I was in the process of thinking about upgrading to a newer Rogue. Renegade and Ken worked with me to find something that was what I was looking for. I m very pleased to have a newer vehicle with even a few more bells and whistles. I highly recommend Nissan of Galesburg for anyone interested in a new or used vehicle.

I am so happy with them. I got the car I wanted and they are so helpful friendly and funny. Adam Mc Crane was amazing. I can't thank them enough for all they did today and were patient with me. Definitely a place to go!!!!!!!!

Update 2: Nice reply. Everytone knows with enough down, any car can be $99/month. Your post, I believe, is intentionally misleading the consumer. The Hundai you are referring to was on your $200/month drop down, not $99 unless someone puts 50% down. LOL!!Update 1: messaged me first thing this morning but won t tell me which ones are at the $99/month advertised price. When I ask, they send a run around message without just sending a list or link of the ones that qualify. Is this an honest FB post of advertising or just a way to lure people in? Will update the readers as soon as they send a message with qualifying vehicles. Can t imagine a reputable company would want to mislead consumers .Will update this review when they send a list of their vehicles they say are $99/month on their Facebook post. They sent a list of their used cars but none of them are at the amount their FB post states. Wondering which ones they have to choose from at this price but they went silent.

I highly recommend this dealership. Helpful, friendly staff, no pressure salesmen. Our salesman Ezra was helpful and just an all around great guy. The finance director, Kenneth Hunsinger was friendly and helped us get the best deal. If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go. Absolutely the best experience at a dealership I've had.

I just bought a used vehicle and royal was amazing!!! They were all super nice to me. Ken (I believe that s his name) was super nice as well he helped me with my loan and was honest to me about it and explained everything to me. I highly recommend going here

Galesburg Nissan is where it s at ! I ve wanted a boulder gray 2024 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum for several months. My husband and I stopped by Galesburg Nissan over a month ago and we re immediately greeted in the lot by Clark Taylor . They had a 2024 boulder gray Pathfinder in the lot but it didn t have exactly what I wanted. So after chatting with Clark for a bit he took some notes and said let us try to see if we can find what you are looking for. The Galesburg Nissan team stuck by there word and found exactly what I wanted. Clark was amazing to work with and truly cares about what his customers want. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. Kenneth Hutsinger , finance was great to work with. Galesburg Nissan went above and beyond !! We will never go anywhere else. Thank you for finding me my new baby .

We asked to be informed before anything was done that cost money and that did not happen. Then I got a phone call telling me it would be $300. For a diagnostic. On an electric car that gets plugged in and the computer tells you what is wrong. I felt that we were being taken. I was treated badly by the lady calling me. She was very rude.

No longer able to have my family member drive my vehicle in on days I am scheduled for an oil change/service as the service department no longer allows us to be billed and send/bring in payment. I work over an hour away from Galesburg and am unable to bring car in myself. Since this is a major inconvenience and I do not want my family member to pay for my vehicle service, I will no longer be using the service department.

I received great treatment from Clark Taylor, salesman and Ken in finance. Clark demonstrated as much of the vehicle features as I could take in and spent a lot of time introducing me to all the new safety features I was unfamiliar with.

It was for a recall on my key fob. They "fixed" it, but I do not like having the key sticking out permanently due to a few people that have no common sense!! Sad that I can't make my own decisions about my car & keys and that you can "disable" my vehicle that I own if I do not comply. Needless to say, I won't be buying another Nissan.

Jim, the service manager, is fantastic to deal with. I appreciate the transparency and honesty and true desire to help. I m not one to think of a dealer as my first option for service, due to past experiences (elsewhere) with high pressure and high prices. The no-pressure approach here, along with what I believe to be fair pricing, led me to choose to have them do work above and beyond what I absolutely needed a Nissan dealer for. Big thank you to Jim for taking the time to investigate and explain. They might just change my opinion of dealer service departments!

Overall service was great except for the detailing. First of all, we was told that it was never smoked in, but they really tried to cover it up with a strong cleansing agent. The carpet had burns in it and the sunroof was yellow when my husband cleaned it. They could of just told us the truth. We are smokers but do not smoke in our vehicles. Inside the console was filthy and there was trash under the seats.

I took my 2022 Nissan Rogue Sport in for an initial oil change. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. My appointment time was met and I waited in a very comfortable service waiting room. I was notified when my car was being finished up and as soon as they had it off the rack I was given my paperwork and directed to the payment window. All in all I was there under 45 minutes. I WILL be going back for any service work I may need done in the future. Very very happy with Galesburg Nissan, Galesburg IL

EZRA E WAS FANTASTIC AS WAS THE REST OF THE STAFF. I MADE A FAIR OFFER AND WAS ACCEPTED WITHIN 3 MINUTES, UNBELIEVABLE AND THE CAR WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN WHEN THEY DELIVERED IT TO MY HOME. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!

I asked what the cost would be to get the work done and was given the price. After it was done, the price was higher than quoted because of having the new sealed transmission. They did give a pretty good discount because the price they gave was for an older style transmission. This was very much appreciated!
