Really great service from the time I stepped in to the time I walked out the door with the keys. Nathan made me feel like family with being 100% honest upfront and along the whole way of the buying process. I was able to get everything done within a 24 hour time frame and they made it really easy too. Definitely would recommend to buy your next ford vehicle from here! Thanks Nate for your help!

I was very pleased with my Ford Bronco purchase experience at Ed Morse Ford, in over 40 years of car buying this was the most pleasant and professional, No Pushy Up Sales, very knowledgeable Sales Staff (Nathan) and Finance Team. I would defiantly do business here again and recommend to my friends and family.

Sean was excellent, as was Doug. Wife's been a Jeep owner since 2014 and when we moved here she's used their service dept exclusively and they've done a great job. I wasn't totally happy with the trade value I got for my other truck however.

They got us in quick. I had gotten a flat tire and we were going out of town. They had the tire, put in on, put the spare back and changed the oil so we were good to go. We really appreciated the help! Professional, reasonable and done in a timely manner. And, Russell took time out of his day to chat with me!

The staff at Crowe Ford has always taken care of me over the years. I've grown to trust them with all of my automotive needs. So when it came to buying my first EV vehicle (and my first new Ford truck), I was glad it was them I was working with, as it gave me an extra level of confidence that my experience would be a good one.

After asking for a diagnosis of check engine light and getting a repair estimate for replacing the engine, it was suggested that Ford Motor be contacted. We contacted Ford and were able to talk to and explain our concern with a very attentive representative. Ford agreed to make repair to our vehicle at what appears to be a prorated rate for our cost. We did not get away for free but we feel Ford stepped up and accepted responsibility for their part of the failure. Ford has renewed my faith in the company having been a Ford owner since my '62 Galaxie, '64 1/2 Mustang, '67 Fairlane GT and now my 2018 Edge. Crowe Ford of Geneseo, Il. has shown to have the integrity that the original owner founded his dealership on many years ago. We appreciate the care shown to us in a time when it is hard to find someone that has concerns for the people they serve. Thank you Ford Motor and Crowe Ford and the gentleman at Ford that helped us.

The service department here is beyond compare. My F150 had fuel injector problems while traveling from MA to CA. They correctly diagnosed the problem, managed to procure out of state parts overnight and gave me a free loaner car. The mechanic came in at 6:00 AM and had my truck fixed by 10:00. I was back on the road and beat the incoming snow storm. Both the service manager and mechanic deserve more than my praise.

We had been searching for a Ram TRX for several months and continued to receive the run around from dealers that were overpriced or did not have the vehicle in stock, when we viewed the add Crowe had posted on Cargrus I called and was directed to George Koustas the President that personally owned the vehicle. This is truly a place where you can buy a vehicle on a hand shake and the entire team made the process seamless, a special thanks to Charles Smith who handled all the paperwork including shipping. This is the first time I purchased a vehicle over the phone sight unseen and was not disappointed when it was delivered to Connecticut as promised. Many thanks to the Crowe team and a personal thank you to George for selling us such a great truck.

This place is a nice, little small town dealership. I drove an 1 hour and 30 minutes to secure a pretty great deal on a small SUV. They had all my local dealerships beat by like $2k. Elizabeth was very prompt with her email communication especially when I first took interest in the car that I eventually bought from them. They had me set up for a test drive in like 2 days once I had a clearing in my schedule. When they let us do the test drive, they didn't come along, FYI. So far the car is still running great. Pretty satisfied with the communication, customer service, product, availability, and facility of Crowe Ford.Thanks guys!

I initially had requested a 2022 Ford Explorer be brought to the dealership for me to test drive and purchase. When my husband and I saw the Wagoneer, we took a peek inside and then a test drive and it was all from there. The Wagoneer was a wonderful purchase and the staff at Crowe Auto Group was amazing. They allowed us time to contemplate the change in purchase and helped so much with the financing portion. They did an amazing job!

