Great experience working with the customer service team. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and forthright in explaining the process steps involved in the repair. Moreover, they gladly coordinated activity with the rental agency; as well as kept us notified of the progress of the repair. The Tech Team's repair quality was highly commendable. - like new. Highly recommend them for their great service, skill and professionalism.

I am slow at submitting my review, however I want to say that I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Caliber Collision. They were courteous, professional, and kept me informed of progress with my car once they received it. The only wait time involved was waiting on parts. Once they received the parts they completed my vehicle faster than they had anticipated. They were very helpful about getting my rental car delivered to me and made it extremely easy for the return. I am pleased with the quality of thier service and I plan to use them in the future with any repairs I may need.

Misty and Kristy at Caliber in Glen Carbon were fantastic from before I signed paperwork to do my repairs with them, and throughout the whole process. They answered all the questions I have, and my vehicle was returned to me looking better than it did when I bought it. They even took care of contacting the rental company to get me a reservation. I rely on my car 7 days a week for work and I appreciate Caliber and its employees and techs for making a stressful experience as smooth-sailing as possible. Thank you, happy customer!!!

I received hail damage from the last storm and caliber collision was SO wonderful! They were friendly, super helpful, and made the process of getting my car fully repaired quick and easy! They got me back on the road quickly! They made a rather stressful and overwhelming situation super simple! Thank you, thank you! I would highly recommend them!

They did an amazing job on my car. After I had an accident a few weeks ago, they went and worked on it, took about a week for them to finish, which was awesome, since I got to use my dad s car. I kinda got lost without my car, but I m glad that caliber collision fixed it. The front bumper looks amazing, and clean.

Caliber was wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. They handled my rental car, kept me updated of everything they were doing with my car and had the job done within a very reasonable timeframe. Everyone I spoke with at Caliber was very professional and kind. They answered all my questions and dealt with the insurance company. I would defiantly recommend this facility! Thank you for such an easy process and my car looks great!

I live with my boyfriend and his grandparents and when i got into a minor accident they immediately recommended Caliber Collision in Glen Carbon! They have taken 3 of their vehicles here and had a great experience every single time. I sent my estimate in through email, got my car in 3-5 days after making an appointment, and had my car back to me in PERFECT CONDITION in 6 days! Wonderful speedy service! Beautiful communication while having the car worked on, you are able to text and check on your car at any time and get an immediate response. Kristy & Angel made the experience all more welcoming being a woman myself, it s not uncommon to have men treat me like i don t know anything about my car. These two ladies made me feel nothing but normal and i appreciate them. If i have any future needs for repairs (fingers crossed i don t lol), i will DEFINITELY be coming back here. :)

I cannot recommend this Caliber location enough, they do excellent work. I got caught in a recent hail storm with a 3 week old car, and their speed, care, and quality of work helped turn around a very frustrating situation. I dropped off the car on a Monday morning for PDR, and had it back before lunch the next day! I used this location for my wife's car a few years back, which needed more extensive repairs from a collision, and they did a great job with that repair as well. That led me to reach out to them for this hail damage, and they knocked it out of the park again. I hope to not need to come back but I'm glad they are here if I do end up needing to!

Terrific! They are kind, knowledgeable, and skilled. There were no surprises. The cost and repair time was just as quoted. I received text notices informing me of each stage of my car's repair. I feel like I have a brand-new car!Whoever does the paint job at the Glen Carbon, IL shop has skills!!!

Caliber Collision of Glen Carbon did a fantastic job keeping me informed with frequent updates on my vehicle's status and overall repair. Customer service is top notch and the quality of work, in my opinion, is hard to beat! They were friendly, courteous, and very helpful in the getting rental vehicle situation handled. I recommend this body repair shop to any and all needing to get back on the road quickly!

