Highly recommend this place!I m so happy that I chose this place to work on my car. First of all, I m super impressed how he really care about his work that he was doing. Second, he had a really good communication. He keeps in touch and makes sure that everything goes well and you are happy with it. Third, he has amazing experience and super professional that he can answer all questions I had. I m also happy that he makes sure that the color of my bumper match with my car color because from the vin number was wrong. So he took time to get the bumper repainted to get it like. I love this kind of service and I think everyone should support him and his team. They all did amazing job and nice people. I m so glad and really thankful for this. Thank you again!

Emanuel and the gentlemen at Balleno Autobody Solutions are awesome and they will always be my go-to body shop! Emanuel was professional, responsive and very helpful. This was my first insurance claim, but throughout the entire process they were informative and knowledgeable. Customer service was great, but most importantly they did an awesome job on my car! Great father-son team, replaced a broken outer door handle on my Toyota, and when they found an issue with the inner door handle as well, ordered the part the same day and got both repaired right away. Discussed all pricing and work up front, and kept to their quoted price even when they had to order another part, which was a pleasant surprise. Very reasonable rates, personable staff, and excellent work. I am planning to go in for rust repair as well because of my good experience with this business, and will use them for any body work in the future.Service: Body & Trim

I was looking to get the glass for an exterior rear view mirror fixed. Many places that I called and even stopped by wouldn t touch it unless I agreed to replace the entire mirror housing. An actual dealership quoted $840. I came across Balleno Autobody Solutions in Lake In The Hills as I grew tired of shopping around and Emanuel did not hesitate to do it. He was extremely professional, honest, and researched the best cost effective option for me.He s got a loyal customer.

Manny is the absolute best! I received a quote from three other places and Balleno not only gave me the lowest price, but they got it done within two days (I was in a huge time crunch) and I gave them less than 24 hours notice. Manny and his team went above and beyond in so many ways (seriously, every request I made they fulfilled with no questions asked) and I am so incredibly grateful! I will continue to refer everyone in the area to Balleno. I have only outstanding things to say!

Replaced passenger door rear view mirror with lane watch camera. Returned vehicle with camera inoperative due to incomplete alignment.
