I was in need of a vehicle as my daughters had broke down and I passed my car on to her. Tommy was more than helpful with the process. I love my Ford Escape. The deal was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend checking these guys out if you re in the market for a vehicle. Good selection of cars and trucks very good prices. Also I was in a situation that wasn t the best for buying a car and Tommy and Eric went way way way above and beyond to help with that and get it done for me. Super happy with the entire process and next time I m in the market they will be my first stop. Thank you guys again!!!!

I bought a car here 10 months ago and still don't have a title. They cashed the check from my bank and they still have not transferred the title. Myself and the bank have been trying to reach them for months now and they have been unresponsive. Tommy won't return calls and the staff give lame excuses like "FedEx lost a bunch of our titles" or "a bunch of titles just went through". I paid for the car, i paid the bogus fees. Trusted needs to file the paperwork and transfer the title!! This is not the way to do business!!! I've filed a complaint with the SOS police department, hopefully this gets resolved. Will post updates.

Absolutely fantastic staff, very friendly and zero pressure to buy. Let me look at the car as long as I wanted, both inside their building and outside in the sunlight. The car I purchased was exactly as they had it listed on the web site, no hidden body damage or mechanical issues.

This place is awesome i went this past Monday to buy a beautiful Cadillac xts from them and the staff was great the car was well maintained by them as well as all the past records of maintenance was given to me. The salesmen were very patient and helpful every issue i had with small things with the car they addressed and repaired immediately . Lilliana was very responsive with every question i had about the car Tim adjusted different things i had a concern with and I noticed i didn t have my wheel locks key in the vehicle Tommy got it repaired right away with no questions asked i will definitely but my next or future vehicles from here if the one i want is available but now it s 3 months later n whoever was supposed to submit my plates hasn t done so n my temp tag is about to expire everyone that I call I m always sent to voicemail just please people do your homework before buying from anyone

I purchased a vehicle here and had a minor concern with the but the owner made it right. Almost a month later and the car isn't starting. Now that I own it I'm hoping it's just a battery. If it's more than that I'll update this review for anyone it might help when deciding to purchase.

My experience with trusted auto brokers could not have gone better. I am thrilled beyond words with the process the price and the car that I received this past week. I am giving them 5 stars and would do it again if I could because of their honesty, their ethics and their professionalism. Special thanks to both Tim and Eric. I will be back when it's time for another car. And I've already told my friends when it's time for their car purchases. I have never left a review for a car purchase experience till now. It was that good.

CHEATERS! Do not purchase any vehicle from them. Personal experience I purchased an AUDI A7 from them it already has a check engine light after a few weeks. No proper paperwork was given about maintenance work done on car. KHUSH is the person who handles all the service and is very irresponsible guy doesn't reply back ever only time he is ever gonna reach out to you is when he needs something from you to sell the car. I have been trying to reach out to him since a month, Horrible experience. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Wish I could give 0 stars.

These guys are awesome! Everyone here is great at what they do. They did everything they possibly could to get me the right price on the perfect car for me! Absolutely stellar service. I went here today having scheduled a meeting to look at a vehicle. Wonderful service! I told Erick, the gentleman who helped with the purchasing process, that I was on a time crunch and that I needed to be in and out in less than two hours. I was able to go through the process of financing the car as well as thoroughly looking at and driving the car in that time period. Erick was super patient, kind, and helpful. I talked to him on the phone twice and saw him once in person. He is very attentive and does a great job at answering and getting back to you. The rest of the staff, though I didn't work with them, were amazing as well! The place had a very good energy to it. Everything was clean and orderly and the cars in their garage looked up to spec. I would recommend this place to family and friends, which really does say something. They also took off some of the price for me, which was very generous!

What a fantastic experience at Trusted Auto Brokers. I was in the market for a Lincoln MKX and saw one on their site. The photos looked good and so I went out to see it and it looked better in person. Eric helped me and was focused on answering my questions and making sure the truck was the right one for me. There was no pressure on his side and he let me take my time at the end of the day to go over the entire vehicle. Test drive went well and I felt comfortable with doing the deal right at that time. Their inventory was unique and the cars looked be be in really good shape. You can tell they are not like some smaller dealers who stock junk trade in cars with problems and rust. In the next 2 years I will again be in the market for another car and will definitely check them out first.

