Staff is great! Didn't have a loaner I could use. Awesome dealership but if you have an extended warranty through Dodge they will NOT honor it!!! This blew my mind! 72k for a 1ton, another 5k for extended warranty and they can't honor it when Dodge sold it to me!

I needed a warranty repair on my brakes. I had called a place closer to me who told me they couldn t get me in for 10 days to diagnose my car - repair would happen after that. Even after I mentioned feeling unsafe in my vehicle.I called this place the same day and they had my car diagnosed and repaired in 48 hours! The person I spoke to was understanding of my concerns and gave me an accurate estimate of when they would have my car back to me. Truly appreciate their prompt and kind service. My car is running great - thank you!!

I broke the left rearview mirror by placing n it against the window from outside the vehicle. My Insurance wouldn't cover it as I was the interim driver, but not the primary driver. The vehicle was covered by the primaries insurance. Fortunately, the service writer found a part (painted) for the next available install. It was out of town. I came back and the part was installed, promptly. I did tell them I am a Vet, the writer handled me accordingly. Good job. The mirrors do fold without my assistance...oh well.

Rick and the Crew in Service are Awesome. Home for Thanksgiving and realized we had a headlight out. They took us in Friday afternoon and had it fixed in less then 30 minutes.

My wife got a flat tire at the Gibson City DMV. The DMV calls the dealership they send somebody over and got enough air in the tire to get it across the street. They proceeded to patch her tire and refuse to take her money. I am so thankful for their generosity as she had 2 kids with her and I was not able to leave work to take care of the issue myself.I have never meet these folks, we don t live in Gibson City, and we had a Honda van.I think that this act of taking care of a total stranger says how they will treat long term customer.Thanks for taking care of my family.

Minor work is reasonable in price. But last visit brake work price was so high I didn't have that much money. Found on first try another mechanic who did it for half the price. Shocked and wondering how many other times they've padded the bill.

Maintenance Department decent. Cost is comparable to other dealers. Sales Department ok, but don't seem to take repeat sales seriously. I purchased Ram truck with good experience, but visiting to trade for new vehicle, individual that took my information for missing sales force evidently did not communicate since never received call back. Moved on to GMC local dealer who has gained two vehicles purchased, but all future business.

They found the perfect truck with what we were looking for and it was reasonably priced. We keep going back. They take good care of our vehicles. With a friendly staff, this is a fair, honest and reliable dealership.
