Avoid Fields auto Group - Lemon Cars & Defensive Management - toxic masculinity at its finest!Beware! My experience with Fields Auto Groups has been a nightmare. I bought a certified 2021 XC90 Recharge, only to face constant issues from the start. The car broke down during a trip, leaving me stranded with my child. Despite promises of oversight, the dealership failed to fix the issues. They even tried to shift blame and threatened my warranty.Dan, the owner (former resident of the Northshore who now lives in Florida, btw), was quick to tell me to go somewhere else because they don t want to take accountability for their actions.Shady practices and false ratings are their priority, not customer safety. Stay away from the Fields Group at all costs.

Kindness, clarity and enthusiasm from the staff and especially Mr. Fan is what made my entire experience/purchase flawless. Can't forget to mention that I appreciate their great hospitality as well. Truly recommend them to anyone looking to browse for a new/used car because they're very trustworthy and helpful in many aspects, even if you just want to look around or learn more about your prospect vehicle.

This is my third time as Fields client and it was also the best one. My salesperson, Mr. Gregory Johnson, assisted me through all the process in the best possible way. When the car arrived l was supported by the car specialist, Mr. Joseph, on understanding all the car functionality. Both of them were very well knowledgeable and professional during all the steps. Thanks again for the support.I really recommend Fields dealer and its staff.

Very unprofessional way to approach a potential new customer.I am currently in the market for a new vehicle. However after receiving a borderline harassing and unsolicited phone call from a salesman representing one of your Asheville NC dealerships this morning; I can guarantee I'll never purchase anything from your organization. Furthermore I am willing to pay more for the same brand vehicle from any of your many competitors.

Oustanding service on maintenance and new car sales. The GM is very much in touch with the customers to ensure a smooth experience. This is my third new Benz at this dealership.

Love that they have a cafe and car wash, both free as long as you have your car!! I drive up to have breakfast or lunch and get my car washed while I chow down on a cooked to order meal! Yum! My service advisor Chris Goodrich is a wonderful guys and he takes care of me and my car! I live that they give you a loaner car even if it for a few hours or the whole weekend. They have a toll pass and you don t ever have to worry about tolls either! Super awesome!

Great as usual, service staff was great and advised me of a recalled part on my car and fixed it. The best waiting room and what a surprise all brand new magazines not like the doctors office with their 3 year old ones. Fields is the best

Bought pre owned jaguar from Joe fuentes, Mr. Fuentes and the staff made the purchase from out of state,easy and stress free. All questions were answered , calls were returned, and Mr. Fuente and the staff from management to sales were all polite, professional, and courteous.I am looking forward to taking delivery of my Jaguar next week. Brilliant !!!I would like to update my post pertaining to my purchase of my 2012 Jaguar. Xk. I took delivery several months ago and upon delivery I could not believe the condition. The Jaguar was pristine !!!The vehicle was excellent in and out as advertised, not a single mark inside or out. I have owned several sports cars, but this Jag blows them all away in looks , comfort, and reliability.I would not hesitate to purchase another Jaguar from Mr. Fuentes and the Fields Group in a heartbeat. Professional, courteous , and honest.They are Simply Brilliant !!!!!!!

The people I worked with were very kind and helpful. I was disappointed when they called me to say my part was ready, but I was leaving for 2 weeks vacation, so I would have to pick it up after the new year.When I returned to have the exterior piece installed, they said it hadn't been painted...so I had to have a loaner car for 4 days while they had the piece painted. It was annoying because I listen to Sirius radio all day long, and it hadn't been installed on the loaner.When I finally picked up my f-pace, the car had not been washed or even vacuumed. I was shocked that they returned my car dirty. Imperial motors would have never returned my car in that condition, not would Audi, who we've been customers for 15 years. It was a little thing, but little things make a difference in customer service.

Fields just does ot right the first time. The culture of John Fields permeates all of his 40 dealerships. Great service, great place to buy a car. I'm on number 30+

This is a review or what happened at their Orlando Mini location,The parts department sold me fraudulent/non-oem parts, refused to take them back and then stole my parts and receipt (probably to cover it up).I bought a trunk latch for my mini here while i was getting an oil change in November. Then I stupidly failed to put in on until 2 months later at which time I discovered it was the wrong part (even though i gave them my VIN number).Ok no problem but since the dealership is an hour away i waited until my next oil change to talk to them about it (and of course forgot to bring it with me). The service writer was very helpful and pulled the parts guy (who sold it to me originally, Phil) and we talked about it and the parts man said he would trade it out with the right part even tho i threw out the box, great I thought, good customer service...wrong.So on my next oil change (today) i took the part and the original receipt with me and talked to my same service writer (who remembered the whole thing). But apparently the parts guy didn t remember any of that. So I explained it to him (totally being nice especially since he was doing me a favor for such a late return) and he completely changed his tune from our last conversation and then said thats not their part he took it into the back room for a few minutes then came out and said they never sold me that part and that it was not even a part for a mini cooper???I told him well thats what came out of the box you sold me and he said no the part number on my receipt is the right one (basically implying im trying to defraud him somehow because I apparently have a ton or brand new parts laying around that i like exchanging for mini parts??).So when I explained all that he said just said no but ill sell you a new one, which i had to do because again mine was broken. And then he said well you can maybe sell it online in a mini forum or something. And im thinking, if im gonna sell it in a mini forum then its because it is a part for a mini then?? Also i looked around at the old minis out back and thats what it is for (identical to the 05ish minis trunk latches).So now i spent $144.00 for a fake/wrong part there and then another $130.00 for the right one.PLUS he asked me if my car was there, if so he could throw the new part in my backseat for me. I told him yea and also asked him to throw the old part and receipt in there too.Well turns out he kept both my old part AND receipt. Super shady if you ask me and i bet someone else ends up buying that part again.Both my wife and i have minis, and we are both buying new ones this month (i was going to buy a jcw mini today after my oil change because i have already sold mine to my neighbor and was just getting this last oil change done so I could get the right trunk part for her and install it). Then my wife was going to get a new all4 countryman next month. She bought her current mini there also a year ago.But there is no way we going to buy two $40,000+ cars there when they are willing to pull shady stuff like this over a $140.00 part.I would have totally understood if he would have just said i waited to long to return or i needed the original box (which shouldn t have mattered because it sounds like it was the wrong part in there anyway). But when he tells me they never sold that part to me and that its not even their part (meaning they fraudulently sold me a fake part claiming it was a real oem part). Then something is wrong.Beware of Fields auto group (they own orlando mini and bmw and many others) this is what they are doing. And its a shame too because we got our previous minis there and were set to buy new ones but no longer.

Clean atmosphere and the selection of cars is just what you'd expect from a luxury car dealer. Parts counter could use a little more efficiency in getting you what you need in less time.

Fields BMW offers first rate support and service after your purchase of a vehicle. Service staff are knowledgeable and gracious. Waiting area is first rate.

If you have a BMW they wash your car for free, I was a little bit upset that day because they could not help me, bought a battery key from them for my truck 3 years prior $250 and they tell me that the battery can't be replaced I have to buy a new fob crazy right. Was so upset
