AutoHouse service is fantastic. Tom, my service Director goes above and beyond. Even if it s a minor issue with the car he keeps you up-to-date constantly. I was having my service done at Fletcher Jones in the city before and I will not go back. I m so glad that I m having my car serviced with you now. Keep up the great work!

I was greeted by Nick M. (sales) who was super nice, knowledgeable, & non-aggressive (5 stars). The sales manager Nick G. was just as pleasant & knowledgeable and gave us a good deal (5 stars). Pre-delivery prep etc. (4.5 stars). Service advisor Eddie G. very patient and accommodating (5 star). Technicians treat your vehicle as if it's theirs and it comes back cleaner than when dropped off (5 stars). The loaner vehicle process is very intimidating and overwhelming with the whole video walk-around process (3.5 stars). Car wash when open the porters do an amazing full service wash job (5 stars). Yes I would recommend Autohaus to a friend on their next Benz purchase.Down side. Lots of "Autohaus on Edens needs your feedback" surveys sent out (sales not service), 9 in 5 months (2.5 stars). THIS carries the most weight and the SADDEST part with me spending close to 6 figures. We HAVEN'T received a single "thank you for your purchase" (0 stars). In someone's free time putting together a hand signed generic letter shoved into an Autohaus envelope with a stamp or even an impersonal cold email but NOTHING. It makes the customer feel appreciated. This is why my overall final star rating would be 3.75 but it wouldn't stop me from purchasing again from Autohaus.

I recently had my car serviced at Autohaus on Edens. John was an exceptional service counselor. He understood the problem and resolved it quickly for me. He ordered the part that I needed and reserved a loner car for me and we were able to take care of the problem the very next day. I was pleased that John called me as promised when my car was ready. John is a great service advisor because he listens carefully and tries his best to provide prompt and excellent service. I definitely recommend John and all the nice employees at Autohaus.

The battery in my car went dead in the cold weather. I waited 2 days for AAA who said they were coming. I finally called Mercedes, and they had my car towed in under an hour. Tom Lood did an outstanding job. He explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He is incredibly responsive and incredibly professional. I know I can count on him for fabulous service and guidance. He is the absolute best . 10 stars!!!

I have been taking both of my cars to this dealership for years and always see Tom Lood who is just a fantastic human being who always provides a phenomenal experience no matter what. Tom has always made sure to put us first and ensures that we always walk out with a smile regardless of the reason. Talking about going the extra mile, Tom goes the extra 10! Highly recommend this location. Staff are very friendly and so is the facility in case you rather sit for a tea or coffee waiting for your vehicle.

I went in with a engine light on. And even though they were backed up they took me in right away. I lucky enough to have John to help me through it all. He was helpful and accommodating. There's no service like mercedez. Thank you for fixing my car and giving me peace of mind!

Thank you, Tom, for your efforts! However, in my opinion, the issue persists. On cold days, my GLC300's steering produces noises resembling metal scraping against metal. Interestingly, after some driving, the problem seems to resolve itself. On warmer days, the steering functions perfectly. I've had three courtesy cars during this experience, and I've owned two GLC300s before. Notably, one of the courtesy cars exhibited similar noises.As of now, the weather has become warm, and I cannot reproduce the problem. I'm wondering what I can/should do to get to the bottom of it. I've never had a similar noise from any of my cars.Vlad.

It's not cheap and it's not quick but mine is a 25-year old car. The closer MB dealer told me they would not service my car, after having done so for over 10 years. Autohaus and Tom Lood have been great - friendly, helpful, accomodating. I'm a huge fan of this place now.

The only thing I asked was for photos of the new parts installed. I figured, if you re going to take photos of parts needed, why not ask for new parts installed. Nothing was reviewed at the time of the pick up. I was Little disappointed. This was my first visit. I will try again at my next scheduled maintenance. Thank you for asking.

Tom Lood helped me out and he was great. Overall, I feel like every time we have to come in for service, there are always added "costs" and we walk out of there spending a fortune. This is not the case with our other 3 cars. I did an oil change in October 2023, bought my car in May 2023. One thing that threw me off was the additional service i had to pay for(windscreen wiper blades and cabin dust filter). I got an email recommending me for additional service listed above and i kept wondering why this was not changed during the purchase of my car. Why they didn't think it was a good service to provide to a customer when the car was purchased. Also, why is it not a complimentary service for the first year of the vehicle purchase to include oil change. All in all, I paid over $500 to get my oil-change, wiper and air-filter changed. That s a poor customer service right there.

Ryan, Heather, & all of the service advisors at Mercedes-Benz - Autohaus on Edens took very good care of my vehicle, my passenger, who had special needs, & myself. So far they are 2/2 for my first two visits for the service of my 2022 GLC 300.
