This place is awesome. They've always been more than fair and gone the extra mile (pun intended).The last time I had my 15 year old car in for service they told me "X needs to be done, but you might not care since your car is so old and it's not a safety issue."That's what I call integrity.

Integrity matters, and Rick and Berlin have it in spades. You will not regret choosing Lord s. They are talented, prompt and fair, and always put their customers first. I would highly recommend them.

Just called and the man that answered the phone refused to give a basic price on an oil change even after I told him the type of vehicle.... He said I would have to call back. The next day. Yeah...... Going to go ahead and take a pass on that. Shouldn't answer the phone if you don't have the ability to assist with a basic question like oil change price.

Excellent locally owned shop. Great customer service. Fair prices. Trustworthy. The owner always answers my questions in a way I can understand, and has even given me advice on how to clean (a coffee spill in my front seat) and maintain my car in between oil changes and repairs. Once I dropped off my car to have something checked. There was nothing wrong with it so they topped my fluids for free while they had it. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The mechanic "Berlin" is very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to change my oil very efficiently and without any hassle. I highly recommend this auto shop.

Excellent experience. Not looking to upcharge you, they let you know what's going on with your vehicle, what your options and are honest about it. Hard to find that these days. WOW! My husband and I both agreed that we have never had such great service from a mechanic before. Rick shopped around for the best deal on the parts we needed, and as a result, our final cost was a quarter of what we expected. To top it off, he even took it to get emissions tested for us--on his own time! Friendly, considerate, honest--the service here FAR exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning!

My first experience with them was when part of my muffler just fell down off the car and was dragging. This happened in the middle of a work day with 2 young kids in the car. Everyone was so very kind and patient with us, and they were very honest. The car was repaired quicker than I thought and at a great price. Ever since then, if I have a problem with my car I take it here. They are kind, patient, and fair. I wish I had found them sooner!

Rick, owner was wonderful! Jump started and charged car, topped car with oil and changed serpentine belt for an Amazing price. Used two battery chargers.Wouldn't trust my car with anyone else-was clear, competent and kind;-taught me how to protect and maintain it, car runs smooth now....I will keep going back to this place. 5 stars!!!

Rick and Berlin are awesome guys! Rick Lord is fair and honest. Never had a problem dealing with him. They do get busy, so call or stop in ahead of time to let them know you want to bring your vehicle in.

I have an older (2000) pickup truck that has had the check engine light come off and on for several years. I didn't think anything of it, but it was time for the dreaded emissions test so I took it into Lord's as the truck obviously won't pass the test with the light on. Not only did they fix the issue, they also took the truck through the emissions test lane on their own to ensure that it would pass with no problems. That really impressed me and was very much above and beyond (and super helpful as it allowed me to avoid the inevitable long weekend line at the emissions center). Great service!

I've been going to Lord's for many years. Besides being pleasant and organized, Preston and his wife and their staff are honest and fair. I once was charged seven dollars. I obviously know nothing about cars; I'd be the easiest person in the world to overcharge; but they do just the opposite. I brought my Scion for an oil change and the serviceman called me to take it to the dealer because there was a call back on the engine. He called the dealer for me!

Honesty and integrity.I had issues with my car door not closing properly. I swung by because I didn't have any lubricant on hand, and they sprayed some on my car door. Since it was such a quick fix, they didn't even charge me! I asked if they were sure they didn't want anything, and he said "no, I just wanted to help you out."

Great service. The owner and staff are pleasant and happy to share their knowledge. Were also willing to price match in one case where I got a lower quote elsewhere. They've been my primary garage for over a year now.

I appreciate Rick and his team for having the diagnostic tools on hand to help us figure out what was truly ailing my Jeep. I don't normally have a mechanic I typically go to for help... But as my car ages and problems become more technical, I feel that Lord's Auto is where I should go.

Fixed my car. Also left three large scuffs that reduce car's value. Also added spark plugs and battery unnescarilly, to add to my bill.

This place is a blast from the past! Incredible service, they were as inexpensive or better than anyone else, and they gave me a 1st time customer discount. Then!!! They totally hooked me up with some used tires at the last minute when a storm was coming in. All they charged me for was the balancing...and you could tell that they did it just to help me out!

Rick fixed my side view mirror on my car without replace it. That would ve cost me a lot more money since it is an older car. It looks like new!
