The best car buying experience I have ever had! Jawan was beyond helpful and full of knowledge on the vehicle! They made everything very quick & painless and even stayed past closing to finish everything up! I think we were there a little less than two hours for the whole process!

The young lady that worked in the service department was very helpful and polite she gave me pricing on getting my transmission fluid change and while they were working on it they found another issue and she called to let me know I would highly recommend your service department to anyone that needs car repairs

I came in to test drive a couple options I was looking at and ended up finding the right car vehicle for me! They even delivered my old vehicle back to my house so I could drive my new vehicle home that day!

Purchased a 2023 Chevy Trail Boss from Alan Browne Chevrolet. The entire process was outstanding. Worked with both Jason and Daniel. They were excellent. Everything from educating on vehicle of choice, to test drive, to negotiations for truck and trade in.No pressure, no stress, no games, just straight up discussions. Jason spent over 30 mins setting up all the trucks parameters for me after the sale. By far the most enjoyable time I have ever spent purchasing a vehicle.ThanksSteve

I have been using Alan Browne's Service department since I purchased my '21 Acadia from another dealer. I continue to take my vehicle here because of the excellent service and reasonable pricing. Mike Willis and Tim Mercer are always so helpful and explain any issues of which I need to be aware.

They are amazing here. Best place to buy a car. My parents bought one a couple years ago and they became family. They really look at your needs and wants. Everyone here makes it so enjoyable and not stressful to buy a car. WE will forever go here to get anything done to our car or buy cars and will recommend it to everyone. Jawan and Jason are so amazing.

Got a walk-in appointment for an oil and tire rotation just before some dicey weather was the roll in for the afternoon, Mike Willis took care of business in quick order so that I could get moving before things got worse out. Always happy with the expedient and friendly service here!

Mike Willis Service Consultant has been a tremendous help with my 2017 Chevy Impala repairs. In 2020 I traded in my 2017 Malibu for a 2017 Impala at Allen Browne Chevy Genoa, I love my Chevy s however I ve had my Impala in for numerous issues. I m not to pleased with this trade and although the repairs have been a hassle in my day to day functions, Mike and his team of technicians have diligently addressed all issues and continues to assist in yet another repair as of today 4/12/2023. Thank You Mike for the support and care you have given addressing the problems and continue to give with my numerous issues concerning my 2017 Impala perhaps a better Impala is in my Future ~Thanks Again,Sincerely ~ Toya

Very un satisfied sold me a new car with a oil leak. Did they know this?. Have a warranty it's been almost 6months and they claimed to have fixed it once. Are they waiting for my warranty to expire? Questions questions

Really nice in this day and age to deal with someone who understands customer service. Mike Willis in the service department is extremely helpful and pleasant. I don't generally deal with dealerships for my service but the excellent customer service makes it worth it.

Once you find a place you can trust, don t give it up! I purchased a vehicle from Alan Browne Chevy last year and have had maintenance service there since then. Jason has always gone out of his way to make sure I have a positive experience, both through the buying process as well as in the service arena. There are no high pressure tactics, you can trust you are getting quality service, and prices are fair. I referred friends there recently.

I brought my car with fuse box issues regarding my a/c clutch not kicking on. I initially did all the troubleshooting beforehand and explained to tech. Although this u-beck part was ordered, it shouldn't have been recharged without first making sure my a/c clutch would engage or it wasn't a blown relay also . Customs dissatisfied as

Great experience. They answered ALL of my questions, and I had a lot of them. Excellent customer service, we were able to purchase our new vehicle and be on our way in a short amount of time. We are very pleased with the entire experience. I would recommend this dealership.

It's always good. The only part is you couldn't get me a 2022 Bright Rapid Blue Camaro you didn't have the allotment, but I got one else were. But will use you to do my services on my cars.

I had just bought a used car from a different dealer that had a dreaded check engine light show up right after. The Rockford Chevy was booked for a whole other week so I drove a little farther than I had wanted to and dropped my car off at night. I was impressed by how quickly Tim reached out to me in the morning to tell me they would get started on it, he also said he was going to quickly check if the car was still under warranty. I was expecting a huge repair bill but it turned out the car was actually on its last day of warranty and I did not have to pay anything for the parts they replaced. A few hours later the car was all fixed, I brought it back the next day to get an alignment and remote start because of how quick and professional everything was. Very impressed with the excellent service and great communication!

Brought car in for what looked like a coolant leak, though no strong odor of coolant, so perhaps just condensation from defrosting window. They did not see anything leaking visually, though I insisted on pressure test of cooling system since I had to take a day off work unpaid to being car in. Test came out fine and then days later I noticed dripping water coming from the exhaust pipe connection near the back of the transmission so probably just condensation from exhaust heating up though I will watch coolant level for the next few weeks. Other than that, service was fast, got me in last minute, professional, and Tim was great as always and why I always return to Alan Brown.

I went here expecting just to test drive a few vehicles while in search for a new car. However, I ended up falling in love, with my new vehicle and the staff, and ending up buying one all in the same trip! I couldnt have done with without the incredibly helpful staff! Toni is phenomenal!! She was very helpful answering all my questions and concerns at time of purchase, and has stayed in contact with me since then to make sure everything has been smooth sailing! So thankful and grateful for all the help she s provided during this process!! So thrilled to be telling all my friends and family about the incredible service provided!!
