TLDR: Car was not worked on for several days after drop off. Nice people though.Everyone is very nice which is great but the service not as much in terms of timeliness. I dropped my car off Tuesday afternoon. Friday morning (8:30am) they called and asked if I was okay with them transferring the car to a different Service King as they should be able to get it done faster. I said absolutely sounds good. Called the new location Saturday morning and they stated they do not have the car.So this is going to be going on 4-5 days of zero work being done on my car. So I ve been without a car. Thankfully my MIL is letting me use hers most days but now I need a rental as well because they will have it for almost a week with no progress whatsoever.I was not informed till Friday that this location wasn t going to start working on it yet. I would ve kept my car then. Spending money on rental when it could ve been avoided. No clue when my car will be done let alone be started. Rentals aren t cheap.I m super disappointed as I had high hopes for this place based on reviews.

It was a great experience. My car being hit was horrible but Service King fixed everything good as new. From scheduling to completion it was handled very professionally and timely. I got daily updates and my car was completed on time. Service King did a great job. I highly recommend them. Their workmanship and customer service was awesome.Service: Body & Trim

I had my vehicle repaired here recently after a front end collision. I couldn t have asked for a better experience during the process, than I received from Service King. Their work was amazing. From my initial appointment, all my paperwork was waiting when I arrived, and was helped immediately. I was kept informed almost daily with both text messages and phone calls from my service advisor Keith. This was very nice knowing where the repair progress was without me ever having to call myself. It was finished a few days earlier than my original ETA and upon picking it up my car looked great. Repair was top notch, my car looks great. It was washed and waxed, interior was cleaned too. My repair came with a lifetime warranty too! Really , Service King provided a first class experience every step of the way. If you are on a situation which requires you to have your vehicle repaired in a collision center, don t hesitate to use this shop, they will do a great job for you.

Brought in my 2007 Jeep commander for an estimate, they gave me a reasonable price and were very communicative about repairs throughout the whole process. They even contacted enterprise when I said I had no ride too and from home. Excellent service is their brand and I could not have been happier. I don t think I ve seen my car looking this good since it came out of the dealership!

Great service! Peter looked at my side mirror and realized it could be fixed easily and not replaced. No need for insurance claim or paying deductible.Very honest and helpful! I will be back for any repairs I need to my vehicles.

The service was extremely poor. Took my car to the shop 3 weeks ago and I was not updated during those 3 weeks like they said they would. They had contact information, but no updates. Sadly they did no work on my car... but the upsetting part is that they did not inform me or get in contact that they would not be working on my vehicle. And when trying to get in contact with them, it was hard to get a hold of them. And the time I did get a hold of them in the first week they did not say the could not work on the car, but that there was a hold on the insurance. And during the second week when trying to get in contact with them they did not answer, even when the insurance tried getting in contact. According to them the insurance was supposed to get in contact to inform, that the vehicle would not be worked on, but the insurance was unaware that they would not be doing the job. Overall dreadful experience. I do not recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Had a very good experience with my vehicles being serviced their staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The repairs were done in a good timely matter it over exceeded my expectations. They will always be my first call for anybody work needs. I highly recommend them.

Seamless experience with Service King getting my car fixed and repainted. Worked with my insurance and made it a painless process. Definitely recommend. Mike was great!Update: Took a star off because I found multiple issues with the repair work that was done and needed to be fixed at another location (due to Covid, not their fault they were closed I guess). Car still isn't totally fixed and I'm going to have to try and bring it in again.

Service King did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. They kept me informed every step of the way with text messages. Even though they had some supplier issues, they completed the repairs when they said they would. Did a wall through of the repairs with me when I picked it up. I will use them again if my car is on another accident.

