Took my car here last week for an inspection. I needed brakes for a little while they explained everything to me and how long it would take. I need brakes pads and rotors tire rod and alignment.They will even loan you a courtesy car if needed but I was down the road so didn t need one. The women at front desk and her little daughter where so sweet. Oh let me add the dogs are so lovable and sweet as well. If I could give you guys 100 stars I would. I will definitely be back for sure. Thank you again.

My experience at Genoa Motors Auto Sales was excellent. Mike allowed us to drive a few cars until he helped steer us to the car that we eventually bought. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone and look forward to dealing with him again in the future.

Firstly we are so thankful for Mike and his team members! Our motor was messed up for over 2 months. Mike graciously extended an replacement car for the entire time. We receive our car back in great condition! We will be coming back if needed as well as referring other customers. Thank you again for your great hospitality!

Can t imagine a better car buying experience. The owner Mike was extremely approachable and straight forward. Recently purchased a vehicle, reached out to Mike letting him know that the AC wasn t blowing cold and the breaks seemed stiff. Without batting an eye he told me no problem, I ll take care of it. Was a great peace of mind knowing that any issues he and his team want to help. Would recommend Genoa motors to anyone!

Absolutely enjoyed my car buying experience. Mike and his partner in crime Wendy was awesome. I really appreciate Mike taking his time with finding the best suitable insurance for me and I also appreciate how honest he was about my credit because even though I did have an issue he was still able to work with me so I could get the car that I have now! Thanks again! and I will definitely recommend his business to anyone who s looking for a great reliable car.

Purchased a vehicle here recently. Everything went great. Mike was awesome. He worked with us to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. He took care of everything. Could not ask for a better person.Just had my truck detailed here. The service and performance cannot be matched anywhere. Excellent people to work with and they do amazing work. I will be back here with my other cars.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Mike was personable and straight forward. He got right to the point. He answered every question I had. I explained my situation, he worked with me, and before I knew it I was on my way home with the car I wanted. 10/10 would recommend. Support local businesses!

Worked with Mike on a used car purchase recently. He is great to work with, had every detail ready for me on the Maxima we purchased. When we purchased the car there wasn t a key fob for it. He was timely in getting a key fob over to us just a couple days later.I definitely recommend Mike and Genoa Motors! He will take great care of you.

This small local dealer is great! Mike is both trusting AND trustworthy. He's a straight shooter and will find something to fit any budget. He also has a very sweet Doberman puppy there who is just fun to see. She is super friendly, well-trained and well-mannered. If you're in the market for a car, don't make a decision without at least stopping here

Being almost 60 years old have I bought my share of used cars in my life. The sales experience I had with Mike with buying my son s first car was first class all the way. He is truly a car guy and only puts cars on his lot that are worth buying. It s great to find an honest and fair used car person out there!

Once again Genoa Moters has come to my rescue. Was having trouble with my battery that was just a little over two years old. They put in a new battery under warranty. This is a place that knows what customers service is and they are fantastic at it. THANK YOU GENOA MOTORS.

Bought a 2008 F250 from Mike at Genoa Auto Sales, and have nothing but good things to say about the quality of the truck and the quality of service we received. Was willing to work right along side of us to make sure we were all happy in the end. Would highly recommend anybody looking for a good used vehicle, to stop in and see what he has to offer.

Mike and Wendy at Genoa Motors! What a great pair!. I had a car that was about ready to clunk out. Mike was able to work with me take my car on trade and give me an HONEST DEAL!! The process was easy and Mike was able to work with me. I have been to several previously owned vehicle salesmen and they were all trying to give me a high interest rate and they were fast talkers who just wanted to make money off of my desperstion.. Mike gave me a payment that I could afford. If you what an Honest, Fair and Smooth transaction head over to Genoa Motors. The website was also very well put together and easy to navigate! Who would have thought In our Hometown there are the best deals around. My new little used car is awesome and so CLEAN! He also has a garage in town! They will be getting my business and my recommendations! Kuddos to this business!!

Mike is great at Genoa Motors! I applied late Friday night online and had a mint, one owner car the very next day by 5 pm! Very easy to work with and I'm absolutely in love with my car! I was in and out within 20 minutes after my test drive and I was even able to trade in my old truck! Thanks Mike!

I can in with one truck in mind Mike gladly handed me the keys and told me to take it out for as long as I would like. I took the truck out and I fell in love I found a few minor repairs that needed to be done on the truck but Mike assured me he would fix them for me as well as giving me a 90 day warranty on the truck. I am beyond happy with my purchase from Genoa motors and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get themselves in a new vehicle.

Mike is the most amazing person. He helped me find the car I needed. He truly wants to get you into the right car, and doesn t hide what s wrong with anything. Went with my dad to buy a car from here, we were both completely shocked at how smooth the experience went, my dad said he was mad that he went somewhere else, because the deal I got was MUCH better and I was in and out in an hour with my new vehicle, Amazing. not to mention I had shopped vehicles for over a week just to find this place had identical vehicles with identical miles for literally thousands cheaper than other places around. There should be a 6 star review for this place and there is no question I will recommend others to come here and have no need to go elsewhere in the future.

I Give Mike at Genoa Motors a 5 Star Rating. If You Love" The Best Customer Service "then you need to Stop There. Ive Never been there before but I Was So impressed with the way He Treated My Daughter and I. We just bought My Daughter a car and He made that Experience Wonderful. Professionalism wrapped with a Bit of HomeTown Feel and Happiness. Love It. He has the Best Puppy Too.

We had a great experience! We told Mike what we wanted and we got exactly that! We love our new car, it even came with a 90 day warranty. His shops are conviently located with fast and friendly service and they do anything from repairs to oil changes and break pads!

Our car broke down in Colorado and we had to get a temporary vehicle and Genoa Motors was our first choice. Mike was so helpful and funny. We purched at 2006.We had a few issues with the engine light coming on but he took are of it right away. Would definitely recommend Genoa Motors.

I had an amazing experience for purchasing my first car. Originally I wanted a jeep wrangler and it was already taken by another person. Mike recommended a much better car for my needs and I don't regret my purchase. 10/10 would come back!!
