Excellent quality and workmanship by Driven Elite. Jay was very knowledgeable and help with providing what I really needed and not just sell be the whole works. Car turned out beautiful!! PPF whole front and roof. Ceramic whole car and we tinted the windows.Could not be more happy with the finished work! Will be bringing my other cars to Driven Elite. Thank you Jay!!

I ve never let anyone detail my car because I ve always been worried about someone not treating the car like their own. Well I m here to say, Jay at Driven Elite Detailing takes great pride in his work. I highly recommended if you want quality work done, go with Jay!! You won t be disappointed!

Went to Driven Elite for help with my recently purchased black S60. The dealership did quite a number on polishing and left swirls all over the car.Jay did an amazing job on the paint correction and ceramic coating. He walked me through all the steps he would do to try to get it back to it's factory shine. After he did his thing, this car looks brand spanking new.Highly recommend for a down to earth, clear and concise detailer.

I recently had my car ceramic coated, and I can not express enough how impressed I am with the results. Jay went above and beyond to ensure that my car was protected with the best possible coating, and the finish is simply stunning. Not only does my car look better than ever, but I also have peace of mind knowing that it is protected from the elements. The coating has made cleaning my car so much easier, and I am confident that it will maintain its shine for years to come. Jay was patient in answering all of my questions and took the time to explain the process to me. He truly cares about his customers, and his work speaks for itself. Jay did a fantastic job with the paint protection clear film for the front of our 2024 Silverado 2500HD. It is done so well I couldn't even see where the edges were. You definitely need someone like Jay who takes that kind of pride is his work. We will absolutely use Driven Elite for their services on the next vehicle needing some attention!

I just picked up my new chevy silverado high country from the team at Jay's shop. Ordered two step paint correction, black vehicle. Ordered ceramic coating, also had the front windows tinted to match. I also ordered ppf for the front bumper. Unbelievable work done. The truck looks amazing. Jay explained everything through the entire process. Extremely professional. Thanks again. I would highly recommend using Driven Elite detailing for your vehicles.

I needed to get an inspection on a car I was looking to buy from a dealership that has over 100k miles. Izzy and team worked with me and checked the car out within the hour of me reaching out. They ran the scans and did a whole inspection to give me peace of mind. They are the best in the business no doubt about it, no matter the manufacturer they are professional!

I took my brand new truck to South Dakota on a hunting trip where it got absolutely destroyed by the mud and elements. Take a look at the before and after photos. The team at 'Driven' worked tirelessly to get it looking better than the day I bought it! I was VERY impressed with the work they completed and I highly recommend them. A great experience from Driven Elite. Had tints installed, the owner went as far as to come to my house to make sure their tint would match the factory tint on my truck. Owner is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and runs a clean shop. Overall, very impressed. Would highly recommend.

I live in the Gilberts, Illinois Area and was looking for a detail shop that could repair the horrible swirl marks on my car from a car wash. I found Driven Elite Detailing that was down the street from me. Jay was very personable and professional when it came to looking over my car and suggesting what needed to be done. I was looking for Paint correction along with ceramic coating the vehicle to help with the winter, Jay also suggested to do the wheel coating with ceramic. Jay kept me updated through out the whole process of paint correction and ceramic, every day was a new picture or video of the process, I could not believe my eyes the results that Jay had done with my car, the car looked better than it did when I had got it new, it looked like a mirror! The vehicle has a pearl paint job on it and I had no idea that the Paint looked that amazing until Jay worked his magic. I would Highly recommend Driven elite detailing, excellent work. Took my 11 year old Subaru Outback to Jay @ Driven Elite Detailing for some TLC last week. I got the in/outside full detailing and the headlight restoration services. I wish I had a before picture to share, but you can imagine an 11 year old car's foggy and yellowing headlights, it was that. Headlights look amazing now! I just have to keep up with it. Jay was very honest and gave great advice with the pre-consultation and post walk-around. No complaints. Him and his team even got the dog hair out of my cargo area. I have no idea how, I've been trying all 11 years!

Jay at DRIVEN is the best detailer I've ever come across ever ! His attention to detail is what sets his work far and above his competition if you take pride in the way you re vehicle looks then look no further .I knew I found the right guy the minute I looked at the how organized and clean his shop is that s what a perfectionist like myself looks for ! My 2015 vehicle looks like new! I had complete trust with his ability instantly as his knowledge and expertise was evident in our first conversation. I've had my car detailed at other places and none did work as professional and precise like Jay and his staff. The paint is like glass! He was accommodating to my needs and kept in touch with the process. This was an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish. Driven Elite is a top notch shop. I brought my new pickup and my wife's car in for tints, they did a phenomenal job, and stand behind their work. Jay at Driven Elite Detailing was awesome as was his work. I bought my car used, 3 years old and it had a lot of car wash paint swirls. He used paint correction to take almost all of the swirls and scratches out and then finished with ceramic coating for long term protection. I would highly recommend Jay and recommend anyone buying a new car, especially a darker color, have this done first thing. His customer service is first class and he very patiently educated me when I asked a million questions. Time for Jay to start a 2nd business teaching other small business owners how customer service and quality work is done. Thanks Jay!!!

If more than a 5 star ratings did exist in reviews, it shall be applied here! Jay and his team rocked out my black BMW 335 by performing a paint correction on the vehicle. It is truly the best the car ever looked since owning it and money well spent to appreciate the car again. The paint correction took away the dullness, scratches and swirls and now the car has a deep luster shine that you can only appreciate in person. When l called, Jay the person who I was speaking with was real professional, answered all of my questions, went above and beyond explaining their services and what they offer.I decided to go with their services and I'm so glad I did! Brought my new X5 to Jay for window tint, paint correction and ceramic coating. From the initial phone call to completion of the work Jay was always available to answer questions and keep me up to date on the progress being made. I would definitely recommend this shop and will be returning again.

After purchasing my brand new 2021 Chevy Colorado ZR2 truck I was looking for a reputable detail shop to apply a professional ceramic coating. The coating the dealership offers is nothing more than a sealant and I was looking for a higher quality. After calling a number of local detail shops I decided to bring my truck to Driven Elite Detailing in Gilberts, IL. What separated Driven Elite Detailing from the rest was the owner Jay s passion, knowledge, and expertise. When I called Jay for a quote, he not only provided an estimate, but went into great detail on how the ceramic coating process works and the difference between ceramic coating, sealants, and waxes. Having worked for a detail shop pre-college I can recognize the difference between a professional and amateur detail shop and trusted my brand new truck in Jay s hands. As soon as I brought my truck in I knew I made the right choice. His shop is clean and top-notch. Jay provided detailed videos and pictures throughout the process. I never would have thought a brand new car could have so much industrial grime stuck to the paint. Jay thoroughly taped everything off before paint correction and delivered my truck looking better than new. I am very particular about my vehicles and was more than satisfied with the end result.
