Very helpful staff who spent a long time looking for an oil filter cap that the system said was in stock he could not locate. He did his best to find it and even gave me directions to another competing parts store! Highly recommended!

I just had the best experience here. After getting jerked around by a local dealership I headed to Napa. I have never been to Napa before, I've always went to Auto zone. Well I'm a customer for life now. By far the best customer service I have ever had. Jamie went above and beyond. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I truly appreciate it! He made my day!

Salesman Colton was fantastic, professional, told me what to expect when I had him make me a hydraulic hose, and came in under the allotted timeframe he anticipated. Whole staff nice as could be.

Great people who do a great job an get you what you need an very helpful with questions. I've done business with our Galesburg and Abingdon IL. Locations for 25 years both farm an auto. An my parents way before me both farm and auto.
