I like Cassen s! I ve done biz with other dealerships and by far Cassen s is all around the best in sales but service esp! I d say this is hard to find in todays rapidly changing world!!!!!I wouldn t trust my vehicle with any other shop for service even though it may cost a me extra. A union licensed tech specialist is working on my vehicle! I feel Cassen's is reputable with standards to maintain. They have always treated me with dignity and respect! I believe they have a future with my vehicle needs!Debra Marler

Although I have never dealt with their sales department, because unfortunately both of my last two trucks have been purchased elsewhere and this wasn't planned just happened spur of the moment shopping. However regardless, I have always returned to their service department because they are the best. I have never had a bad experience. Randy and the other staff are always incredibly helpful. If the sales staff is anything like the service then you will not be disappointed.

Brought the car in for service today. The shop was obviously busy but running smooth. The lounge was clean and the coffee was decent. Good personable staff in place without making you feel like they are hovering.

Will most likely use Affenburg Chyrsler in Shiloh for future service and vehicles. Cassens is great but they seem short staffed and backed up on service

To the staff, thank you so much for everything you all did for me. My vehicle has had a horrible first year and was a deep investment for my wife and me. In specific, our 2021 Jeep Wrangler was purchased at another dealership in Missouri, and we have had Lemon related issues with this vehicle since we owned it. So just to say, when I took this Jeep to other dealers for service, I was blown off, and I do not think they had the expertise, knowledge or experience to really get to the direct cause or root of the problem.The Jeep had numerous recalls, and was driving erratically with a surging engine, funny coolant smells, and a high RPM idle. It drove uneven and uneasy, and not commensurate with how a new Jeep would normally operate. I felt like I spent $43,000 on a rebuilt or salvage type vehicle that was complete junk coming off the assembly line. Nobody would help us with these issues and another local dealer service department was less than helpful, in that they would not (or could not) identify the problems. Once I contacted Jeep FCA in Michigan, my case worker told me to take it to another dealership in my area which was Cassens.From the first moment I called, I talked with Steve in service who was extremely polite and friendly. He was genuine and even though I couldn't initially get in for an appointment for two weeks, he was very empathetic to my situation once I explained it. The date of my appointment was 11/07/22, and when I brought the Jeep up, I shared videos of the issues, along with previous service documents. Steve advised me that Cassens had top notch mechanics who know these vehicles up and down and guaranteed me that they would get to the bottom of what was wrong with the vehicle. They definitely did that.They took wonderful care of me and some of the nicest people you would ever meet.

We had a horrible experience just trying to get our durango's issue diagnosed after breaking down 3.5 hours from home. They had our car for 7 calendar days (5 business days) and still didn't figure out 100% what it needed. Finally told us that even if they could, they were so busy that it would be another week before they could fix it. We had to spend $750 to get it transported to our home town. It turns out the engine was blown. Could've saved us a whole lot of money between rental car and transport fees if we had known that earlier.

Great experience buying my new 2023 Dodge Durango R/T! Cliff was the most attentive and hard working salesman I ve ever had. The finance guy was most helpful and made the finance experience easy as well. Go buy a car from them you won t be sorry!!!!

We have bought three vehicles from Greg Jantz and let me tell you...awesome to work with.He is never pushy and always upfront with prices and trade in allowance. We recently ordered a new wrangler from him and he has been available to answer any questions, even on his days off.On the service side of things...Mike the service manager goes above and beyond. Going to bat when you need him and backing you up. He has been more than patient with our claim and personally worked with Chrysler to help get things resolved. Honestly I have not found a better all around dealership in my 30 years of buying cars. Even Dustin in financing was a pleasure to work with and caught that the last dealer owed us on a warranty/trade in refund. Sure enough...$3200 back that the original dealer failed to inform us of.Bottom dollar...if you need a new/used car or need your current car serviced...don't go elsewhere. Cassens is the place

Owning a business myself, I always look for that extra experience. I was able to get rid of a lease with another dealer and earn a decent amount of equity to turn in my SUV. I was hoping to secure a new vehicle, but in this market was unsure of how easy it would be. I had been to countless local dealers looking for a hybrid Chrysler Pacifica. My husband located Cassens after our efforts here locally had all failed. Not only were the dealers locally charging over MSRP for these vehicles, but weren t accommodating or honest. From the first call with Cassens, my husband was finally assured good and honest people did exist in the car business. We re from St. Louis and drove an hour to purchase and do business. Holly our sales advisor was wonderful and truly down to earth. The finance manager Dustin equally as pleasant. Buying a car in this market could have been a completely different experience, but I m truly appreciative of this family friendly dealer. Thank you for a seamless and truly enjoyable buying experience.

We purchased from Cassens more than a year ago, and have really appreciated the experience. Scott and Steve helped with the initial purchase, were very professional and helpful, and the service department has been great for the couple of things (warranty/recall repair, oil change) we've been there for. I'd definitely return when looking for a different vehicle.

