So to start off with the staff are helpful and friendly. I was skeptical at first I always buy my vehicles from a name brand dealership. Found a nice Lincoln Mark LT called spoke to Robert who was my sales person the best had my Mechanic look over the truck all checked out. Was not looking to buy that day but the staff here got me approved and on my way quick. later I found out my neighbor bought a truck from here also has it for years. I will recommended this place to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. See Robert here for your next vehicle Thanks guys Love this truck

I bought here my Ford Transit 250 back in December 2019. Since there the truck was working great and there was no hidden damages. Guys who work there are very friendly and will to work things out. Price was great truck is still running strong.THANK YOU

Not too happy. I got a infinity qx80 truck from them for around 23000 but the interest made it 47000. I am all for paying something reasonable to the finance company but this is criminal and their needs to be laws and regulations on these legal armed robberies.

Shady dealer, only reason I bought a car from there is because of the condition it was in. After 3 hours of driving it around it started over heating. And replaced the thermostat but still over heats so it s probably an injured engine. They are fast to get you in and out but be warned of them, bring someone who knows a lot about cars. And take your time buying don t feel rushed

Worse place to go . My dad gave $2450 to buy car from this dealer after that he wasn t able to go to get the car because he was bed ridden for some weeks after few months we went to get the money back but they are taking so long to return that money . They keep saying they will talk to boss and call back but it s been more then 1 months they haven t call us back. We have receipt also but they are still not giving our money back . We called more than 10 times in this issue but they are not doing anything regarding this . $2450 is not a small amount . I wish boss could see this review and give our money back . ThanksI don t see reply options for owners reply so here I am adding on his reply I am not trying to show you wrong but you are wrong in our case. We have all the receipts and how can you say you don t know who took money from my dad . We have proof that dad gave you money . It wasn t 2 years , when we went to talk in your dealer they keep asking us to wait which makes it 2 years. Now you are saying we threatened - we just asked for the money back and you call it threatened. $2450 is not small amount for people like us . It s a huge money . If we didn t had any proof then you could say all this but dad has all the proof that he paid . We told you all the situation and what my dad had to go through but still you are trying to be nice in review section thinking other customers might think you are right?????? We off course had to call police because of the way you guys keep making us wait for the call from owner and also keep saying that you guys will take a look . But we never got appropriate reason of not giving our money back . Please give my dads money back .thats all we request . I know you guys know everything about the case but don t wana give that money back .

I would give this NO Rating But I have to give it a a one star I ve been looking by using CARFAX and on Nov 8, 2021 I found a solid, what I thought appeared to be a good at the time, 05 white Chevy cobalt, low miles, 37,000 for 7K and some change. Bought it with little hassles but felt uneasy about the process. Everything went fine until 3 days later my battery died and replaced it, then I tried filling up my tank it spewed gas everywhere from underneath the back tire. I had to duct tape the gas line for a week before I could get it into a shop. A week later I came home from work in my other working car and noticed the wheel caving in on itself. Worried, I called a reputable mechanic and had them tow it to their shop to take a look at it and while I was at the shop the diagnostics were that the car was completely rotted out from so much moisture from rusting out. I had to scrap it for junk after having it for 2 weeks. Jesus was Not trustworthy or ethical or moral and knew the amount of rust on the car was not okay to sell but still did. No haggling either, just another used dealership trying to make a buck. Wouldn t trust or go back to them. Poor communication and dishonest had to scrap it for $500 due to rotting rust underneath the frame. BUYER BEWARE!!!

So my family has bought several cars from New Wheels and they all haven t had any problems! I love the service they bring and how they make all customers feel heard and understood! They recently just helped finance my first car! I ve always had amazing interactions with them, and they are always so thorough with the advice they give and keep it real. I appreciate specifically Juan and Dan so much! New Wheels is definitely a place to go to if you re interested in getting the best deal!!

The guys at New Wheels Auto were very helpful in making sure my car was a good choice and had good tires/ breaks/ oil change before I drove off the lot. They were also very accommodating while I waited for my car to be ready. If you're looking for honest people that are willing to work with you, come here!

