Charles always goes above and beyond when servicing my vehicles. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything to me, so that I fully understand what is going on and why a certain part needs to be replaced. We have been going here for years and could not be happier with the customer service Charles has given as well as the services done to my cars. Give that man a raise!

Phenomenal customer service! I needed some windshield wiper blades close to their closing time. No problem. They were able to fit me in. Charles was the representative I worked with. He was outstanding. The wiper blades they had in stock did not fit properly. They were short by a few inches. Instead of throwing on whatever they had in stock just to get me out the door, he had the proper blades delivered to the store and apologized for the inconvenience. I normally go to the Firestone on Army Trail, but I think I found my new shop!

I went to Firestone after the dealer failed to diagnose/fix my problem. The technician immediately found the nail in my tire that was missed previously. Unfortunately, I needed a new tire but Firestone was able to order it for me and put it on within the week (with a discount ). Thank you Firestone Glendale Heights for your professionalism, excellent customer service, and dedication to the auto industry. I will be back (hopefully not anytime soon).

Staff were honest with diagnosing noise from my wife's jeep Wrangler. They were unable to make the repair due to the lack proper equipment to do the job. They gave me recommendations on where to take it and did not charge me. I'll keep returning for my oil changes and other maintenance.

I have been a customer at the Glendale heights Firestone for about 8 years and had very good service. After moving to Schaumburg we thought we would go to woodfield Firestone for service thinking that they are all the same. Boy was I wrong. I took my car in for front brakes, alignment and 4 new tires. The roters that were installed were bent due to improper storage. Huge amounts of brake dust. We took the car back to Schaumburg and they test drove the car and said it was fine. It was not fine. I told my wife to call Charles in Glendale heights and let's see what he says. He replaced everything at no charge. Awesome service. Don't go to woodfield Firestone, go to Glendale heights were they know how to treat customers . Five stars. Great customer service.

I have been coming here for years. Satwan and Charles have been the best. I ve had all types of random things happen(Nail in tire, blown alternator etc). These guys at Firestone are awesome, I ve been going here for the past 3/4 years and have had no problems at all with my car. My boys Kurt and Batwan are the most helpful and transparent people. They don t force you to get other things done on your car like I ve seen other repair shops do. They recommend anything that needs to be done and it s up to you, the customer. To decide if you want that work done or not. I can t express enough gratitude for these people over here. Last time I was there for just an oil change, Batwan called me and noticed there was a big nail in my tire, and asked if I wanted to get it done, I said yes because it s better to be safe then sorry. I personally don t wanna be stuck on the side of 90 with a flat tire. If you choose to go here, I definitely recommend these guys, they care about their customers and having a good name for their businessServices: Tires, Oil change

I needed a new tire badly first thing in the morning in order to complete an at-risk transfer of a patient in a long-term care facility. After trying a first establishment, and them falling flat on their face (didn't open until 15+ minutes after advertised time), Satwan, the store manager at Firestone assured me that they had the tire I needed and could fit me in right away. While I waited for my tire to be changed, Satwan and I engaged in great conversation about his experience operating the shop and what he goes through to ensure a satisfied customer. I was one of them, and I was in and out with a new tire in under an hour so I could complete my mission. Hats off to the entire team for a great experience.Service: Tires

These guys are the best. Very professional and friendly. Matt put my worries at ease and really helped me out. They were able to squeeze me in for a new set of tires this past weekend. They get parts same day or next day and the turnaround is always quicker than you'd think. And the quality of work is excellent. Keep up the good work, guys. I would recommend this location to anyone.

This place is just great. They got me in and out Jimmy John's fast! Competitive pricing, amazing honest customer service, and the gentleman even found me an online coupon for extra money off!! Not to mention, their parts come with warranty. Also, the site is very clean, comfy lounge chairs, and hot brew for convenience. I'm very happy, thank you.Since my original review, Ive been for other repairs. I'm a single mom, everyone is always trying to take advantage or rip me off. I don't leave many positive reviews, mostly critical ones. At this point, I'll honestly say the crew working at this location is fair, honest, and are understanding. I'm a customer for life. Thanks, really. You guys are great. This location, not FS brand, (been to two others that werent anything like this one)should be recognized for excellence.

