Theresa is outstanding! Her communication and care to handle to support with resolving our car breaking down has blown me away. My Dad always used to take our cars there when I was growing up and I m so impressed that their service is as wonderful as I remember! Huge thank you for to Theresa and the team!! Car problems are so challenging and I am so grateful to be able to rely on them to support with them!

They were awesome. We had our car towed there after the transmission went out. They gave us a time frame for the repair and it was done as promised. Great service for a customer that had no appointment, fit us in and got us back on tbe road. Thank you.

Ken's Auto has been our "go to" car fix it place for over 20 years. Theresa is a great mechanic and her staff are hard workers that have been there for years. The last visit we had our Nissan fixed was yesterday. We described the problem to Theresa and she immediately knew what was wrong! It was fixed in a day. They are all dependable and we have not been disappointed yet!

When I had issues with my Cadillac Ken s Auto was very helpful on giving me an honest opinion on needed repairs and got my car in quickly to fix it. I now have a Jeep Renegade and continue to use Ken s Auto for my routine oil changes. The entire team is always helpful and they provide honest work. I can t say enough good things about Ken s. Everyone is helpful and friendly. We were quoted over 2k from our dealership and Ken s took care of it for less than $200. Not to mention, they squeezed us in and got our vehicle done in less than a day. My whole family brings their cars here and we wouldn t even consider going anywhere else!

I have been going to Kens Auto since 2002 when I moved to Geneva and I could not be happier with the high quality of service and professionalism. Theresa does an amazing job taking care of all my family's cars and it is done right the first time. Kens Auto has fair prices and I generally can get service scheduled pretty quickly. In an emergency, I can drop my car off and it is looked at and evaluated in a reasonable amount of time. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is hard but you will not be disappointed when you come to Kens Auto.Service: Auto brake replacement

So, how great is it to find some honest people who repair your car(s) for a reasonable price? Please take your business to Ken's Auto! They repaired two major car problems we've had recently and the work was done properly. One of the repairs was done for free. (Don't get your hopes up, but I'm sure they'll charge you a fair price for some amazingly good work!) This is a 5 star Google review that I'm really happy to post! I recently had the pleasure to have my car inspected and worked at this awesome place. They were fast, on the point and fair price for an excellent job. It s hard finding mechanics that you can trust, and at Kens Auto you can definetly trust them.Definetly recommend it and will go back to it when needed.Service: Auto maintenance

I get the feeling this is one car place I can trust. I brought my daughter's car here. They could have done what I asked and it would have cost a couple hundred bucks. After they looked at it they said I didn't need it and the only charged me $50 for an adjustment

Been living in the Geneva area for a few years and recently had an issue with my exhaust and the temperature gauge running higher. Called on a Friday and they got me right on on Monday and were very friendly and did an amazing job. Me and my family will be going here for all our auto needs from here on! Thank you so much!!

Took my car in on Monday afternoon to fix an electrical issue with my headlight. I had taken it to a dealership and they quoted me $1200! A Geneva resident recommended Ken s Garage and I am happy to say the recommendation was well merited. I received great service. They were able work me in on the same day when I explained the relatively simple problem. They were honest and reasonable in their work, and they provided a detailed invoice with the work done. I ll be sure to return when future needs arise.

I think Ken's Auto is GREAT !!!I have been a customer for over 20 years and I trust nobody else to repair my auto's. They've worked on many of my cars from new models to classic (1954). This place is the best! We've been going to them for a few years now, and they always do an excellent job. Recently my car was having some trouble starting. They got me right in, had the issue fixed by the following morning, along with my front brakes and did an oil change, all at a reasonable price!

There isn t enough space or time to provide a full review on how wonderful Ken s is. This has been our family mechanic since day one. When you re a customer, you re family. There is no hidden agenda when it comes to their mechanics. Honest and straightforward answers, which is rare in the auto world. You will not be disappointed taking your car to Ken s. Theresa takes care of both my vehicles as well as the vehicles of other family members. Theresa and the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They always answer all of my questions and would never recommend something that my vehicles don't need. At the end of the day, they are just honest, hard working people and they take the pain out of auto repairs.

This is possibility the BEST auto service repair shop in the area. I needed a new battery and when I called at pickup they said it was a warranty replacement. Very honest business. Capable workers. I would highly recommend them!
