Terry was very prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem. I purchased a brand new GM key fob from the supplier. "Yes, it was the correct part number." When he hooked the computer up to program it, it would not work. He had several other new key fobs in stock and traded me for mine and programmed it with success. Thank you Terry I appreciate your professionalism.

Great service!!!! Terry came right out and had the fob programmed (even though the Nissan dealership said it couldn't be done) and cutting the new key in less than 15 minutes. Definitely call them if you need a new fob and the dealership says there's no way. Thank you!!!

Words are not enough but I give Martin the biggest thank you! Lost my Fob to my vehicle (as we live an hour away) and I was given the time as he took to trips from Galesburg to Monmouth to get my family back on the road! Absolutely amazing service and kindness! Forever grateful!

Terry was able to get into my outdated, problem riddled, and locked out of safe and help retrieve its important contents. Was incredibly helpful to me as I needed them quickly.. Throw in the fact that he is very knowledgeable, hard working and conscientious and you have a good recipe for a great locksmith. Cant ask for much more and will use his service for any type of future locksmithing items. Highly recommended. Thanks again.

I requested two house storm door latches be replaced with latches that lock and unlock with a key. The response was fast, the service was friendly and professional, the fee was very reasonable, and the installation of the new latches was perfect. I highly recommend Martin Locksmithing.

Terrence came by within the timely manner he said he would and within two hrs had my safe opened and even suggested an upgrade to include a secondary alternative to just keeping the digital part on my safe. Very professional and knowledgeable about what he needed to do to open my safe. Would recommend him anytime !

Terrence was professional, thorough & polite, and the fee charged for programming a car key fob (with a new fob included in the price) was about one-third of what a car dealership charges. 5 stars... highly recommended.

Terrance was a pleasure to talk to and deal with. Very pleasant customer service. He was willing to work around my schedule and meet me at my home. He cut keys with almost nothing to go off of and isn't afraid of a challenge.