I purchased a 2003 Toyota Sienna from Trusted Auto Brokers a month ago. My friend went to pick it up and looked it over. He said it looked like a lot had been replaced except the control arms, which he said was strange. He also noticed one of the sliding door handles was broken, along with a few other minor issues. He asked to decrease the price by $500 to account for these issues. The manager refused the discount, saying the mechanic reported it was in great condition. They did say they would send a replacement door handle in the mail (they did not). My friend trusted the dealership that it was not an immediate issue and drove it a thousand miles back. I took the van to my local mechanic, who told me she had never seen control arms so bad, that they had almost completely separated, and needed to be replaced immediately. She said this is a huge safety risk, that my friend could have easily been seriously injured or even killed had the control arms failed on his long drive home. I attempted to contact the dealer several time by phone and email and have received no response. Because of the extreme safety risk of this situation it is important that others be aware. Due to their lack of communication I have to assume they knowingly sold me a vehicle with a serious safety problem.I am sad to leave this review as one star because everyone was very nice to me during the buying process, but this experience makes me feel that the dealer does not take care to disclose actual issues with the vehicles they are selling, even potentially deadly ones.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I bought a Chrysler 300s from them in October 5 days before my birthday!! I bought the car because the truck that I previously purchased was broken down. I explained to Erick that I have 3 children who I need to be safe everyday. He assured me that the Chrysler was in good condition and safe for the kids. As soon as I drove off the lot the engine light and all wheel drive light came on. I tried to "kill the deal" and Tommy would not allow it (knowing they sold me a car that needs a lot of work) I returned the car a couple of days later for them to fix.. 4 days into them having it the mechanic they work with crashed my chrysler. Erick claimed he was not aware. The only reason I found out was because the insurance called me. So I bought my car oct 21, gave it back to them on the 26 and did not get it back until dec 10.!!! DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM!! They do not care about the safety of the drivers all they care about is the money!! On Dec 10 they returned the car STILL NOT fixed. The brakes needed work & two days after that the engine light came back on!! The service all wheel drive came back on as well in the middle of me driving with ALL my kids in the car. The vehicle would not go faster than 3mps in a 50mph!!! I took the vehicle to Carmax to see how much they would give me. The chrysler is now worth $7000 and i owe $18,000!! Thanks to them crashing it. Now im in a hole. I dont have the money to fix the car which was why i went to finance one!! Now the car is just parked not able to drive!! They are not good people dont bring your business to them!!

I was trying to sell my car and reached out to Trusted Auto Brokers (Tim) and he immediately called me and asked for few details and more importantly the price I was looking for. I explained my expectation and he carefully understood those and told me that he will run with his buyers and update me. He called me back with interested dealer and I was little bit worried that the sale price might go down or derail once I go to dealer but everything went as planned/promised and Tim did an excellent job on arranging those and making sure everything was transparent. I really enjoyed working with them and recommend others to make business with them!

We found an amazing 2014 Chevy Cruze in great condition with under 30,000 miles on it. Almost seemed to good to be true. We're almost 3 hours away in Central Illinois, so I called and spoke with Erick on the phone regarding the vehicle. Everything sounded right, so I drove up the next day, with the intent of verifying and purchasing. We took it for a test drive, all seemed in great condition. We finished the deal & paperwork in less than an hour. After getting the car home though, within a couple of hours, the Check Engine light came on. We stopped driving, other than to get the codes checked at Auto Zone. This being Saturday night, I called, expecting to get a machine, but Erick answered. I told him what happened, and he said he'd speak with the owner to figure out what they could do. Sunday didn't hear anything, but I wasn't expecting to. Before lunch on Monday, I got a call from Mike, the service head, and he said they'd make it right. He gave me options, which included driving it back up and they would take care of whatever it was, or that we could take it someplace local, and they would cover up to a limit. I chose local, took it to a Chevy dealer. They cleared the codes, and couldn't get the light to come back on. They also found a Chevy notice about a valve cover, so they replaced that, all for no charge. So I was very relieved that Trusted Auto Brokers were willing to step up and do what was right, and it all worked out well. Car has been great since, and my daughter loves it!

