Excellent! Very knowledgeable people friendly and helpful.I have an appointment to bring my other vehicle in next week. Trustworthy. .Ok, it s been a few weeks and my Ford E350 Van that sat in my driveway for about two years is back on the road. Brakes, power steering, computer glitches and a list of other miscellaneous were all repaired. They sure know what they are doing we trust EDS. Highly recommended! I ve maintained our family fleet for years, but when my son moved 900 miles to Geneva, IL I knew we d need to find a competent, honest, independent mechanic. I found EDS on the web and explained the situation to Nate last week. Today he diagnosed a problem with my son s Subaru, and then he walked me through it on the phone. All of the guys here are top notch mechanics. They have been able to diagnose and fix issues on all of my vehicles, When other shops told me it would be impossible. They are the most honest, trustworthy mechanics in the fox valley area. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Treated my wife and I like we were friends of their family. I never had an unpleasant encounter with them in person or on the phone and they completed the work ahead of schedule and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We have taken all of our vehicles to EdS for almost 30 years and cannot say enough good things about the service we enjoy. Fair prices, work is only done if the work is needed, and we trust them completely. Both Ed and Nate were great, and even though Ed has retired, this operation will not skip a beat with Nate at the helm. Well-trained over the years and ready to run the business. We have sent numerous folks to them and everyone has appreciated the referral.

We just had our first experience here and so far so good. They were responsive and friendly communicated clearly and their prices were Fair. We value honesty, fair prices, and then expertise. They're also conveniently located in the center of Geneva so you can get to them quickly from almost anywhere. Overall great experience.

Took a chance on EDS when another local repair shop couldn t diagnose the problem, Nate at EDS worked hard and long to find and fix the issue and my car has been running great for the last month now . I would recommend EDS to anyone who wants their automobile repaired by someone who really cares about his customers. Our 2000 LeSabre is running great again.

Honest place to take your car. I didn't have to get anything fixed but they did a diagnostic for me and cleared out my lights on the dash and the problem didn't happen again so it was probably a fluke. If I have to take my car to get service I will definitely take it there.

I needed a headlight changed and they were the closest auto body shop to my house. The man that helped me was very sweet and helped me figure out a few other problems that my car had. They prices are extremely reasonable. I will be back for sure!

Brought in our 2004 Caddy that was misfiring went through it step by step until they figured out it was the computer. Car runs great and Nate gave us a fair price and great service.

Quality work, prompt and thorough. Always willing to answer questions. Treat their customers well. None of the high pressure tactics to sell that one often encounters at chain outfits. They not only want your business, but they want you for the long term. Refreshing to experience old-fashioned courtesy and competence!