I took my Sprinter here to get 23 point inspection, new tires, brakes and oil change. First I talked to a lady to order tires. My husband specifically wanted low road noise tires. She sent me a email with two types of tires to choose from both were not specific to what we asked for. After talking to a man in the service department who was very professional he recommended tires for us. We ordered the tires. We needed 6 tires for our dully but 4 were ordered. On Friday we get a call asking if we needed 4 or 6 tires. We had to wait until Monday for the other 2 tires. After getting the van back we went on a trip. On our way home a belt broke our van it overheated and check engine light came on. Luckily we found a diesel mechanic nearby that fixed the belt. Our windshield wipers were worn out wich should have been part of the inspection. Our check engine light is still on. We called and was given a run around by service attendants. I was told they checked the belts and they were fine. Not the case considering it was a stock belt and the diesel mechanic showed it to us and pointed out the belt broke because of age. I will never deal with Cassens again. I have dealt with very unprofessional people who don't own up to their mistakes. I now wish I have went somewhere else. Being a Dodge Dealership I thought I could put my trust into them.

Fantastic buying experience. Purchased a brand new 2020 Jeep Cherokee last year in February. Contacted my great salesman Tony Goodman on upgrading to a Grand Cherokee. Tony Goodman went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and made sure the whole transaction went smooth. Cassens and sons will definitely be the chosen dealership when making future vehicle purchases.

Cassens is a great full-service dealership. I have had experience with all departments over the years. The service department and body shop treated me well so Cassens was where I started my search for a new truck.I started looking a year before purchase and Greg Jantz worked with me through the whole process. He was patient throughout and I felt like we reached a mutually beneficial sale. In August I placed my order for my truck and I took delivery in October. When the time came to finish everything, the finance department was extremely efficient. It took under an hour to complete everything. Not once was there pressure to purchase any additional product, but they were offered.If you want a purchase where you walk away happy with no buyer s remorse, go see Greg at Cassens and if you ever need body work done, Don is great.

We have been blown away by the service and attention that we were given by Toni Goodman and Jack. This is my second purchase with Tony and he has been outstanding in customer care and friendship. The entire experience was a pleasure. Tony has always made me feel that my satisfaction is the utmost importance to him. I am so impressed at the follow-up care that Tony has given us. I appreciate the time and service that he so graciously gives. Thanks for everything Tony and we absolutely love our new truck!

Second car purchased from Tony. He's honest, attentive, and not your"normal" salesman. Told him we needed a first car for my daughter at a great price, low mileage, and safe. Days later he found exactly what we needed. Was able to work around our hectic schedule to do paperwork and financing. Went above and beyond to anwer all my questions, return my phone calls quickly, and get car processed quickly. Would highly recommend Cassens and Tony. He made it easy, affordable, and quick.

This was the second time we purchased a vehicle with Cassens. This was primarily due to a fantastic saleswoman named Holly. She checks in with us at least once a year to see how we are and if we have any car concerns. It just so happened that 3 years later we did need to buy. Dustin also makes the extended warranty process simple to understand. He is very friendly and patient to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested.

Brought my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Cassens to have body work done after an accident. Dave and his team are rockstars! The communication from Dave throughout was appreciated and the end result felt like a brand new Jeep, inside and out. There are simply no words to express my gratitude. Bought my Jeep from Holly and she s the absolute best! Takes the time to explain how the new features work! She was very knowledgeable about the products and I strongly recommend talking to her if you want to buy! Dustin was very helpful and friendly, too! My salesman was Tony and what a great guy! He is courteous, professional, warm and welcoming! Buying a new vehicle can be a stressful and an intimidating experience, but Tony took all of those fears away. We worked over the phone and via text. He was always available, answered all my questions and took the time to explain the process to me. This is my second brand new vehicle purchase at Cassens and I highly recommend Tony! Jack in finance and Greg in sales were awesome too! Jack explained what I was signing and why and Greg got the keys so I could test drive while I waited. The team at Cassens work well together and take great care of their customers!

5 star experience! I drove 6 hours to pick up one of my dream cars (2016 Mustang GT) and everyone at this location was friendly and helpful. They worked with me on the price days before I came down and everything was smooth and fluid. I spent less than an hour at the dealership including the test drive and inspecting the vehicle for a while. Truly an amazing experience. Recommend anyone that is looking for a vehicle to come to this location.

My First impressions of Cassens is that I'm dealing with responsible, knowledgeable adults. I haven't had work done yet, that's Monday, but so far it's looking good.I've used two other Jeep dealerships, one just changed it's name. The impression when dealing with the staff at those locations was not reassuring. The level of professionalship was seriously lacking on all levels.UPDATE: Cassens worked on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, finishing two days ago. They were efficient, knowledgably, communicated very well. They seem to have fixed everything, without having to go back, which is really, really nice.Based on my impression, even if I did have problems, they would address them professionally and efficiently. Whomever sets the standards for this dealership does a great job. Good team.

Went buy this location to see about getting a trade in. The salesman they placed me with seem polite, but didn't seem interested in getting me into the vehicle that I wanted. Called him back a week later. He stated that he would look into financing for me, but I never heard back from him. That seem very unprofessional and a waste of my time. After this i was told by a person that recently went their as well and they stated to try another location as this one make it hard for black people to get approved. I will take his advice and hope that they get better with serving POC.

Stopped by Cassens this week to have a check engine light looked at and Dave took care of it right away. Two other places wanted me to make an appointment for a later date and charge a hefty fee. I also needed help with a damaged passenger mirror and after he got a price on it he met me over in the body shop to introduce me to Don. He said Don was the man to talk to about this issue. He was very helpful and full of advice. I have to say two out of two ain't bad. So pleased with customer service at Cassens in Glen Carbon. Thanks again to Dave Middleton and Don Hunsche for their top notch service!
