Best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. And I have have been to many car dealerships. I have heard so many times oh yea come on in and we will take care of you. I called asked for Bo he took my info and he told me when I was ready to call him and. He will have something for me. Well he not only delivered with his word but I got the absolute best experience in buying a car someone can have. I was not pressured to buy something I didn t want. I had a nice variety of options to choose from. And every person I worked with that night was wonderful and so kind. We laughed and talked and they were really just so nice and made my day. Thank you again Bo, Ed and Ray for my wonderful service.

If you are looking for a vehicle, Motor World needs to be your first and only stop. I have never had such a great car buying experience. They are straight forward and work to put you in a great vehicle that fits your needs. My situation was a bit difficult and the owner worked on my deal personally and got me and my children a great truck the I can afford. Never in my life will I purchase a vehicle anywhere else but Motor World.

I have bought my last five cars here, over a period of about 20 years. During that time I have had good credit, great credit, and horrible credit. They have always treated me with the same level of care, honestly and respect regardless of the credit situation. They have been upfront and honest about what they could and could not accomplish with me given my current credit status, but they have always been respectful in how they have managed these discussions. I 100% recommend them if you are looking for a 2 to 3 year old car. One last point, when I bought my first car from them, one of the tires had some damage, nothing that was horrible, but best to replace. It was late on a Saturday when I bought the car. They promised they would put four new tires on it there following week. I did not get this in writing. The next week they installed four brand new speed rates Yokhamas. They are men of their word

I m super late for this review. I got my suv there in 2019. They were able to get me out of a bad situation and get me into exactly what I was looking for. I haven t had a single issue with my suv. I ve had regular maintenance done and the suv is still in great condition. Everyone there was super helpful and nice to work with. I have major anxiety when dealing with buying a new car & sitting at a dealership. They were straight to the point, gave me several nice options and got me out of there.

I was referred through my attorny, and from the first call i made, everyone was extemely helpful and kind. Joe, my salesman, was thorough and kind. They made a deal I didnt think was possible and exceeded my expectations. Thank you!!!!

This is the first time in my life I could actually relax during a car sale. They were recommended by our bankruptcy attorneys and did not disappoint. Everyone was friendly, honest, and what they said they would do they delivered. Thank you very much. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good car dealership.

One stop shop! If you are looking for a place to buy your next FOREVER vehicle this is the place to go to! Ask for Mr. Butch he makes you feel like family! Thank you so much for all you guys (Butch, Edward and Owner Ray) did for us we ended up buying 2 vehicle's. If you had bankruptcy NO PROBLEM! Just stop and trust US they will HELP YOU! NO DOWN NO PROBLEM! Tell them Jewel and Jeremy sent you!

Poor communication, terrible communication, you have to force them to communicate. I was referred by my lawyer. When I applied, I started a new job, I was told to wait until I received my first check stub and to call back. Well, I did that, TWICE, with no results. They are said to be of amazing help and very willing, Im guessing they hand pick individuals they want to work with. A simple email stating you can't help me or are not willing would've been great vs not getting back to a potential customer AT ALL. I don't recommend them at all. I am not looking for a solution, this is for the customers or potential customers "FYI". I'll never deal with any business with poor communication. Imagine buying a car, something going wrong and not able to reach the seller.....I'm sure their communication is even more terrible after a purchase.

I want to say thank to Butch Hauschild down at Motor World..... he should win a Award for best car dealer of the year.... he made me so comfortable about buying a car no pressure..... I will Recommend anyone to Motor World for a good deal..... you can t go wrong..... good guys great cars... I am so happy

Highly recommend. Very HONEST salesmen, before you even waste your time going they figure out what your approved for and have options available . They treat you as a valued customer even if your not rich or you have a low credit score . My bankruptcy lawyer recommended and I m glad they did ! Thank you Motor World for my new 2018 !

I'm incredibly happy I chose to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. I drove an hour west, from Evanston, because I had a good feeling about this place while looking into dealerships.I first went to their website and input my information. I received a call the next day, today, from Bo asking for more info. I gave him the information requested and he soon went to work to see that they can do for me in financing a new car. I have student loan debt, so I wasn't very optimistic. I received a call back from Bo asking me to come in today. Then I received a call from the owner, and he confirmed with me that I'd be coming in. I told Bo exactly what I was looking for, a reliable car, low miles, with a good safety rating. He didn't try to get me to go up in price, I did that myself. The entire process took maybe 2.5 hours. As soon as I got home I checked the value of my car and I am not disappointed.They did everything they could to get me a reasonable interest rate, were honest throughout the entire dealing, and exemplified best practices in the car selling process.

I was referred to Motor World by my BK Attorney on Monday and got a new car by Thursday. When I tell you this was the most easiest car buying experience I have ever encountered, please believe me! The whole staff was welcoming to my family and I. Butch and ED took care of me and they were so understanding to my situation! I was in and out in a few hours with a car I never thought I was eligible for. Best experience ever!! I definitely recommend Motor World! They definitely deserve 10 stars! And thanks to the big boss (owner) for working with me as well, you guys rock!!

This is the best (by far) car buying experience I've ever had. These people are phenomenal. Honest, fair and very down to earth. Butch was wonderful to work with and made sure I was happy with my choice. I actually had too much fun - makes me want to buy a car every day lol. Going forward, I will always go to Motor World in Glen Ellyn to buy a car. Great people.

