I bring all my tire needs to Discount Tire on Bloomingdale Road. Making appts. online is easy and my jobs usually finish quicker than promised. I've been greeted at the door by name, and they treat my wheels with care. Ramiro goes above and beyond to help out customers. They're great problem-solvers, too. Thanks guys!

These guys are the absolute Best man. been using this location since 2021 and they have always helped me out, provided me with important information and recommendations and every interaction i have with them feels like they genuinely want what s best for me and my car, these guys are absolute Pros and always exceed my expectations, came in today for 2 new tires, unfortunately they were short staffed and told me they d be done by 10am. by 9:40 i was already out the door, these guys are amazing and i appreciate the combined effort of all you guys at This Location, Thanks Again!

Great service! After the recent cold spells I noticed my tires felt wobbly & the auto repair shop recommended I change atleast the 2 front tires & recommended Discount Tires. I booked an appointment for next day but I decided I wanted to get tires ASAP. There are 2 stores close by but I chose this store because it had better ratings. I called & spoke to Nathan, asked if they had time to install tires within a few minutes. He saw me walk in & knew me right away from the car I drove. He was friendly, courteous, helped me pick a mid range tires & gave me a small deal on the price. I had 4 tires installed & they made sure I got out in time to pickup my daughter from school. I also asked if I can get one of my used tires as a spare, so I bought the wheel to mount it. Next day I went to pickup my spare & Nathan personally brought me the wheel but with a new tire for no extra charge!. I was in disbelief & he explained to me that my tires were in bad shape & wanted me to have a decent spare tire. Nathan is awesome & everyone in the store seemed nice. As an Asian woman I'm always worried that auto shops will try to rip me off or look down on me but my experience at this Discount tires was extremely positive! Thank you Nathan!

HORRIBLE. i took in my M340i to get new rims & tires put on. i did my digging online but i also asked the person who was helping me specifically 2 things. 1.) i wanted to take my old set home, and 2.) if i needed spacers. he said i did not. fast forward 2 hours my car has the new set on. he kept talking about how my car is his dream car and things like that and complimenting my car, then he told me heard a rubbing grinding noise and that it was just the tire touching the fender wall and that i ll be fine if i get my fenders roll. this is a common thing with cars when you get a bigger setup so i wasn t concerned at this point. i drive away from the lot and instantly it s GRINDING and SCREECHING. by this time they were already closed. i got the car checked out the next morning and turns out these people did not install my wheels on correctly, and they also gave me the WRONG information. my rims are scraping against my struts constantly, damaging my brand new wheels & scraping against my struts. i ve gone here constantly for all my cars and i ve had a good experienced, but these new kids they re hiring do NOT know what they re doing. the manager was absolutely 0 help and rude, he told me to go talk to the manufacturers that i bought the wheels from, as if they re the ones who put them on. i will be making sure i get compensation for this & my car is currently in the shop to make sure there s no severe damage to the struts. do NOT trust these people.

Have bought many sets of ties here over the years.the service has been consistently good and the prices fair. My last visit was 45 minutes for a new set of tires from reservation time to drive away. That's fantastic.

Ramiro found a wheel I needed in an emergency situation where my rim cracked. After marker wheels are a pain sometimes and he helped me quickly and gave me peace of mind. Thanks Ramiro!

Worst service from Nathan Stoy. Very unprofessional. He told me to wait and after 45 minutes never got back to me. Then he went to the back room and didn't come back out, there were so many frustrated customers waiting for him in the shop. He needs to be fired. Super unprofessional.

Customer Service is pretty good and friendly. The service ranges from 30min - 70min depending on how busy the shop is and calling ahead to check your tire availability is highly recommended.

I was iffy because I never go anywhere besides Honda in Joliet, but I had a nail in one of my tires so my husband made an appointment here for me..This was one of the best experiences ever.I made an appointment and I had all four tires replaced in under an hour.They also had Michelin tires (which the dealership I usually go to, does not always have).Staff work so quickly, they have people and vehicles in and out in the blink of an eye.They made a customer for life.Please make an appointment. I witnessed multiple entitled people coming and demanding service on the spot - staff handled gracefully and professionally.

