Been here couple of time for getting a flat tire (happened to there pulled into the shop) once and next time for identifying leaking air. Very customer friendly folks, free Wi-Fi and reasonably priced.

My wife, daughter, and grandsons blew a tire on 355. Just happened to limp in to suburban tire. New tires and out the door in 1 1/2 hours. It was a dream come true. The family loved the facilities.Thank you.

I went in looking to get an estimate on Michelin CrossClimates. I had already seen some good deals at a few other places and wasn t sure if suburban would be able to come close. But John was very helpful on working with me and getting me the best deal around! It was nice and quick and I was out the door in a half an hour. I have been coming here for a few years and it has yet to disappoint. Highly recommend.

I gave to say that this experience has been the best repair shop customer service I have ever received. I will never go anywhere else. Beyond the customer service the prices were perfect and not killing a budget. They really work for the customer

Absolutely incompetent group of people and scam artists to say the least. We took our car (2017 Nissan) for rear tire replacement and drove off without any breaks! After returning to the place, we were welcomed by John (Advisor), a typical used car salesman who rudely laughed at the situation the entire time I was speaking.John s story was that the mechanic had to take the wheel cylinder apart to look at the breaks and at that point the hardware just fell apart . Please keep in mind that they neglected to tell my husband that before he left the shop which means that they allowed for their customer to drive without any breaks on the car. That is pure negligence on their part.Essentially, the scam was...let's forcefully yank the break hardware so that the customer will be forced to fix the breaks in their shop. Again, we went for two tire replacements and came out with no breaks and leaking brake fluid.When asked to speak with the President, I was told that he is not available that day. When I inquired as to when the President would call me, I was told that they do not know - what kind of a response is that? The next day I waited for a call but never received one, so I called them myself only to hear yet another story from their General Manager, Bill who now claimed that their mechanic never touched the breaks/wheel cylinder and so on .so which story is correct??? Ironically, they also provided my husband with a quote of a single rear breaks repair before he departed the one that they broke while changing the tire.I will be contacting the BBB as well as my lawyer as I simply cannot allow for these scammers to get away with this type of treatment. Sadly, as I read the reviews I am not the only one who was scammed in this manner.We will see you in court Scamming Suburban Tire Auto Care.

My husband and I have been bringing our tire business here for over a decade. They have always given us wise advise, fair prices and excellent service. We bought tires and road hazard warranty from them. They honor their warranty-tested and they passed. They took me and my emergency the same day even though they were very busy. I highly recommend this specific location and the staff there. They are fantastic.

John is THE BEST. He always takes care of me, this shop never does unnecessary things, and they won't try to pull a fast one like some other shops do. Honest and fairly priced. This is the only place I bring my cars.

The customer service is great but they couldn t find a simple nail and my tire and told me I needed a brand new tire when I just brought my current tires 2 months ago the place down the street found the nail and said my tires were In good shape

Took my truck to replace a new tire and get rotation done after leaving the place my car starts marking TPMS SERVICE , so there I go back the guy John fixed my truck forgot to put in my air filter in right my car was sounding scary. Now to come find out I'm hearing like if there's a loose nug on my wheel or I don't know if my air filter wasn't installed right again. My truck had no lights no problems I maintain it up to date .Its a 2018 Never again now to the mechanic spend more money

I've been bringing my cars to this location for years. They treat your car like it's their own. They communicate well. Also they've had the same group of employees for as long as I've been sending my cars to them. Great quality of a business that the same crew is there over the years.

After a 100,000 MI tune-up and fresh fluids, new exhaust system and new tires from Suburban Tire and Auto Repair Center in Glendale Heights, the drive to the lakefront and back is so much nicer.Because of the Skilled technicians in that beautiful shop and helpful crew up front, our business and family vehicles have extended life and at Peak performance.Happy holidays indeed!Thanks again S.T.A.R.

My lugnut socket was accidentally replaced with a junk one. I contacted Bill, and he made it right. Excellent professionalism and a stand-up guy. I WILL DO BUSINESS here again. Thanks again, Bill

I made an appointment for a oil change and a tire rotation and they told me it would be approximately one hour and it was an hour.. They also gave me advised that my battery wasn't good it was from 2014 and showed me the read out and I should upgrade it so I did and it did take me longer than an hour but I was grateful that they checked it so I didn't get stranded. They are great people who work here and they accommodate you very nicely. I will continue to go back and have my car service there.

So, I've spent the last 2 days at this location. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional environment. 2 of our 4 vehicles serviced , in and out without a hiccup. Always nice to see the owner actively involved and moving things along Professionally.Thank you Gordon.