Daughter brought car in with bad battery service said motor was froze up. I'm calling bull never heard of bad battery causing motor freeze up. Took car to kia dealer mabey they know how to properly repair a vehicle.fed up Don't take non Ford product here they him ha around and tell you they can't fix it .live and learn. Used them before for a ford product. Got excellent service don't know what changed except brand

Excellent employees and excellent customer Greg Hansen made us feel welcomed the minute we stepped inside the show room. No pressure sales just great friendly service. And the whole transaction was done by just one person no bouncing back-and-forth between different offices. As an older person any buyer of numerous new cars in the past Crowe Ford is now going to be my place to shop

We have bought a new car at Crowe Ford and had several older vehicles serviced there and have always been treated very fairly and enjoyed working with them.When you buy a new care it is no hassle, no F&I room to go through where you get bullied into buying what you do not need, it's an enjoyable experience - as it should be.The service department is top notch and has your best interest in mind. Will evaluate your car's problem and fully explain your options then perform quality work at fair prices.

Buying our new F-150 at Crowe Ford was a comfortable and easy experience. The sales staff (Russell for us) was helpful, professional, and accommodating. We feel we got a fair deal from them and trust future interactions will be no different.

Had a fabulous experience at Crowe Ford. Looking for a new vehicle, & found it - Russ (& Terry) made the experience enjoyable. From start to finish, they patiently answer all questions, options, and review everything so you feel comfortable, not rushed or pressured. The interior of their showroom is the coolest around!

Took our car in for a warranty repair, and my wife was treated as if she was too dumb to know what was happening with her car. Not only did they not even listen to her problem, but when she talked to the mechanic on the phone to look into the problem more. They gave her an excuse that the lug nuts on cars like hers swell and break. They wanted her to buy new ones before they even touched them. Not only did we have them off just days before taking it to them to investigate the problem at hand. When we take it to Dahl ford for the regular oil change, they undo the lug nuts and rotate the tires with no issues at all. So from now on we will drive the extra distance to Dahl ford where mechanics seem to know how to do their job, and the rest of the staff seem to like customers to return for their respectful and professional services, which we will be doing from now on.

Do not EVER buy a vehicle from these people, not that they would sell you one anyway. They tried to offer me $5,000 under my payoff for my trade in so I sold it outright. I then tried to purchase a vehicle from them and they refused to sell it strictly because I no longer had a vehicle to trade. Horrible business and horrible customer service. All they want to do is rip customers off.

Great salesmen, always so helpful,they even came to my home and explained the options to use on our new Edge,. They are always available to answer questions about your vehicle and have even set up routes for trips. This is the place to buy your car.

So, I call an old colleague, Brandy at Crowe in Kewanee, IL. I have been waiting over a year for the new Ford Ranger to come out!! She referred me to Crowe Ford in Geneseo, IL Greg Hansen was the salesman that she said would be the man to talk to. I popped in and had a nice conversation, he let me take the first and only Ranger they had on the lot for a test drive! ABSOLUTELY an amazing ride!!!! I drove a Chevy Colorado for six months with my previous job and it was just a rough ride, day in and day out all around. Greg asked all the right questions and given there was only one on the lot he found me above and beyond the PERFECT TRUCK IN MY PRICE RANGE!!!! Thank you Greg Hansen!!!!! Off Road Package Plus the Sport Package and a Towing Package!!!! All for the price we discussed! AMAZING!!!! I couldn t be more excited to have picked up my truck today and have had a red carpet walk through with all of the bells and whistles of my new Ford Ranger by Greg!!! THANK YOU!!! Crowe Ford in Geneseo is a TOP NOTCH PLACE to get amazing, honest & no pressure service!!!!!!!

I am very happy and pleased to have done trading with the Geneseo office.Everyone went above and beyond to rush thru a sale before Christmas.It is the individual service and caring that's sets them apart from the rest.We also do routine service on a Ford Edge which is timely and done right

I will NEVER do business with Crowe again. I went in to look at a Fusion that had been on the lot for 60+ days that was priced 3K over fair market value. I made them an offer at fair market value and the salesman laughed at me. I was treated like a child. Additionally when I asked for a Car Fax I was told they did not provide a Car Fax for any vehicle. My partner went in and made THE SAME offer and they accepted. Needless to say we did not buy the car and we will NEVER do business with these people again. In fact we tell everyone we know to go elsewhere.
