I've been to this location a few times. They are always friendly and provide great service. The employees don't talk down to you. The young lady that helped me, I believe her name was Star. Was very helpful. When I was looking at batteries, but I wasn't sure if I needed one and I was shocked at the pricing. Then when I was driving my car home the car died from an old battery. Jinx. So I went to Farm and Fleet first and saw that their pricing was the same. Went back to O'Reilly's because of the great service that I had received earlier. Again she helped me out and everything went great.

I have been there before. Had to get a battery terminal for the grand daughters car. We had to find a universal terminal. The did have quite the variety to choose from. Found one that was close to what we need. Their prices are responsible. And the sales people where helpful. I will be back there when I need another part.

I don't usually write reviews but I've had to go to this location twice. Wayne was so helpful and knowledgeable! Thankful for the time he took with me and my car issues.

Called ahead with a dead (jumped) truck battery and limited tools. Yes, we can install your battery, they told me. After buying a way-too-expensive battery the tech came out and refused to take my truck apart, meaning removing 1 bracket to access the battery. Leaving me standing on the sidewalk with a battery and hole in my wallet.

I had a brake light out in my Ford Escape and a nice young gentleman installed it for me. Really appreciate it!

Very inexperienced staff that doesn't show hardly any ambitious to try to learn to be able to help the customers.Been in this store twice and will never go back again.