My attorney sent me here, and what a great experience. No haggling, no awkward conversations. Treated like a valued customer not just another low credit score. No bait and switch like the previous big box chevy dealer, that got us in the door to say they wouldn't help. Go to Motor World, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to the team, go see Bo.

I was recommended to Motor world to meet my car needs. Busch helped me pick out a nice car. He was nice, friendly, and did not pressure me. I had to come back and update my review because of a misunderstanding, that Ray the owner was quick to resolve. These guys are nice, honest, friendly, and showed me that they stick behind their word. I will recommend Motor world to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Pretty laid back, easy going guys, who will do all they can to get you into a vehicle. I am a satisfied customer. Also the coffee is amazing. If you are waiting, ask for a cup.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!BEYOND AMAZING SERVICE, EMPATHY AND PATIENCE. NOT TO MENTION A GREAT SELECTION.RAY, BO, GINO, BUTCH EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE IS TERRIFIC AND TRULY ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.I went here with the mind set that buying a car from anyone other than a dealer was garbage. They completely blew me away. I will NEVER go to a dealer again. They were patient, straight forward and handled everything I threw at them with grace and professionalism.I am a truly picky girl, and I knew with my bad credit buying a new car would be difficult and going here I had no issues at all. I was treated with respect and like any other buyer who might even be more qualified than me. They made sure that they had the right car that I was BEYOND pleased with and even made sure it was washed and ready for me after work. I left feeling like family. It was the best car buying experience EVER.They are all wonderful and I left with a BEAUTIFUL 2013 Nissan that I love. No issues and I am confident that I will come back. They have gained a loyal and lifelong customer in me.

My husband and I had the best car buying experience at this location. We filed bankruptcy back in October of 2018. Ray and Jimmy Worked their magic and got me in the car of my dreams for a fair rate. Thank you everybody at motor world for helping us on our credit building journey!

I was referred by my son.He called Butch who has helped everyone in our family get a car. He is truly the greatest. If your interested in buying a car call Butch if he can't help you no one can. He gives you 5 star treatment. I now understand why my family members were so happy. I love my car and the experience I had. If ever I need another car this is the only place for me. Now remember don't be afraid call and ask for Butch tell him the Alequin family sent you.

Absolutely amazing staff! Bo was fantastic! He made the entire experience easy and effortless. I was able to get a Hyundai Tucson with extremely low miles within my budge . I traveled from NWI to work with him and it was worth every mile! I'd definitely be back for another vehicle and recommend them to everyone!

Bo was great. Super straightforward and helped get us into what we wanted even after filing bankruptcy. The cars all seem to be in good condition. Everything was quick and easy. No money down, got us approved before we even walked in the door and just let us walk around, look and ask questions. Considering going back for a 2nd car.

They took care of me from start to finish. The entire Staff was very nice, and made me feel like my business mattered. I highly recommend Motor World in Glen Ellyn if you are looking for a vehicle. So I've been paying for a car for almost 2yrs that was basically a lemon. Let me mention my car payments was $400 a month and I had no choice but to pay it so it wouldn't affect my car history nor my credit. I was referred by my lawyer to go see Bo and let me just tell you this man made sure he got me what I need for my kids. He explained to me what was great for my kids and myself far as road side assistance and much more. Bo and the entire company made me feel so welcomed. I am extremely happy and most of all thankful for Bo and the entire staff at Motor World.

On September 2, 2022.. I walked into Motor World, concerned a lot about if I was gonna get a reliable car at an affordable rate.. and I must say the service I received was EXCELLENT PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL.. and fun THANK YOU BO, the sales agent ..THANK YOU ED the money guy(lol), and the OWNER.. I had the best car buying experience at Motor World. Ask for Boe, he is the best!!! Boe and his entire team went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle of my choice. Boe is trustworthy, Clear communication, No games, No extra last minute surprises, No pressure- I didn t feel rushed. THANK YOU MOTOR WORLD!!!

At first I thought this place wasn t right for me and my wife because no prices on the vehicles. So me and my wife we re heading out when Zach came and stopped us. Good thing. Then had Ray talked to us, to explain our options and then they gave us a great deal on our Fusion. Thanks again guys, greatly appreciated.

I was referred to this dealership from my bankruptcy lawyer because they told me they can get me financing during bankruptcy and they help anyone.I called and spoke with Dave and after he does a soft pull of my credit while on the phone, he assured me that he can get me financed. That was almost 2 weeks ago.I officially submitted my application a week ago and I never heard back from David despite seeing numerous hits on my credit. I finally called today and spoke to Dave and he tells me that he couldn t get me financed and hat he tried to call me but my phone wouldn t allow him to leave a voicemail. Really?! Which phone because both phones are on me at all times and I have ZERO incoming calls from the dealership in the last week. He also had an attitude as if I was an inconvenience and taking him away from other sales.He tells me to reapply when everything gets discharged. I told him I have local dealers willing to help then too and why would I drive 2 hours when local dealers can help. He immediately gets upset and tells me they probably won t be able to help me. I m...hello?!?! You clearly can t help me. The sad part is if he would have called me and discussed this, I could have told him that I just accepted a new job that pays substantially more money.One thing I can t stand are sales people that lie. Clearly, Dave didn t see me as valuable when he couldn t get me financed (which is odd because he and my lawyer both stated that my credit isn t that bad).I will NOT be calling this dealership again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