Been going here 10 yrs no problems. The waits can be long in winter but usually pretty quick without appointment from spring to fall. I've seen alot of peeps come & go but all were pleasant & thorough. I still have the custom aluminum rims bought there & they still look good. Good selection of tires. I get all season tires & luved em all, especially in winter.

First time coming to this location. Been to several other discount tire locations but both Eric, and Harrison were absolutely amazing to deal with getting my new tires for my car. I will honestly make the trip out here and come out of my way to drive the few extra miles to this facility just based off how they treated everyone and were informative about the types of tires and they were just overall friendly and made it an enjoyable expirence. No one likes spending money on tires but this by far was the best expirence ive had, and i go through tires all the time. So expect more buisness soon! Thanks again!

Wow. I was there for 30 minutes or so getting my tire plugged but in that short amount of time I was very impressed with the cleanliness, organization, and customer service. It didn't feel grimy or dirty like some tire places can feel and the A/C felt lovely on a humid, summer day. I went here today on a quick whim when a friend recommended them last minute and I could not be more pleased! Thank you Discount Tire for the great experience, I will be back!!

Warranty on my tires was initially rejected because I failed to rotate the tires. Ramiro took the time to work with the manufacturer even though he could have denied the claim on the basis of no rotations to get them to meet in the middle and offer partial coverage. Quick install & my truck is riding great again!

After spending 3 hours at another tire store and driving home realizing the situation wasn t resolved, I went to Discount Tires in Glendale Heights where Nathan Stoy took care of the situation and was expedient and professional earning my trust to go there for our tire needs in the future. It is important to know that the Glendale Heights location is far better than others based on my experience.

This is the best service ever. Took two cars in there. One for new tires and one for rotation. They are efficient and tell you exactly how long you ll wait and all the guys are very nice friendly and knowledgeable. Wouldn t go anywhere else now.

I sent my daughter in after getting a screw in her tire, we had put the spare on and tire with screw was in trunk. I was skeptical after reading a few negative reviews from others in the same situation. I have used this particular store quite a few times and had great success. Erik checked all of her tires tread life and looked at the tire that needed repair, came back into the building and told my daughter that she has a screw in her tire and they will be able to fix it, then explained to her how much tire life she had left (50%) and they fixed the tire, mounted it back on the car and put the spare back where it belongs. THANK YOU DT and Erik. You did the right thing, plus they did it for free, which we did not expect!

I brought a tire to fix flat at 3:30 pm.Erik Arias the assistantmanager was very helpful and fix the flat quickly. He impressed me as I was taking out tire from trunk he came out all the way to my car and took it in. He is a good manager. Will go back there for future tire work.

Been going here for years; always outstanding and friendly service.Today had a nail in my tire, they patched it up, no problem. One of my kids was wondering about the tire and how fast it'll get done; Dave and the rest of the staff were super friendly and spoke with her calmly.Thank you for making this less stressful.

Had my tires serviced by them a couple weeks later, I went to get a brake job and the mechanic showed me right before I even dropped the car that the locking nut was missing. The last people to work on the tires was discount tires. I called them and at first they didn't seem to take ownership of that. After that they told me to bring the car in. I have been traveling for work and still haven't been able to take the car in yet. When I am back in town I will take it to them and see if they replace it. This is a safety issue.EDIT: upon taking it back, they replaced all my lugs. I also happened to have an irreparable nail in my tire, they replaced the tire free of cost and rotated/balanced all my wheels. I didn't pay a penny. Thank you.

Underwhelming/disappointing. Had my spare full size rim/tyre for 4 days. Was called to pick up after new tyre installed/balance was performed. Not only missing my valve cap stem cover but wheel wasn't balanced. Old weight tapes left on rim surface. Lazy

This is a business that continually improves their service to its customers. Made an online appointment for a tire rotation. I was greeted by name in the parking lot upon my arrival by a congenial young man who confirmed the purpose of my visit. In a genuine and consistent manner, employees express their thanks to customers for visiting their store. The vibe is very upbeat and the experience is very pleasant. My experience here on my last visit was excellent. This visit exceeded that one. A truly rare experience!
