over the phone he let me know that I was looking for a hard car to find right now but in under a week he had 2 options. I was not able to get out to him right away to see the car but he arranged and 100% refundable deposit over the phone and made sure to move me along quickly to finish the deposit before anyone else. The finance team was honest and open about my trade in and walked this first time new car buyer through all the steps with ease. Thank you!! Have all ready recommended you to a few friends.

I walked into the Bredemann Ford dealership around 11 a.m. this past Saturday and drove out two hours later with a new car. Steve, the sales representative I worked with, was very knowledgable and professional. He showed me a variety of vehicles and answered all my questions. I had been searching for a reliable third row suv for months before a friend had highly recommended checking out Bredemann Ford for a Ford Explorer. I worked with Danny Sakolsky and his manager on my purchase of my Mustang Mach-E First Edition and the trade-in of my 2017 Explorer. Truly the smoothest car purchase experience I have ever had and probably the most beautiful car I've ever had. Ford has a winner on its hands with this amazing electric vehicle. Maybe part of the reason it went so smoothly was that I had already ordered my vehicle directly from Ford and was leveraging X-Plan, but I never felt any pressure to buy anything I did not want/need and the experience with my trade-in appraisal was fair. Overall, the experience with Bredemann Ford was great and made me happy to have chosen them over some of the dealerships closer to where I live.

I worked with John Lee & he was absolutely fantastic! He made the entire process go very smoothly and was incredibly helpful throughout it. He even met me on his day off which was really nice of him and shows just how dedicated he is towards customer satisfaction.I called in to purchase a 2020 Ford Escape and John already had it pulled up front for me when I arrived. We went out on a nice test drive and he explained all the details about the vehicle and answered every question I had. He also refueled the vehicle and had it ready to go for me when it was time to drive it home.On top of that, my particular situation involving a trade in was a little complicated, and the entire team worked hard to accommodate me. I really appreciate the fantastic service that I received at Bredemann Ford!