I'm new to the Edwardsville area after only moving here in January. So when I was rear-ended back in November, I was lucky that my folks knew a place in the area with a high success rate, and not too far of a drive.The appraisal process was easy to set up and didn't take more than 15 minutes. They recommended that I drop my car off for repairs after all the parts arrived first due to my job requiring I drive a lot. They commented, "this way the repairs won't take nearly as long."Their level of communication was great, making sure to let me know when all the replacement parts had arrived, when my vehicle was in its final stages of repairs, and when it was ready for pickup.The best part of Caliber Collision was their flexibility with my schedule. If you can spend a minute to call them in advance, they will offer you a grace period like they did for me - whether I was 20 minutes late to drop my car off, or showing up minutes before they closed to pick up it up.The crew behind the repairs deserve a huge thanks. They know their craft because it only took them three days to complete my vehicle. Another huge thanks as well to the gals at the front desk for answering all my questions and waiting till the doors closed on Friday to get my car back - seriously, you folks went the extra mile.Thank you again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had to have the entire front of my truck replaced, mostly just cosmetic damage. But, the work was super efficient, and high quality. I really couldn't have asked for a friendlier staff or a smoother process. My truck was returned to me in better condition than before I damaged it! Glen Carbon caliber collision is the best ever! Wonderful staff. Professional customer service. Very courteous and friendly. Great work and detail. My Mini Cooper was rear ended and the crew, staff were excellent in repair, plus they communicated often on the status of my vehicle. The crew that fixed my car are excellent! My car looks awesome!! I was impressed when they completely cleaned the inside and outside of my vehicle before returning it to me. Thank you Misty and staff. Everyone deserves a raise!! The technician was very thorough and helpful.He did his best to fix a Sears scheduling error that would otherwise have resulted in much inconvenience for me.He checked my washer and dryer at the same time, thereby saving a 2nd service call,

Caliber Collision recently repaired my dad s Chrysler 300. They kept me informed every step of the way, even when there were delays. I absolutely do not blame them for the weather. The quality of their work is outstanding. They even washed her. Thanks again! Sherrill

I unfortunately hit a dog(dog survived with minor injuries)mid December and did a few thousand dollar damage to the front end of my Suv. The team helped tie up my bumper until they could get it in for repairs so I could continue driving it.Once they got it in for repair they kept me updating on the process and quickly got it back to me.While I hope to never have to go through this again, I would definitely take it back to them for repairs.Very happy with the outcome and their professionalism from start to finish.

If you are repairing your car at this facility, please allow an extra day or two of research before deciding to have it repaired. It will save you trouble. Especially when an insurance company like GEICO pays for the repairs. They refer customers to their recommended list of body shops, such as Caliber Collision. Insurance companies appear to influence these collision repair shops, maintaining the insurance s company best interests in mind. A repair shop is intended to advocate for you, but this one doesn't. Make sure you're informed of every aspect being done to your car, including the usage of aftermarket components. Please look out for yourself, find the best shop, and be vigilant of misinformation. I truly hope that this review can prevent someone from going through the process I had to experience.

Absolutely gorgeous work, a great experience I brought my cruze in after someone hit it In a parking lot and they made it a easy ordeal from handling drop off/pickup with enterprise and even plugged a tire for me that had a picked up a nail after being hit lol great end to otherwise unfortunate ordeal. Highly recommend and thanks again to the team that got the work done ahead of schedule :D

The team was positive and showed great communication on updates on my car. They used language that was encouraging during a rough time. They worked with my insurance and advocated for me when I was frustrated with the car rental agency (not connected to this company) that was trying to charge me extra for the rental. This team made me feel heard and cared for. Plus, my car was repaired within 5 days which is amazing! It drives and appears brand new! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I forgot my driver's license so they took me back to my house and dropped me off at the car rental office. My car was cleaned inside and out and my seat was positioned where I left it. Usually I have to adjust it because I'm short.

Boyfriend sent in his car in to get repaired and came back with more damage. His rims have chunks missing in them (which didn t need repaired), paint chips all over the car from where they were suppose to repair the car, and deep scuffs that feel like sandpaper on the backend. Taking no responsibility whatsoever.