NOTE: This review highlights issues that many other reviewers experienced. Mine is not an isolated incident.I'm not sure about the quality of their work but their estimation process is horrible.We were sent to Service King - Geneva by Allstate to get an estimate on rear collision damage. My daughter arrived at her appointment on Monday. She was told she'd have the estimate by Monday evening, but it didn't arrive. Same for Tuesday. On Wednesday we contacted Allstate for assistance. They called and left a voicemail as well as messaged them. Thursday, we STILL hadn't received the estimate so around noon I called Service King. The call rolled to their Palatine location. The person I spoke with attempted to reach Geneva with no success. At this point I'm beginning to wonder why, when they'd received a message, the estimate wasn't viewed as an issue that needed to be resolved. I called again and selected the corporate option. The same person in Palatine answered. I explained the situation after which she noticed it hadn't been written up. She assured me she would get right on it. Hours later, still nothing. I called Allstate again who is placing it with a review team that works with shops the recommend (indicating they're taking this seriously). The agent attempted to call Geneva... left a voicemail and sent a message. I spoke to Allstate again later. Again, voicemail and sent a message. Multiple voicemails and messages and still nothing. I went to the location to press them for the estimate. The lady I spoke with printed it out then called Dominick up to go over it. After answering my questions I let them know my frustrating experience regarding this process. I was given the, "It's not an excuse, but...." Adding the word "but" makes it an excuse. I would have preferred they show integrity by saying , "We're sorry, we have no excuse..." rather than attempting to make their mistake not their mistake.Again, I have no opinion on the quality of bodywork. It may be very good. The other processes in their workflow and ability to own up to a mistake should give at least pause in using their services.

They did a great job fixing my car after a hit and run.... Only thing is they damaged the back seat ... I think they had to remove the seat to fix the repair ... Even though the repair was the car doors.....I'm not really sure but my seat should not have been lifting at all considering it's a brand new 2019 they called a couple days later to check on whether or not I was happy but I traded my car in for a 2020 so the problem is irrelevant. They called me so many times between Tuesday when it was ready and Friday when I was coming to pick it up they should have noticed that they didn't attach the back seat back they had plenty of time to fix it in between time calling me two days after I pick the vehicle up it didn't even matter anymore

They were on time. Texting me about every step. They gave me ride to home which is about 30 miles away. When there was a scratch on the steering wheel, they fixed it without charge, even though the service was done by another shop. They are excellent.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Dropped off our vehicle at this location on 2/26 for the repairs of our roof due to our buildings ice melting damage, then decided to go ahead and fix a small dent on our hood. They worked on the hood for 2 weeks, then placed the order for the roof, which turned out to be on back order. (A month from the order date) They said the repairs would take 2-3 weeks when we dropped the car off, so if the roof was ordered the day the car came into shop, they d be only a week late. Our car is still in the shop as of today 4/6 with the estimated completion date of 4/23. That s TWO months people. Two months of me not working, as I need an SUV for pick ups, and drop offs.They were unapologetic, and unwilling to mend the situation by covering the price difference for a bigger vehicle through my insurance so I can work while the car is being in their possession.I rarely leave reviews (especially negative ones) but this had my head spinning. Take your car elsewhere, they don t know how to do business here.

Service king in Geneva was fantastic! They handled everything for me and made a car accident that wasn't my fault a much easier process to get resolved. They were communicating with me every step of the way and I felt like they were really trying to take care of my car. Highly recommend!!!

It took them 60 days to fix our car. I understand they were getting paid by the other drivers Insurance company. The front alignment is off and the decals on the passenger side is buggered up and not straight. They were paid over 10,000.00 to fix the car . We were not kept updated on progress because they kept texting my home phone. Not to bright. Hopefully we'll never need another repair.

Someone totaled my car and four othersIn a awful accident september 5th.Service King was on top of everything, from front of the house all the way to Mark who was assessing my vehicle. Can't tell you how helpful everyone was have nothing negative to say about the whole experience. They are more than competent, they expressed kindness and competency with every contact I had with them.

I had excellent car repair performed by them 2 weeks ago. Pete the manager fixed a few minor unrelated scratches in 5 minutes today at no charge. Awesome.

Horrible. My son went in for an estimate. Was told we would get one emailed later that day. Called the next day. Was told the email was coming. Called later after no email, was told they will send it now. Was sent an older estimate from the past. Called back and was told we will not get an estimate until next week. Decided not to use Service King. Worried that the repairs will be given low priority as well.
