Always have great experiences working with these guys. Prices are great, i always feel my car is in good hands here. I ve owned some real beater cars and when one was just not worth my money to fix he told me. Of course I brought my next car to him to check it over before purchase and it s been treating me well ever since. Car was in a crash and he made it look better than it did before the crash for an extremely reasonable price

Man o man, let s just say insurance is not the best at insuring. My vehicle was hit, driver side door, and the body shop they recommended was taking their sweet time!On the other hand, Auto therapy was the best decision I ve made yet! Not only was the pricing better than the last, but getting their hands on a 2008 door and installing it in less than a week is gold!Highly recommend these fine gentlemen. I will definitely be coming back!

David did a phenomenal job putting a new engine in my truck couldn t be happier. He kept me informed about how the process was going to the whole time they went above and beyond my expectations, I never had to get a new engine put in any of my vehicles and I thought it was going to be a lot more stressful but David and his team made it stress free! Highly recommend.

I had a transmission problem with my car and since I don't know any mechanics in the area. I did a lot of research looking for a good mechanic and trustworthy and knowledgeable with specialty in transmission since the replacement is very costly! I had called many mechanic shops in the area of Batavia, St.Charles and Geneva. Outof 15 calls that I made I finally chose to go with Auto Therapy shop(the owner is David) and they are in Geneva,IL. He gave me a very good deal on my transmission replacement and the warranty for parts and Labor were very good! He also gave me a car wash plus I had a problem with my battery afterwards where my battery died in front of my daughter house. He came and gave my car a jump for free but the battery was old and bad! I drove my car and followed him to an auto store where he has an account and gave me a discount too. That was so nice of him to do that! He didn't have to. He installed it for me without a charge.I was very impressed of how he takes care of his customers. He did over and above of his responsibility as a mechanic. I didn't even check his reviews on Google before I decided for him to work on my car. After he finished my car is when I saw that his reviews were mostly 5 stars! No wonder why his service was exceptional!! He deserved 10 stars for my rating! I will be taking my car there definitely and I've referred his shop to my friends and family. All of his employees are very nice people and his shop is very clean. He's very honest,very kind, helpful and humble person. But most of all he's trustworthy! He's an exceptional person! Thank you very much David! I'm glad that I decided to go to your shop. I didn't regret it a bit.

Honestly the most stress free, and helpful services I ve ever had. I was having trouble with my car starting and tried calling everywhere. Almost all of the locations I called were charging skyrocket outrageous prices. I got a call back from David after letting him know I needed my starter replaced and having him check out his pricing (which was not only affordable but felt justified for the work that was done). Not only was he willing to do it that day, he got me a tow to get there and within the hour of me getting picked up he had the car running again. David and his team were friendly, explained everything to me, showed me the issue, and honestly guided me through it all. He s put a lot of effort into his company and it truly shows on how much he cares for his customers, and for that I m really thankful for what he s done and how great of a shop he s made.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Brought my car in because it was cranking and ended up needing a new engine. Dave did great work for a very reasonable price. My car runs better now than it did when I bought it. I am so grateful to Dave for helping us out of a stressful situation. I called him a few minutes before closing when I was stranded with a dead battery. He graciously purchased the correct battery, brought it to our location and installed it for us so we could get home. He s a great guy that I cannot recommend enough.Thanks Dave.

Normally go with bigger name places thinking I'm safer going there, but never quite trust them. Could not have had a better experience here. They did great work and fixed my attempt at repairing my brakes for way less than I expected. Great work, friendly, and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

I have been going to him for over 10 years now, through out all my different hondas and he does fantastic good quality work every time and makes sure the car is all set and safe to drive after putting a part in. Great service, very knowledgeable and friendiy...broke down in town- they squeezed me in for a quick repair. 10 Stars in my opinion !! Previous repair fuel pump on big pick up truck. I have recently moved to Geneva and this is now my go to place for a mechanic! Besides their prices being competitive they have done great work and my Van is running great now. I am a needy customer as I ask a lot of questions and desire to have pictures sent to me and see the bad parts when complete. David has been patient and supportive and even took me on a test drive so I could point out the noises I was hearing. Once again David and his team came through for us. I had a check engine light and trouble starting my car. My husband dropped it off at Auto Therapy and they even drove him home. They did a thorough diagnostics check on the car and found a battery issue, FOB issue and fuse issue. They even fixed my speaker which hasn't worked right since I bought the car. My car was returned to me with a full interior and exterior cleaning. They always go above and beyond in service and quality. They don't try to sell you what you don't need but do let you know the condition of your car and when you should have it serviced. They are definitely our only car maintenance and repair company moving forward. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great service.

HIGHLY recommend David and his team!! The entire experience was exceptional from drop off/pick up to the service itself. I am thoroughly impressed, and will be back for ALL my oil changes/services!!I work at Delnor, but live just outside the city. David was SO accommodating with my schedule for my recent oil change. I called on Wednesday, and was able to easily drop my car off at 7:30am the next morning. He was so kind and offered to drive me to work so I didn't have to walk, but, if you work at Delnor, the walk is just 5-10 minutes - SO convenient! After work, I just hopped back over to pick it up. My car came back hand-washed, with a vacuumed and cleaned interior, sparkling windows, and fresh tire shine!! Not to mention..he didn't charge me full price, because I work at the hospital. I was thrilled to have my oil change checked off and a clean car after work - so refreshing and a time saver! Definitely the best oil change I've gotten in a long time!! Thanks again!!UPDATE:10/08/2020Brought my fiance's car to David this month - we had an inkling that the transmission was shot and needed to be replaced (good ol Nissan CVT transmission). David wanted to give the car a good check and make sure there wasn't anything else that could be done. We appreciated his honesty and willing to make sure we weren't spending money unnecessarily. At any rate, we decided to have it replaced and David had the car turned around in approx. 2 weeks - with a brand new transmission from the manufacturer, fluids, programmed, warranty, all good to go! His quote couldn't have been better either - we are very thankful. When we got it back it was clean, waxed, and had a nice smelling air freshener. The car is back in shape and brand new! Auto Therapy continues to have our trust and business for all our repairs/maintenance!

AUTO THERAPY NEEDS 10 STARS! Where can I start with how amazing these guys are?! On our road trip to Missouri, about 50 miles in, our front brakes began smoking like crazy, in the middle of nowhere. Even on a Saturday, David was able to get me in right away, had parts delivered within a half hour, wheels back on in another half hour, they primed and set the brakes for us, and just when I thought it couldn't get better, they HAND WASHED our van for us! In a desperate emergency on a road trip, David & the guys at Auto Therapy were able to get us back on the road, no problem! We made it 2000 miles with no other issues! If we lived in the area, they'd be our new mechanic, no question! If you need ANYTHING automotive, go see the guys at Auto Therapy! They will do it right, on time and on budget! Thanks so much again, guys!

I took my car in for an oil change. Chris gave me a great deal on a full synthetic oil, he also recommended to rotate tires to get even wear and get the most out of them. When he was done, he took the time to explain the manufacture recommendation maintenance my vehicle needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUTO THERAPY AND DEFENETLY RECOMEND CHRIS!!!

Recently had my '06 F150 repaired by Tony. I highly recommend Tony for repairs to 5.4 Triton engines. My engine developed the now famous Ford Triton "tick". Tony gave me all my options and fixed the problem. The charges were very reasonable. Great job, thanks Tony