I can t believe I ve neglected to leave a review here for so long. Needless to say, I absolutely love this place. Jack and Mr. Leffler have been helping me at this location since I was in High School. This location (not sure about others) has an amazing, large sit down area. It has drinks, comfortable seating, and even a kids play area (I don t have kids which almost makes me like this more). I m not sure I ll ever be able to fully express just how helpful they ve been. Years ago when I used them for the first time, they SAVED my truck after another shop scammed me(seriously, I was ready to junk it and now 5 years late I m still driving it because of them!!!). For this and the constant great service over the years they ve earned my absolute trust. Thank you guys again for the great service and thank you for all of the amazing help over the years. I am forever grateful for the service you ve given over the years.

They're a very good business to deal with. I wish I didn't decline the camber recommendation as I was out 1.8�. I wish I would've asked how bad it was and I'll return to have it done correctly. Other than that, they did my spouse's car, they did a fine job on that car. They have very talented people working there and the service advisor is a great gentleman to work with. Thank you

These guys know their business. Nice waiting area with snacks and beverages complimentary. Plus a kids room if you got them . Counter guys are friendly. Techs are fast.

UPDATE: Suburban Tire has really upped their game, and their staff has significantly improved their customer service. After my father ran over a piece of plastic, they had my car into the shop within the hour, they looked at it, removed it, and sent me on my way in less than 3 hours for free. The staff I typically encounter is great now, and I have full faith in them and their work.INITIAL REVIEW: Great tires, shady staff. We've purchased several pairs of tires through Suburban, and we've had several rotations and balances done. Similar to everyone else, they always seem to find some kind of "problem" as they're servicing a car. The last time I ran my car there for a rotation and balance (which is free if you've bought tires/suspension) they fiddled around with the brakes before telling me they needed replacement. They even walked me back into the shop to "show me" that there was some wear. Not enough to warrant replacing, but enough that the brakes had been worn down in the two years since I last replaced them by hand. They wanted to charge me somewhere around $400 to swap them out, and were very irate when I insisted that I could do them myself. The tire selection is fantastic, don't get me wrong. If you buy your tires here the price is fantastic for what you're getting. The service has always been pretty expedient for me and my family, and the lounge is pretty nice. If you are thinking about going here for tires, don't let them talk you into fixing a "problem" without first consulting someone else or knowing about it.

6:30 PM on a Wednesday night I had a bad leak on one of my tires that needed to be fixed so I could go to work the next day. It was 13� outside all four tires needed to be replaced, I knew asking them just to fix the leak was probably all they could do. By 7 o clock I had four new tires and had made an appointment for the next week to get a whole bunch of other things done to my car. I can t say enough for the service provided; it was time to go home yet they took care of me! Above and beyond service! Everybody was exceptionally polite and took time to help me out in a tough situation. The guys have a customer for life!

Went in for an oil change and was told I needed a replacement part. Took the car to a different place and they were able to complete it with no problems. The dip stick was also dry leading me to believe they never even took it out.

They are the best at creating a positive customer experience. I have been coming to suburban tire since the 1970's - and have been to several locations. No auto place is perfect - they try hard to keep appointments and they are trust-worthy. Love the personalized service. Once you become a customer they will remember and recognize you the next time you call or visit. They truly try to accommodate all needs for appointments.

Have been going here for a while. Great place to get service, always there when I need them usually same day service when I'm in a pinch, great customer service, John is great and they have the coolest little waiting area while you wait for your car. Definitely 5 stars.

I have bought tires from them on a couple different occasions. Last time I had to have my car towed in. Each visit was met with friendly service. They quickly took care of my vehicles.As some other shops talk in a condescending fashion, these guys talk to you like a friend. They did not push products and services that I did not need. Premium service without the premium price.I have been extremely satisfied with each visit and will continue to use them in the future.

I can't recommend Suburban Tire highly enough! Had a great experience with John this past Saturday - my tires were almost bald and it was the first big snowstorm of the season. John fit me in on a busy Saturday morning, came up with a great resolution when the tires I originally wanted were out of stock, and kept me updated as the work progressed. They also finished the work about 45 minutes quicker than the estimate, which was a nice bonus!Suburban Tire will will continue to be my go-to place for any auto needs (specifically this location and the Hanover Park location). I find the pricing to be reasonable/fair and appreciate that they don't try to upsell a bunch of unnecessary services, which definitely sets them apart from most other auto shops. They also have a comfortable, socially distanced waiting area with a bookshelf and coffee/drinks :)

Customer service here has definitely been improved based on some earlier reviews from a year ago. Staff are friendly and informative without being pushy. In a highly competitive market for vehicle care and repair, integrity is a huge plus. Pricing seems pretty competitive, and the facilities that you wait in are very comfortable and relaxed.