This is my first review in 10 years and I'm happy to post it! I had been looking online for a vehicle when I found Trusted Auto Brokers. I bought the car sight unseen and trusted that these guys were as honest as they sounded. THANK YOU to Tommy (for the video of my car and walking me through the purchase), to Tim (for guiding me to your location), and to Erick (for being so kind and honest with the final sale...and the hug!). If anyone is hesitant like I was to purchase a car without seeing it, don't be. These guys are GREAT and I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them again!

Tommy was great to work with. He bent over backwards to accommodate me and make the deal happen by long distance. His price was great and also gave me top trade-in $$ for my car. I'm extremely happy with my new ride. The whole experience was no hassle, with honesty and communication.

Looking for a used car is always filled with apprehension and anxiety. Who to trust, what to buy, budget, etc. I can not speak highly enough about the guys at Trusted Auto Brokers. If you are looking for a great used vehicle, with price ranges from $5k-$60k look no further. All vehicles were spotless, and all inventory was inside a warehouse. These guys were fantastic from the moment we called to the moment we walked out with a car for my 16 year old new driver. For all those looking for a quality used car priced fairly, look no further. I have 2 other sons that will be looking soon for their first car and no doubt we will be back. You have to eventually trust someone when it comes to used cars,; trust these guys, you won't regret it!!

Great buts issues still need to be addressed.Trusted Auto brokers are great to deal with!. I purchase my Infiniti Q50 about a month ago it did have some damage on it but everything was pointed out to me and I was made aware of. I spoke with Jose as a salesperson and I also got to meet Tommy the general manager both had great personalities and felt like very honest people to work with. I left with with a really good deal in my opinion for the amount of car I got. There was some damage on the right side mirror and there was a key missing however Jose and Tommy assured me that things will be taken care of as soon as they receive the parts. And they would contact me as soon as they received them. I am still waiting on the call. However I am sure that they will get this resolved as soon as possible. I will update this review as soon as they fixt issues.

I recently inherited a vehicle that I needed to trade in to better fit my growing family. I had narrowed down my wish list and discovered Trusted Auto Brokers online. I was hesitant about pursuing the deal because I lived 3 hrs and 2 states away however I was impressed with the reviews online and the customer service I received over the phone.I shared with them pictures and the history of my vehicle and they provided me an Instant Kelly Blue Book Offer which I found to be fair. My family and I took the risk, made the trip and it paid off! Every team member we encountered was super friendly and they were very family oriented. I found the vehicle to be accurate to how it was described and the deal to be exactly as they described over the phone.Even though the dealership is so far away, I would definitely return to future needs. This has been one of easiest and quickest used vehicle sales/purchases and it couldn't have been with nicer group of guys!

I used KBB to get the value of my used car. I was given the option of getting an instant cash offer for my car. I was contacted by Tim with Trusted Auto Brokers within 15 minutes. We negotiated the value of my SUV over the course of the day. Tim was very reasonable and fair with his offer. After agreeing to sell the SUV to Trusted Auto Brokers I was introduced to Tommy, who took care of all the paperwork and who was fantastic to work with. We were in and out of the dealership in under 30 minutes.

We had an excellent experience at Trusted Auto Brokers. We drove 2 1/2 hours to trade our car for one of theirs. On our drive home we noticed the air/heat wasn't working correctly. We called Tommy the next morning and he sent someone to our home to pick up the car, return it to his mechanic, fix the problem, and returned the car to us. All at no charge to us! We felt the service was excellent, the people we dealt with were professional and we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car!

We found Trusted Auto Brokers through the KBB website and did the instant offer. They contacted us almost immediately and were very friendly and helpful. They came out and looked over our vehicle, offered a fair price and walked us through the whole process of selling our vehicle to them. It was a great experience and we will be referring others to them.

After a couple disappointing experiences at 2 other local used car dealers I came to this location reluctant I would find a good deal. I am very pleased with my car purchase and my interaction with Jose. Right away his energy was different than the other dealerships who immediately tried to upsell me and acted as if my almost $5k was not enough to get a good car. He even worked with me when the fees took me over my budget. Good deal and a great experience. I have no regrets and I would Highly recommend to anybody who wants to deal with trust worthy people. We didn't call before we went so the car we originally wanted to look at had already sold. Jose asked our budget and showed us another car. It was slightly over what we wanted to pay but we worked together on numbers. He was very nice the entire time, never trying to upsell or overbearing. My daughter is extremely happy with her first car and the process of buying from Trusted Auto Brokers was painless.
