I didn't get any names but I wanna thank all the guys that was there today 2/06/24 really helpful and kind I'm a trucker and I broke down at the truck stop with no ride, they brought the parts to me and help me get back on the road, thanks again guys

Do you enjoy bad service? If you like being pushed to the side by an employee when someone he likes better comes in, then this is your place! Was there today and in the middle of being helped, the employee told us he was going to help a customer that just walked in. Good job NAPA! I'll take my business elsewhere.

Called on a Friday, late afternoon, to inquire about current inventory of Aluma trailers. They happened to have exactly what I had been searching all over for and at the best price I had come across. Called first thing Saturday morning to verify it was still there and upon confirmation made the hour journey down. As a bonus, when I arrived I found out they also sell and service Ferris mowers. I have had fits with my two local dealers and general disinterest and lack of knowledge. I met with Bill Kraft and quickly learned that he was incredibly knowledgeable about both the mowers and the trailers. His approachable demeanor pretty much sealed the deal on both the trailer and my future parts and service needs for my mower, despite the fact that they are 3 times the distance of my closest dealer. Bonus points to the way he handled an issue with the state registration website and had my temporary plate in the mail to me on the next business day. Highly recommend!

got screwed out of the parts I desperately need because their website says they close at 5:30. but their doors are locked at 5.

It could have more stars if it opened when they say. Hard to accomplish work if you can t get parts and materials. Guess I ll go to the next town.

I was needing a part for my lawnmower. Called first to see if they had it and they did ! An ingintion magnetoe for the mower.
