I called several auto parts stores in our area to help with a battery and this place was not only "over the top" helpful, but knowledgable and professional. I chose them over more convenient local stores and glad I did. Highly recommend.

I've purchased a few things at this location and every employee I've interacted with has been helpful and professional. I'm completely lost when it comes to cars so I often ask dumb questions about the install process of whatever I'm buying. They've always answered my questions and point me in the right direction. I don't even call around anymore to price compare with other auto stores in the area. I go here for everything I need.

Didn't purchase anything but my truck battery died in the best bugly parking lot next door. The employees were very friendly and helpful, loaning me their tools and helping me with getting a jump to get the truck home.

I wanted to start with... amazing management and customer service skills from mike. He helped me out so much with my bmw and was able to guide me in the right direction every time I came in. He helped me return a part that was used and gave me no troubles. This is the type of customer service and management you are looking for when spending a lot of money on your vehicles. Thank you mike and I will be coming back to this store every time for my vehicle needs.

I couldn t believe that the staff was not masked this morning nor where any customers other than myself. When I asked about masking I was told yea we don t in force it . BELIEVABLE!!! Do your part O Reilly mask up wish I could leave a negative star.

The worst customer service in the world! Nick, the store manager, can NOT order the correct parts to save his life. Been through the run around on every part I order through them and their all wrong! Take the extra drive to St. Charles store their usually competent. I will be taking my commercial business elsewhere!

Lily and Robert were amazing today! Helped me get my car in winter shape with new battery, de-icer, side mirror and windshield cover. Shocked they're not busier - so kind, good at what they do w/free replacements plus tests & tips. Thank you for keeping me on the road!

Very helpful. The not only checked my battery for a charge, they checked it for leaks... and let me use there wash room to clean up when battery acid was found.

Purchased new wiper blades this week. Did not even ask to install them. Nate was knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service still exists.