They have a rule here: They will NOT let you test drive the car you came to see UNLESS you sit down and let them pull your credit FIRST. These are tactics of a shady dealership, definitely a red flag. ALWAYS have your own financing. Don t ever let a dealership run game on you. It helps to pay cash to avoid these tactics.

The facility is amazing. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and there are people who speak Spanish. Cristian was the main person who aided us in getting a new car and he did everything possible to make sure we went out with a car. These people genuinely care and will not screw you over!

I recently purchased a Ford f150 king ranch from New Wheels in Glendale hts. Jesse was very easy to work with and didnt pressure me. Took the truck for a test drive and found a few issues. I addressed them to Jesse and was told he will take care of them. A few days later i came back and the truck was running great. Dino took care of all the ppwk and made the transaction very easy. Want to say thanks guys for the great job.

I am giving one star because it will not allow me to post with zero. This dealership uses bait and switch marketing to lure you to the dealership. I called before coming to the dealer. Sales guys Chris the other guy, told me they needed a down payment to better our interest rate. We took the bill of sale to get a check from out bank, and they got the check and the car was at the mechanic and it took them about a week to get back to us. When we went in to buy a SUV and the salesmen never mentioned the problems with the SUV. I brought them to his attention he rolled his eyes the whole time. HE WAS VERY RUDE, ""Very unethical business practices"" by the staff from this dealership.Trying to communicate with them is hardly impossible, we wanted the check back and they wouldn't give the check back, or send it back to the bank. Dan the owner allows his employees to talk to the customers however they want. While I was there I witness how they straight lie to a costumer whom was buying a car. They were talking in Spanish as the buyer didn't. Also, a test drive came back and said that the car turn off while driving, sales person said is the battery. we will have it checked? how does that make sense? a car wouldn't turn on again if it was the battery.I tried calling the dealership and Dan him self told me to F&&^%@ OFF.Buyer beware!I wouldn't do business here! EVER BE VERY CAFERUL

Dino was great to deal with, he really went above and beyond to make sure the car was squared away before I left. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the car cosmetically isn't quite what I hoped for even though I asked a different sales person if there were any issues with it. I understand it's a used vehicle and I can't expect it to be perfect but still felt like that should've been explained when I asked specifically about it. It was snowing when I went to pick it up so the blemishes weren't noticeable. Still overall happy with the car and again, Dino is who you need to talk to.

Great place to buy a good car. It been 2 years already. The car is excellent. The service was above and beyond. Would I come back and purchase another car. YES. Everyone was friendly and professional and they worked out of there way to help me where other dealerships didn t want to work with me. It s not that it was bad credit. There where moments in my life. And they saw that and went out of there way to help me. Thank you New wheels.

Customer Service was hands down the best Ive ever dealt with while buying a car!They worked diligently to get me the best financing option and have great prices on quality cars! I was really in need of a good car for the budget I was working with and they came through for me! Thanks DJ! Would definitely recommend them to anyone with zero hesitation!

I ve been waiting to review my car purchase until they followed through on fixing what they said they would on a vehicle I purchased about 5 months ago, but they have not done so - unfortunately this is the rating I feel I have to give now. I wanted to give more stars, however since my husband and I purchased our Tiguan and nobody has responded to my multiple calls about fixing the few small things they promised they would fix when we purchased the vehicle, I don t feel I can in good faith. The car has been great and we do not regret the purchase, however it s quite frustrating that they claim to have the parts in hand, yet won t call me back to have me come in to get them fixed. It feels unprofessional and I can t recommend that in good faith to people. I m happy to update my rating if they follow through with their word.

While I can say the staff are incredibly kind and will go the extra mile to make you feel valued and comfortable, I cannot say the same for their cars. I bought a Subaru, but before buying, I had them fix a couple of concerning issues. When I got the car, the issues were quiet for a while.$3,000 later and the car is finally drivable. That's after purchasing a nearly 10 year old car for $11,000. I emailed the dealer about the difficulties and how dangerous the car had become. I also stressed that the money I spent repairing the car was allocated for cancer treatment. I can't afford the treatment now, and I never received a response from the dealer.If the dealer reaches out and addresses the situation, I will edit this review to reflect their efforts in making this right.

