I read about them on line and came into the shop for minor brake repair, Not only was the job done right but also at an affordable price. They made me feel really good about being there and I highly recommend Timo's Auto Haus

These guys do incredible work. When I was new to the area, I was fortunate enough to choose this place as my first stop for an oil change. I have not stopped going back ever since and they will remain my mechanic of choice as long as I am in the area.They are very upfront when it comes to estimates. They tell me how much a job will cost and not once have I picked up my car with extra charges on the invoice. On top of everything else, everyone there is very pleasant to work with and talk to.

Timo, the owner was so nice and walked me through how to make a claim on my insurance for water damage. He gave me peace of mind and spoke to me with respect. Went if for new tires and a brakes. Awesome shop very clean and organized. Great Customer service the owner was very helpful explained in full detail about my options of tires and found the best ones for my vehicle. I have been to a few shops in the past and i have to say that this one by far is the best one. They gained my trust and i will be back for any other issues that i have. I highly recommend this place for any car. Its nice to say that there are still shops you can trust!!!

I have taken both my current and previous Acura here a few times now and Timo and his team never disappoint. This is an honest and professional shop that provides quality service. Timo is a pleasure to work with and is not in business to try to rip you off. I brought in my 2013 Honda for a regular oil change, and I left with that plus new filters and a new battery! Lonnie was my technician that day, and he was really helpful and upfront about my car with me. I had never seen what my air and cabin filters looked like. Lonnie brought them out to me in the waiting room and showed me that they were completely covered in mold. I mean top-to-bottom thick layer of mold on both of them. I was so grossed out, as I've been breathing in that air for who knows how long! Lonnie was the first technician to ever show them to me, and I'm so thankful that he did. My car still had its original battery in it, going on a little over 5 years! Timo told me the cost to replace it with a new Bosch battery, and it was exactly on par with what Advanced Auto would have charged me. I think the pricing is extremely fair for the quality of work put into the cars and the concern for those who own them. I'm not a fan of going to the dealership and getting charged an arm and a leg, so I'm happy to support a local shop with great values and great customer service. I was very pleased with my trip overall, and I plan to bring my car and my husband's car back here from now on. Thanks to Timo and Lonnie for their hard work!

excellent service, honest work at great prices. The owner Timo is such a genuinely good guy. I would only trust my vehicle with him and his team. They do NOT bs or charge extra for stuff you dont need.

Timo repaired my Cayenne Turbo and does all the work for my brother's high end cars. Straight forward with pricing, communication and repairs done right. You won't anyone better to the point I live and WI and it's worth the drive.

Great shop for your garage queen or track car. Timo does it all without the BS I've frequently found at other shops. He takes care of you and your car with regular communication and great work. Timos Autohaus is the only place that touches my cars now. Highly recommended

I took my C5 Vette for some suspension issues. The mechanic did'nt really seem to be comfortable working on a Corvette. They gave me an estimate of $2800 for shocks, tie rods and end links. I went home after paying the mandatory inspection fee they didn't tell me about of $67 (which you pay regardless if you have the work done or not) and looked up the parts online. They were charging me 75% markup on the parts and an outrageous $135 per hour labor. Needless to say I took my car somewhere else and had the work done for far less than these guys wanted. Ill drive by this place and laugh every time I go by. What a joke

I had a flat tire at work. Took the tire in and the guys took less then 5 minutes to fix it! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! By the way the owner is amazing and the shop and main office are super cool. Recommend this place to everyone.

I actually met Timo when he first open his shop and I was intrigued with his knowledge and compassion for cars. (All Cars, makes and models). So without hesitation we sat down and made plans to restore my 2003 M Sport Bmw. Keep in mind the car was in storage for 3 yrs and another shop didn't do the repairs correctly so I was scared of the damages that it had. Timo and his staff did a phenomenal job and the car looks and drives like a dream. My wife and I currently to the car on a road trip to Atlanta, Georgia and we have No Complaints!!!!! So now the dream continues. He has my 2004 645ci and it needs a valve stem job! But I'm not worried...lol.. Thanks Timo Auto Haus....

Timo and his team were great. They offered prompt scheduling and completed the repairs while I waited. I would strongly recommend bringing your BMW to his shop over the dealer.
