I totally love this particular Pilot, they go above and beyond fir their customers, the washers were down and instead of telling me they were not working, the worker Garrett and his manager Peggy I believe thats her name, allowed me to use theirs. Everytime I'm in there so is Garrett is there as well. Wonderful customer service and very friendly and clean place to shower and do laundry. Thanks guys.. Crystal

This location seemed well-organized and fairly clean overall. The bathrooms seemed clean enough, maybe in need of a little tidying up, but I think any heavily trafficked highway stop is rarely perfectly clean. Overall, I felt it was a worthwhile place to take a break while on the road.

The bathrooms were clean. They had a regular soap and a hand scrub soap. The person working the register was very helpful, directed me to the restrooms without me even asking could see that I was lost. Also helped me find my items when it was clear I was looking for something I didn t even have to ask for help.

Clean showers. They gave us extra towels. Coffee was great. Big truck parking. They have Denny's restaurant inside. MacDonalds and Burger king across the street

Nice quit packedLounge is great wash and dryer shower but it's very cold 30 degrees and my trainer won't turn on the heat but the place is cool

I want to say thank you for your work, it's just clean everywhere, there is disinfection for the hands, the shower is clean, the coffee is delicious and the parking lot is clear, please continue the same way !!

It's not a huge truck stop my it did have a Denny's and everything was clean. They had a great selection for road trip munchies snacks and drinks.

This is the first truck stop they have good customer service They have a nice attitude I didn t have shower in my rewards card. They add me shower. this is number one truck stop

This is one of the few 24 hour business in this area, and the staff always is helpful and kind despite all they deal with. The gas station may be busy, but they do good on pricing (for gas) and maintenance. Pricing can be a tad high on merchandise and foods, but it's a convivence store and is in-line with other convivence store gas stations.

TERRIBLE! My mother in law purchased a Nerf gun for my son. There was an entire bin of them that were $4 each. We are traveling from Arkansas to Wisconsin & while we were in Arkansas my husband also bought my son a little Nerf gun for only $3.99.The woman charged my mother in law $6 & when she told her it was supposed to be only $4 she ignored her & handed her the receipt. She was a manager working at 9pm on 7/9/2020 blondish brownish hair. Clearly if something says $4 on the box & there are 20 others same item same $4 sticker that should he honored & idk how someone becomes a manager by ignoring customers.

Been to a lot of Pilot/Flying J's around the country and sadly many are a disappointment.I have found that there is a direct connection between what the fuel islands look like and the quality of customer service inside.If the garbage cans are over flowing and the lot looks like a mess then the coffee is out inside, the restrooms are a mess, long lines at the register and customer service is lousy.This place is neat and clean and customer service is great.

What can you say about Pilot/Flying J? Overall they're on a downhill slide despite their national remodel efforts. Thanks for the self checkouts but we'd rather have diesel pumps that work and here's an idea, hot showers, not luke-warm showers.

Plenty of parking people on the inside are superb very friendly and nice my congrats too the manger and staff it's definitely clean trying the shower next so let's hope!

Gotta say this is a great place came here after the I 57 got shut down. They work so hard to keep walkways and parking lot clear of snow. Bathrooms are clean showers are clean with hot water n good pressure. Coffee was fresh. Snack, Drinks and beer were kept stocked. Denny's understandably ran out of menu items. Thanks pilot! Keep on Trucking Baby

Place was filthy coffee area looks like it wasn t cleaned for hours plus men s stall had no tissue at all had to use seat covers store totally needs some attention very disappointed

It's decent... restrooms are nicer than most gas stations...but you still feel like you are being engulfed by dangerous bacterias.... it's okay, I'm grateful for this place, but they can do better and they must strive to

There was feces down the side of one of the men's toilets, not the cleanest restrooms I've ever seen. The rest of the bathroom was good I think I just drew the short stick.

This location was clean and we'll stocked. There were plenty of snacks and soft drinks from which to choose as well as electronic accessories, car accessories, toys and souvenirs. The bathrooms were easy to find and they were clean and well.stocked. The cashiers worked quickly to keep the lines to a minimum and they were very friendly.

Got charged $39 for nothing! Several gas pumps were malfunctioning with no warning: it says "fueling" on the screen but no gas was pumped whatsoever. To make it ten times worth, I saw a $39 charge on my credit card right after even though nothing appeared on the screen and my tank was still empty! The cashier could not help me at all, only telling me to contact my bank. This is super shady! If you have to go there, be extremely cautious about their gas pumps.

Gave it a 2 star because other than the pumps trying to charge you more than what you spend it's good. Check your bank account if you pay with card at the pump (or inside) for any suspicious activity. We were about to be charged over $100 for a $40ish dollar transaction. Ironic that the pump started with "to prevent fraud...." When I told the cashier on duty,which was around 3am, she just said thank you so i dont know if it was fixed or checked. Otherwise bathrooms are decent, seen variety on the shelf etc. (Idk about the quality because after the over charge i wasnt going to buy more from this place) But pay with cash if your able or check your bank account after using this gas station.

Been calling steady since December and actually visited in person a few times. Professional service, clean facilities and quaint little town. No drums for sale though and no job openings. There's always someone there to pick up the phone.