Jesse and Ann are amazing. They made sure not only myself was taken care of but along with my mother. As painful as it was dealing with the financial people they made it as easy as possible. Offering whatever they could to help us. Ann made sure to find me a good deal on a reliable car. Great place amazing people.

FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!. They will sell you anything no matter what problems come along with and definitely don t care about their customers or their safety in the cars purchased from them. Shady, scamming people who are dishonest about the condition of cars and unprofessional in helping fix the issues and even returning and answering calls/getting connected to a person in charge. Don t recommend one bit and would have given 0 stars if able to. Issues in my car that worked great with no problems , were stopping on me in the middle of an intersection not even half way home from the dealership, passenger side window not working, a flat tire, who knows what else. After going straight back to return it to have it looked at by a mechanic told to me directly by the owner, still having the same issues and believe the car most likely did not even leave the parking lot the 3 days I left it with them. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

Great experience! The lady who answered the phone is what drew me in. She was very polite and extremely helpful. I called back a few times and ended up speaking to 2 other gentlemen, who assisted me with the proper paperwork I needed to finance the vehicle. When I went in to the dealership they were very friendly, had everything in order and waiting form me. All I had to do was sign, sign, sign, and drive off in my new ride!

We drove 3.5 hours to pick up a nice used car. The experience was great and the people were friendly. We had some unexpected car troubles on the way home that was just a crazy coincidence but New Wheels helped us pay for the expense when they didn't even have to. Much appreciated and I recommend them to anyone who wants a good used car.

New Wheels and the people who work there Jesse and Dino are the best, they will help you anyway they can. They even sent a guy out to my house who made me a spare key and put a new battery in my remote to open the car, They will also have your car looked at if something is wrong. And in my case it was minor and I wasn't charged. These Great guy's will help you anyway possible. I looked for a car for a month, and I never dealt with people so kind, or go out of their way for you. And if they can't help they know someone who can. They take their time to answer any questions you have. Yes they are busy, call and set up an appointment. But because they are so great you may have to wait, but it's well worth the wait. They are awesome. I give them all the stars I can because they really are amazing. Sincerely, Nila Duran.

Great place to do business with. We found me a car that truly works for me and Jesse made sure he found the best financing that works with my budget. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be going back and give them the first chance if or when I purchase my next ride.

Car purchased in November, siezed engine in January and no response from written requests sent to dealer.I knew I should not have bought the car trusting the code they cleared was an anomaly. I trusted them and now I have a $10,000 brick in my driveway.They also charged me hundreds for registration fees which I had to pay to the state anyway. unfortunate the folks at this dealer will not even respond to a customer when they have a genuine problem.Don't trust the positive reviews. Trust in the negative reviews for a dealer and measure them by the way they respond to those negative reviews. Seems to be a theme among those.

Though I have never met them face to face and the purchase isn t complete, I absolutely love Dino and Dan and their willingness to work my husband from out of state. Very pleasant to talk to and very kind to me even when I felt I was being demanding or burdening them.

I would NEVER EVER buy or recommend this place to anyone. I "bought" a car from them and had it for a month, but come to find out it was never financed or anything when I went to get the tags, Registration or anything wasn't good. I went to make the 1st payment and that's when i found out that nothing was ever sent it or done. Jesse was my sales man and he kept giving the run around about every single thing and kept asking for for the same things repeatedly . Also, I had to eventually turn the car in because they threatened to report the car stolen and have me arrested. Not only that i lived 3 hours from them and I seemed to always either have to take off work or leave early because they needed something. Lastly, they promised to give me my down payment back and they never did. They stopped taking my phone calls and stopped responding to emails. It has been over a year that i have done business with them and still haven't received my down payment back or a phone call. They are bad for business and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I bought a 2015 town and country from Buy New Wheels last week. The whole car buying experience was great. Jesus has gone above and beyond for me. Absolutely no pressure and no games played at all. I did experience an issue with the car on the way home from purchasing it. I called the dealer up that night and told them of the situation. Jesus is helping every step of they way! They are working on getting issue resolved.
