Organized, well lit and clean (including bathroom) with helpful (not pushy) people.Somehow, I'm always surprised how much stuff is inside the store.Overall, feels like a better experience than the average Harbor Freight, at least for me.

First visit to this particular store. Very well organized and stocked. Store was clean no messes left over from stocking like you see at other places. This will most assuredly get added to one of my regular stops. Gentleman at the counter knew exactly where the items were when I asked him. That tells me a lot about how the store is ran.

Great prices. Great selection. They always have weird little things you can't find other places. Some of the tools are awesome. Some are not made very well.

Great place for the budget DIY-er. Once again had to force myself to leave. Great deals and decent quality. I'm an ITC member and those orange tags are like a good fishin lure with me

It s a nice clean organized store. Customer service was spot on and found what I needed. It s got a huge parking lot and plenty of ways in and out which means a lot for a place in my opinion. Restrooms were clean and not gross also. You could easily take kids in there.Nice job on this one because a few of your stores are 2 or below stars.

I enjoy harbor freight overall but noticed an area you could do better.I recently purchased about 5.00 worth of zip ties. I was asked for my number during check out. I stated that I was fine with not providing my number for such a small purchase. The clerk was noticeably stressed with that news. I politely asked her why the number mattered and she stated that if she didn't get a certain amount of phone numbers that she gets yelled at.A phone number isn't worth dropping the morale of your staff. I may not have all the details but figured it would be worth checking into.

I've went in the story many times. The prices are good and the store is clean. Some cashiers have attitudes highly suggest going through Heathers line. Always friendly, knows about the products, and can get you some great deals. I highly suggest Harbor Freight.

Several employees were seen on the floor visiting among themselves. Not one of them came up and asked if we needed assistance. I literally had to go to check out clerk and ask for help locating items I came to the store for, I felt like I was a bother to him for asking

Always great deals & always very friendly people SUPPER GREAT SERVICE.I found a great deal on home system camras. witch I NEEDED one I had some one brake in 2 my home & I was not home but my dogs chased them away thank God I was not home because I may have hurt some one. Then come to find out if you do not post camera signs the person the is do crime can actually Sue you for everything you got. Stupid BS laws

Employees are friendly and extremely eager to help you out with the best of saving you money even if it's not the first time u save that day.. but in the long run n being committed n a regular customer to there services. Today was my first day n I saved the exact amount becoming an inside track club member..

My wife and I stopped by the Galesburg Il. store to purchase a generator . We found many more items also. The store employees ,Tanya and Stephanie were quite knowledgeable and helpful in explaining every detail about start-up and warranty info. It was right at closing time but we were not rushed and they even helped load our purchases . The store was clean and very well organized . Thank you!

I bought a generator during the sale this weekend that turned out to be defective, the store clerks were great but the store manager guy was terrible, he refused to exchange under the manufacturer warranty. Then when i asked for my money back he had the nerve to try to charge me $65 for a return stocking fee for a DEFECTIVE product as though he was going to put it back on the shelf knowing it was broken!! Buyer beware!! Dont expect a warranty to be honored or to be treated fairly from the manager without a huge hassle..

Typical hardware store. It is clean and well organized. It is also very small and they don't have a lot of speciality items. They do have a huge selection of tool boxes in a lot of colors. The store feels like the tool and automotive section of a place like TSC or Farm King. Friendly service. A lot of parking and not too busy. Prices seem high.

Cashiers very helpful with item location and finding the discount coupons on my phone. Will definitely repeat business. Prices of items are very competitive, even before sale discounts.

Over the years their tools have gotten better. If you're just a guy/girl who works on stuff on the side in their garage at home, buy the hand tools with the lifetime warranty and you should be fine.

As far as harbor freight, I have said how great they are when I need assistance. What better compliment I could of would be redundant, so I won't bother repeating myself. So if you are in Galesburg, stop by HF and see if you agree.

Love it here. Theyvhave a great selection of tools and they are priced affordable. You can also find things like Woodburner, woodworking tools, engravers, dremels and all type of interesting specialty tools.

The workers arent much for taking you to what your looking for and didnt get my free item both times i was in there , but only place to get what i needed right away so had to go in a sec second time dont think i will be in there much not gonna walk evert isle till i find what i need !!

This place is terrible. Big items always out of stock, manager is a jerk and couldn't sell me a floor model even after telling him I drove an hour to get this item. Everything at Harbor Freight is garbage quality anyway so I'm sure it wasn't a big loss not buy it.
