Terrible experience. They quoted me a 30 min time to fill medications.I arrived at the time I was told, then I was informed that it would be another 30 mins.When I returned it still wasn't ready.I was told my meds were filled and the front ladies were mistaken.Will never come here again.

It was very easy to change pharmacies. I was a customer at Walgreens but due to having problems getting my meds on time and getting the right amount that I needed without going back every week I decided to change to the Walmart Pharmacy in Galesburg. It was a very easy process I got my meds the same day same amount that I needed very easy process I was very happy with the costumer help. Alysia Hobbs was very helpful!

Staff can be rude and abrupt, customer service is definitely not a concern of theirs. Other Walmart pharmacies I frequent are friendly and attempt to be customer friendly.

My son's doctor called in a few prescriptions and one of them was Zyrtec 5mg chewable tablets that I would then cut in half (Claritin wasn't working and she prefers Zyrtec). I thenwent to go pick up the meds and they had all but that medicine and the pharmacist didn't even mention it until I said something. He had to come over to talk to me because I assumed that medicine was a part of the order as nothing else had changed with his other meds. He told me they didn't have it in stock and I'd have to order it but they had the liquid on the shelf (I prefer the tablets because they are much easier to give to my son). I called when I got home and they said they would order them and then to call about 10 the next morning to see if they came on the truck. I didn't call but received an automated call that there was an issue with the insurance and they'd call back when it was ready. I waited longer and finally decided to call to talk to someone about it. The issue was that it wasn't covered by insurance, ok fine. The person I spoke to said it was going to be $47 for a 30 day supply. I said I would try the liquid and hung up. I thought about it and decided to just get half of that order and just pay $23. Before I called back I got another auto call saying it was ready. I called back and said I just wanted half of the supply for now (7 tablets instead of 15 because I'd be halving them). I gave them 30 minutes and then went to pickup. They said it was going to be another 15 minutes! Seriously? How hard is it to count out 7 tablets? I don't get it. This isn't the first time I've had issues with prescriptions not being ready there when I've waited an hour to go pick up. I would've waited but I'd already been driving around and my 5 month old was getting fussy and hungry. Not to mention the drive up is always such a long wait but yet I had two kids in the car, one was sleeping and the other crying. I also live 15 minutes from that Walgreens. Never again. I'm switching pharmacies.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for about 3 years now and I have to say that my service has never waned. I have gotten fast, friendly, and PERSONALIZED service at this Walmart pharmacy. They took time to get to know ME as a person. I look for service like that everywhere I go. Bar none. 5 stars.

the staff at walmart pharmacy are the most rude people ive ever dealt with in my whole life. not only are they not helpful , the make rude comments to you when you are simply trying to get information about your own prescription. someone from management should do something about this .

Ordered at home test kits for pickup and paid. Money was taken out of my account and everything. Was told I had 4 days to pickup. Was going to come same day but weather and a sick child kept me home so the pharmacy decided to turn around and sell the test kits I had already paid for to someone else!!

Never any problem with getting my medications filled and love receiving the texts for refills available and ready for pick up
