I brought my Armada to get some damage repaired to the rear hatch and the team at Glen Ellyn Auto Body shop did an outstanding job. They fixed the repair, blended the paint to match perfectly. My elderly parents had a minor car accident . And even though they live in Pilsen, they took their car here. Highly recommend this place, professional, courteous, trustworthy, superb work and outstanding service ! The technicians are truly professionals and know what they are doing. I have done business with GE Auto Body for 30 years. Every experience has been positive. Sue the manager is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. She helped get me into a rental car after an accident involving our 2019 Suburu. They provide frequent text updates on the status of repairs. They made our SUV look like new. My car was it in parking lot by someone backing up. My car was three weeks old. I was so distraught I really needed help. I went to Glen Ellyn Auto body to obtain a qoute for insurance. Sue made me feel so much better after she examined my car. And told me not to worry it will be good as new when they were done. And when I picked it up a week later. She was absolutely right! Its beautiful again I couldn't find where it was hit. I highly recommend Glen Ellyn Auto body and their staff. The communication and professionalism is first class. You will have no worries with your car here.

I brought my car in to Glen Ellyn Auto Body after an accident. They made it very easy to go through my insurance and called the rental car service to pick me up and to pick up my car at the end so I didn t have to worry about that. The work they did looks great! The front of my car looks brand new. Thanks for the wonderful service!

I have had to had several of our family's cars serviced here. They always do professional work and are good about letting me know the status when I call to follow up. I have never had any problems with them and the work stands up well. My insurance company works well with them too. NO mean feat working well with insurance companies.

This is the 3rd or 4th car Glen Ellyn Auto Body has repaired for my family in the last 10 years (we have two teen drivers). Sue, the manager, is wonderful ! Our cars always "look like new" when it's driven off the lot. They work closely with Enterprise too which makes renting a car a snap!If you get into an accident, call Sue at Glen Ellyn Auto Body. Tell her "Q" sent you.

When a business does quality work, is honest, and good to its customers, it is worthy of high praise. And when a business does the opposite, it should be publicized and advised against. Glen Ellyn Auto Body is definitely in the latter camp.I'm a repeat customer, having repairs done twice by this shop basically a year apart from each other. When problems emerged down the road with the first repair, the shop explained it away and did not help, left me with a new car that had a front bumper cover with large areas of paint that have completely separated and fallen off. Now that my driver's door window will not operate because of a faulty clip, the office manager blamed everyone under the sun, including the technicians at the dealership who diagnosed the problem, my car insurer, and me-- their very own customer, instead of taking any kind of responsibility. They've skirted their own lifetime warranty instead of doing the right thing and helping a customer. Not once but twice. Now I get to drive a car that looks like a panda bear and with my window literally taped in place to keep it from falling down, or I have the option to go shell out for far more expensive damages caused to the regulator by their work. All this just to be able to roll down my window or rest assured that it's not going to fall down and cause more issues while I'm operating the vehicle.If you want a shop that honors their warranty, treats you with respect, and does not refuse to even look at their own work, then take my advice and avoid Glen Ellyn Auto Body at all costs.

Sue went the extra mile to find a discontinued part replacement while repairing my 'get-to-work' car after a collision. Driving good as new after my insurance company prepped me for a total--that kind of diligence is much appreciated!!

First review I have ever done because of a very bad experience. The lady in the office was very rude. I used them because State Farm recommended them, and I believe they no longer are being recommended by them because of the horrible service, bad work, and rude behavior. My cars body work was pathetic along with a bad paint job and the angry lady in the office yelled at me when I asked her if she could fix it. Go anywhere else. Worst body shop ever!!

Super pleased with the work and overall experience I had with Glen Ellyn Auto Body. I got a few quotes and this company was the most thorough. If I needed work performed again, I would def. come back here.

I stopped by to get a quote on a small dent in my bumper. Someone came to the parking lot to look at the car and said, without making any eye contact, "I won't do that for you." And then walked away.Classy joint.
