First time using Sam's Club Tire & battery and it was excellent. I came into my local Gleb Carbon, IL club and stepped up to an empty service desk. Within 2-3 minutes a tech greeted me and I placed an order for 4 tires that I had spotted on the samsclub.com website. He gave me a total and said it would take 3-5 days and they would call me when the tires were in.To my surprise, they called 2 days later and I made an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival for my tire installation again no one was at the service counter but in 2-3 minutes a tech greeted me and I paid for my tire services. 45 minutes later and I was on my way with new tires. Big shout out to Kyle, the tech that greeted me on my installation visit, for the outstanding service. Also to the first tech whose name I did not get but who also gave great customer service. I'll be back next time I need tires or a battery service performed.

Best prices around but very long wait times for service. They seem understaffed for the volume of cars coming in for tire service. Best if you can drop off your car. Wait times, especially on the weekends, can be several hours.

The options at Walmart are cheaper and you have to schedule in advance for tire replacement.
