I've been going to Braasch Automotive for about a year now and I've been very pleased with every service that's been provided. Lenny and Jenny are great people who run a very honest shop! You can tell that they really care about their customers. Quotes come back fast. Scheduling is easy and flexible. Pricing is great. The work is always quality and done in a timely manner. They even check back in with you afterwards to make sure everything is running great and that you're satisfied with the work. I HIGHLY recommend Braasch! After taking my car to a few other shops for a misfire code that couldn't be diagnosed, Lenny saved the day by not only figuring out what was wrong but fixing it within two days. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong, why it might have been missed by other mechanics, and was just so kind and helpful the whole way through. I know older cars can be a pain to work on, but Lenny stepped up and helped me out and was so transparent about the process. Jenny and Lenny were both great! Took my car to them for the first time today on a referral from the next door app for an oil change. It s like a lot of the reviews say Lenny is a straight shooter and not looking to rip people off and takes an honest look at any upcoming repairs you do need to think about. This place is fantastic. Super friendly staff who explain things in great detail and are completely honest. Every time I get service here I know for a fact that I am getting exactly what is needed and the repair will last. Lenny takes the time to properly diagnose any issue and then goes into great detail about the what, why, and how. Jenny is a pleasure to work with as well. The amount of care they put in to their work is unmatched and they stand behind every service they perform. There is not a more honest mechanic in the area. I have now taken my car and sister car to him. My sisters car Toyota Service wanted us to spend $3000 dollars to fix my sisters car. So I took my sisters car to Lenny for a second opinion and low and behold the car only needed $600 worth of repair. I have now been with Braasch Automotive for the last year and so satisfied with Lenny's service that I will continue to go back to him for any other car repairs and maintenance. I've taken my car to Lenny on several occasions and I've always been very impressed with his thoroughness and honesty. Recently, I referred my mother-in-law to him after a dealership was going to charge her $900 for a repair. Lenny inspected her car and told her that nothing needed to be fixed. If you want a good and honest shop, then go no further!

Lenny and his staff are kind, professional, and good at what they do. I was on a 300-mile drive when my car started making a terrible sound on the highway, I sputtered to his shop (on a Thursday afternoon) and he saw to my car immediately. He fixed the problem and I was back on my way in 15 minutes. I didn't think service like this existed anymore!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Lenny is amazing. Honest mechanic and truly a wonderful person. Towed my car in the early AM hours and had me back on the road that afternoon. Extremely knowledgable with great customer service! I Had a check engine light on need to pass emission which required a complicated repair/diagnostic replacing the catalytic converter and O2 sensors on a 2015 Malibu. Lenny took the time to explain everything carefully instead of talking down/ignoring me like most other mechanics. Not only did I get the car repaired at a reasonable cost I actually learned a thing a two. Having the text updates on my car from Jenny was also nice touch not seen elsewhere. Never had to review anyone s services yet coz I ve never cared but. Braasch Automotive has been great and helpful every-time I ve paid them a visit. They also do a call or send a text from time to time checking up on you and how your car is running after their service. Highly recommend
