We had a very positive experience while buying our third Mini from Chicago/Glencoe. Evan Williams was very helpful, explaining upgrades on newer cars and offering a good price for our trade-in, as well as providing discounts on our new car. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy. All in all, it was a real pleasure, and we are very pleased with our new Min!

Just bought our mini convertible from Mini Glencoe NorthShore. We were able to purchase the car we hoped for, and were treated well every step of the way! Can we talk about Evan for a minute?? Knowledgeable, patient and FUN. Blanca? She made the finance conversation a breeze. Highly recommend!!

I ve had to service my car twice since purchasing it. This experience was by far much better than the last. There was much more transparency in costs than the last time. Justin was wonderful in every respect and professional. He was not there last year when I had an issue with something I was being quoted on and I don t know if that person is still there, but I have to say- keep Justin. I had considered switching dealerships for service because of the last interaction, but this service visit changed my mind,

This dealership exceeded my expectations. They provide a very inviting and productive environment when you have to wait for service. They fixed problems on my cherished Mini that my local repair shop couldn t. I feel you are part of a special community when you drive a Mini and this dealership makes you confident that you have made a good choice.

I can only say the best about MINI of Glencoe and their excellent sales man Ric. With over 13 years with the brand he gave us an incredible introduction to the MINI Brand and our brand new MINI electric. This was a full remote deal and I must say, that it s been as smooth as it could have been in the execution with this dealership. Easy, honest and straightforward. Thank you very much and you ve got a customer for a very long time.

I wanted to take a moment and brag about the service that I receive at MINI Glencoe. Javier, Cesar and the service team are top tier when it comes to all needs being handled. I am really picky with who touches my coveted MINI JCW and they have been outstanding with everything. I also need to brag about Evan in Sales. Evan is someone that you want to buy a car from and have a coffee with. I have purchased 2 from him, the JCW being a special ordered specific build and last Saturday brought one of my friends in to look and drive her first MINI and she will be purchasing her very first MINI Cooper S this coming weekend after leaving a deposit on an incoming. I can't thank everyone enough, from dealing with my picky needs with my own car to helping out friends that I bring into the store. I would seriously recommend anyone at this store if you are thinking about going with a MINI and want the best experience possible. Cheers!

I purchased multiple vehicles from Fields Mini in Glencoe and always received expert advice and professional experience and services. The last 2 vehicles were sold by Ric Tryce who is not only a great salesman and person, but also is a passionate Mini enthusiast who knows everything about these cars. He expertly guided me through custom order process and provided all timely updates along the way. Pricing and other info were straightforward, pressure none, and it is also a beautiful newly renovated facility. My service experience and working with Justin Rodriguez there are always good, too. I look forward to a continued business relationship with Fields, good people working there, and the Mini brand. Thanks everyone; I m enjoying my new toy .

Excellent experience! I am incredibly grateful for MINI, they are truly top tier. Joe helped me find the perfect car, and gave me a crash course on all the bells and whistles before I drove off the lot! I couldn t be more excited! I had the most pleasant and straightforward experience working with Joe S. He respected my budget and gave reasonable options for both a lateral and upgraded move. Once I picked out my vehicle, he was organized and efficient with paperwork and spent a full hour walking me through the ins and outs of my new vehicle. Destiny was also great with finance! I am stoked to be back in the Mini family and a customer of Fields.

Everything from start to finish was top notch with these guys. They walked me through the ordering process, kept me updated on the status of my car, and the delivery was excellent. They showed me everything in my new car and answered all questions. They treated me as if I was their only customer! Great experience, will definitely buy from them again!

I am happy with my experience, having bought a pre-owned car. The team was open, forthcoming and transparent. They did not try to oblige me to buy anything that I did not ask for (unlike at a different place I visited beforehand), and accommodated my requests all through the process.The dealership is well organized, welcoming and contemporary.We will definitely touch base with the team next time we need a car.

I highly recommend this dealership for service and maintenance. They make a point to ensure the experience is as convenient as possible offering compensation for Uber/transportation, or a loaner vehicle if needed. Justin and John were both extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. They take the time to send you consistent updates and even include detailed videos showing you exactly what s going on with your car. This is especially helpful for someone like me who likes to learn everything I can when new issues pop up. Thank you for offering such wonderful service!

What a great buying experience! Ralph was an exceptional salesman. Professional, kind, very personable and attentive to our needs and questions. We bought a used VW for a very fair price and received great service from both Ralph and the Finance Manager. I was ready for a new Mini, Final Edition Clubman, and visited a few dealers in the Chicago area. Fields of Glencoe was heads and shoulders above the rest in EVERY aspect of my buying experience. I have been driving Mini s since 2002 (shout out to Andy) . Kevin was attentive, amazingly communicative and very helpful during my latest service visit. The initial inspection revealed a lot of repairs I was not expecting and Kevin calmly and professionally talked through them with me. When additional issues were identified after I left, leading to more items on the repair list, Kevin called me immediately to talk about it (and left messages if I wasn't able to answer). The most delightful part was when Kevin called me one last time when the repairs were complete and let me know that he had signed me up for a loyalty program that saved me hundreds of dollars on my bill. He was just terrific throughout the whole process!

Justin went above and way beyond to help get my car fixed. What should have been a seemingly straightforward use of an extended warranty turned into a NIGHTMARE of the extended warranty company not wanting to pay the labor or use quality parts. Justin went to battle for me, fought for 2 days and not only got the services paid fairly also used new, quality MINI parts (unlike the reconditioned parts the extended warranty company wanted to use.) I have never had such amazing service before .I am MINI of Glencoe for life. Cannot recommend enough.

Excellent service in a timely manner. Justin was attentive and gave specific details of the items needing attention. The service was only $50 more than a local auto repair shop, which I found acceptable due to the dealership focusing solely on Mini Coopers!