By far the best service I've had with auto care. I needed new brakes and a few other parts and everything was done so quickly and efficiently. The manager, ado, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with the millions of questions I had and the repair went as smooth as could be with no issues after. Would definitely recommend and will be returning! :)

Been here twice in the last week. They changed my taillight on my jeep and was $16 which was fine. Also it was quickThen i went to change my wipers. I was told $30 but I thought that was for front and back, it wasnt. Just front.So i paid $60 for both wipers and Then Kurt was helpful and gave me a discount.Will be back if i need any more minor fixes on my car

Needed a oil change and I came in 30 mins before my scheduled appointment and they still took care of me immediately. Now I only scheduled for a oil change but, the sales man also there in last min request such as the 9.99 inspection and tire rotation, but also my engine filter replacement. With out hesitation all my request were fulfilled and my car was in out the shop in no time. That you guys so much for putting the customer last min request as a priority.

We've been taking our cars here the past few years and never had any issues. However, yesterday they went above and beyond for me. Brought my car in with a flat tire and asked him to check my brakes too. They could have taken advantage of me and told me I needed new brakes but they were 100% honest and said they were fine. As for my tire, since its still relatively new, and I purchased them from that store, they sold me the warranty on the tires which was cheaper than buying a whole new tire. My husband recently went in and had an issue with an oil leak and they were thorough and very knowledgeable about the situation. Ask for Matt. Very nice, friendly and genuine guy. We will continue to take our cars here.

Kurt and Matt were super helpful. Honest about my car needs and did not over charge. Extremely helpful on a Sunday as well as to getting my vehicle inside the shop so it did not have to stay overnight outside gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I came to ask if they could fix a tire with a screw in it. The man was very short and said he couldn't get it in until tge next day. I belive he didn't want to deal with it especially since we didn't buy tires there. We just moved and we needed to go to the closest place. I'm sure if said I wanted to buy tires he would have gotten us in right away. I will not go there again.

Came in for new tires and was told my car needed an alignment after the free alignment check after the tires were installed. I gave Kurt the go ahead with the alignment since it was almost $1000 in New tires that were just installed. He also let me know a few things about the car the tech saw might need to be replaced soon from the inspection. Simple stuff, license plate bulb, battery life almost ending, etc. I then drive home and had moved my car and noticed stains where I was parked. I take a look underneath and both boots covering the tie rods are destroyed and leaking grease. They look torn and burned from the tech prabably using heat to loosen the tie rod end for the alignment. None of this was told to me and it was not on the inspection report of items to replace and I did not have these stains on my driveway before this. The boots costs almost $80 EACH and that is not counting labor. Not to mention the steering wheel was not left centered after the alignment either. The rack and pinion has now been exposed to road debri. This is horrible professionalism, the tech damaged the boots and let me drive out of there not caring that it will cause damage to my rack and pinion and cost me alot more later on than just the boots. The report shows a tech signature and a reinspection signature so if it went past 2 inspectors and no one noticed that is either really bad service or neglect. I would have not minded being called and told the boots were damaged in the process of the alignment and were going to need to be replaced free of charge in labor but I had to pay for the boots but it is too late for that now. I have a dashcam in my car and watched the video and he sounded like he was in a rush to get my car done on the test drive. I'm not only very upset but I'm disappointed I have to continue to find a shop I can trust with my car.

My son got his brakes fixed there. His car started shaking a week later. He brought it back and they said he needed a new axel. We took the car to a different mechanic and they told us Firestone had added motor oil to the low brake fluid. It destroyed the brake fluid and froze the calipers. These people are apparently ruining cars now to get more business from 19 year olds who don t know any better. Very sad.

I ll start this off by saying everyone was friendly. After my oil change I noticed the fitment on my aftermarket hood wasn t right. To my surprise the hood no longer popped open when I pulled the release lever. After getting someone to hold the lever while i pulled the hood open, I found that one of the bolts that holds the bracket onto the hood had been completely ripped out of the carbon fiber. This is a $2100 Anderson composites mustang hood and I paid $108 dollars for an oil change that left it broken. I m assuming whatever expert worked on my car. Doesn t know what a hood pin is and probably pulled up on the hood without releasing them. Needless to say I will not be going back. And coming from someone who s ASE certified, you need to train your techs correctly. The hood pins were a push button release. Not rocket science.

Matt is wonderful I had to find a new place to take my 2007 Ford Edge and this is the right place. They treat you like family and really explain what s needed. They were on time with my car and it s running great.

I have to say that for some things they do try to over charge, and always say your car needs SOMETHING else, but i have to admit whenever I've taken my cars i got good service. I recently took my 2013 accord, and they accommodated me on a better price than Honda Schaumburg and other local shops for my tires and other services. I guess it just depends on who you get. Like everywhere, you get the lazy ones that just wanna get their weekly paycheck, or you get the ones that actually care about customer service and help you out.
