I went to the Batteries Plus in Geneva, thinking I only needed a new battery for a car key fob. Turned out the key fob needed reprogramming. Noah was able to take care of that for me for about $38. The Ford dealer wanted $175. Great service.I've been to this store a few times. They always provide outstanding customer service. This store is located near Fargo and Randall in a strip mall.

Great customer service with a very professional manner. Contacted other stores regarding a bad battery and was basically told they couldn't help me or best of luck. Contacted Russ, at the Geneva store, he tested my battery and addressed my concerns and options. I was very pleased with the outcome and HIGHLY recommend batteries Plus, Geneva location, for all your battery needs. Russ and his staff will take very good care of you. Many Thanks

Batteries Plus has been able to fix multiple mobile devices for our family. On the last item we had repaired, they replaced the part 3 times because it wasn't working. In our disposable economy, it's nice to find a place that adheres to quality work. Imagine if we got so complacent that we forgot how things work and were unable to fix them.

SUV battery purchased in Oct 22 went bad (bad cell) in Sept 23. Went back to store for replacement. Battery was in stock and was replaced. When waiting for receipt learned that store manager couldn't get receipt to print correctly due to a online discount from my original purchase. Manager had to call corporate for help, waited on hold, finally got a work around and then printed my receipt after 15-20 minute wait.

I bought my iPhone in today to have its battery replaced. Also needed batteries for my key fobs.The customer service was the best!Anthony patiently explained everything to me. Dave did the replacement for my iPhone and Anthony did the key fobs.I cannot recommend this location enough. Both guys were so amazingly helpful. I m so thankful I found them

Read the the small print on the back of your receipt! Only 2 weeks to return. I showed up a few days late and now I m stuck with a very expensive light bulb they picked out for me

These people are awesome took my phone in to get a charger port fixed and it had a piece of tape in it and he took it out and that solved the problem no charge. Absolutely awesome thank you so much.

Went to the Randall St, Geneva store to get my Samsung S3 watch battery replaced. Dave told me that they didn't fix smart watches anymore. I decided to change it myself, but the watch had weird screws to take off. Dave got out his tool kit and preceded to take them off for me at no charge. I changed the battery myself, and it works great. Thanks Dave

I have always had good experiences at this store - selection of products, installation services, technical knowledge of staff, competitive pricing and overall customer service. I utilized the store today with an appointment for a cell phone battery replacement. The sales representative was friendly and knowledgeable and had me in and out within the time frame of his original estimate. Will return again next time there is a need.

I went in for a new car fob. The gentleman sold me a CR 2032 battery and a piece of scotch tape for a little over $23.74. You can purchase the 2032 battery from $0.20 to $3.95 on line. Why they used scotch tape to close the fob after further damaging it I don't understand. Why they requested this review of their awful service just highlights their personnel in this store.

Found the deep cycle battery I needed for my RV quickly and got a 10% discount by ordering online. The store had it ready in minutes and the assistant took the battery off a charger, so I knew it was fully charged when I got it. Could not have been easier.

The associate on the phone was extremely polite and easy to talk with, and made sure I ordered the correct product. The curbside pickup was great and is awesome if you have two toddlers that would make going into a store difficult.

March 31, 2021Went into the Geneva Batteries Plus store today and the individual working there around 12:15 was less than helpful and that s being kind. Another customer ahead of us was told he could not get a cash refund even though his purchase was in cash. The clerk informed the customer that he could not get a cash refund but that Batteries Plus would issue him a check in about 10 days. Weird but ok. So now it s our turn. My wife asked for the specific battery we needed before she could finish her sentence the clerk informed her that the product we needed the batteries for uses a large variety of power supplies. This is not true at all, it requires a specific battery sold at Batteries Plus. Our son in law purchased three batteries there recently. Conclusion, one LAZY clerk

Ordered battery online the night before following a couple of difficult starts. Received confirmation battery was ready in the morning and went to have it installed late afternoon. The staff person who helped me at the store was helpful and efficient. This is the way minor car service should be.

I needed a replacement battery for my iPhone, and Batteries + Bulbs replaced it within an hour at reasonable price. I had a few other questions regarding my phone, and accessories I needed, and the sales man was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this business located in Geneva, IL.

Batteries Plus in Geneva had the product I needed for my Harley because the dealership down the street had a waiting list for basically the same battery but were currently out of stock due to slow distribution from the dealership / manufacturer, except the one I purchased comes with a two year warranty. It's a Duracell battery so fairly confident that will do just as good if not better. Plus I didn't have to pay the ignorant tax for the overpriced battery from Harley-Davidson. Ordered it online and was ready for pickup first thing in the morning.

Best place for all your battery needs. Why shop any where else!That was the last time was there. This time I went online and ordered a battery for my car online and since I never got a notice that my order was ready, I went to the store and found out it would not be in until next week. This did not work for me so I looked at the rack and found a battery that would work. Not happy with the turn around time for my order. New rating is 2 stars.

Finding what I was looking for and buying it online was easy. It turned out what I had ordered was out of stock but I received a call and another brand was offered to me as a substitute at the same price. I agreed, and pick up was fast and easy.

Could not have been easier with an online order and an in-store pickup. Battery was ready to go upon arrival and store personnel delivered the new battery to my vehicle while gladly taking the core return. If the battery itself performs as well as the buying experience, future business will be a no-brainer.

Whe. I need batteries this is where I go. I the staff has help me replace the batteries in my garage door opener as well as my key gab for my car. I have found the odd size batteries for my security system there.

My first time shopping here was on Dec 16th. What a cool store! Pedro was extremely helpful! He changed my husband's watch battery and battery in my key fob . He was very knowledgeable and super friendly .

Overcharged me for replacing the battery in my car key fob. I Didn't know it at the time. But checked into it later. Wont go back.
