I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a deer, which warranted some work from a body shop. I m not from around here, and this happened on my way to another state, but my car was not drivable. So after reading some reviews online, I decide to have taken to Dave s Auto Body. I m very pleased with my decision, they did an excellent job getting my car fixed back up. They kept me updated and everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. They also gave it a detail! Dave s gives you details for LIFE, I don t know any other body shop that offers that type of deal. It smelled and looked brand new on the inside when I picked it up. Like I said, it was an unfortunate incident, but Dave s Body make the experience better.

Had car detailed and was really good. Put car in storage for a year. Took it out and horrible. Whoever buffed it shouldn't work that machine. Buff trails and hazing Holograms. Talked to a Nate. He said I washed it wrong or used the wrong thing to dry it with.. What a joke. Been waiting about a month for a call back that never happens. Anyhow awful buff job and to hide it they used wax or a weak polish to cover it. Very unhappy.Since the owner Dave replied... yes a year in storage. Nate said he would look at it but will not do nothing, cus I washed wrong or dried wrong. You are a liar! I never declined anything. To be honest I was told I'd get a call back... still haven't received that call. Very unfortunate indeed Dave!

Absolutely fantastic. Had to take my vehicle in due to front bumper damage. It took nearly 5 months to get it serviced but I can now see why. They did an impeccable job on the bumper and detailed the car (wasn t expecting that). Such a great job, they ve earned my business for life. Thanks Dave s Auto Body!

Daves and did such a great job with my business car. It was pouring down rain when I went to pick it up. The gal even walked me to my car with an umbrella and when I opened up the door, it was so fresh smelling and clean that was just a bonus on top of all the beautiful repair work. Wish I could give them negative 10 stars these guys are scam artists at best! I bring my car here tell them to fix everything wrong with it they said we got you! cut them then the 4,500$ check and all they did was slap a bumper on it and say it was done my control arm is cracked and now I can't even drive the car home and they wanna charge me 50$ a day it sits there even though the car drove fine when I dropped it off they got all my savings to my name and I still can't drive my car but hey I got free details for life on a car I can't safely put my children in thanks Dave's auto body for draining my pocket and leaving me walking and missing work and not holding up to what you promote In your advertisements I coulda fixed it myself for half the price and been able to drive my car after I'm more than mad about their services .

I had the unfortunate experience of the Illinois winter getting the better of me. Long story short skid into the curb and broke some parts on my suspension. Took the vehicle to Dave s, she came back not only fixed but detailed as well. Everyone from reception to the folks in the back that worked on her were wonderful to deal with. Very courteous and professional. A+ team Dave. Hopefully I won t be back but if something does happen again you are the place to go. I can t thank you enough.

Had $27,000 damage to my brand new SUV (2 weeks old) and thought it would never be new again.......I was wrong. No a rattle anywhere after I picked it up! Dave's does an amazing job.

Got a deer with my car in October of 23....took awhile to get it in but it looked as good or better than new when I got back. Worth the wait.

I brought my truck in for a detail that cost over $100. I left with a truck that I could have cleaned better myself for free. There was still dust and dirt inside, and water spots or spots from some other liquid. The face of the radio was so smeared that the display wasn't visable. The speakers on the doors were still caked with dirt. The console hadn't been touched, and neither had the pockets on the doors or the back of the seats. There were still dead bugs and debris on the inside of the bug shield on the hood. The hubcaps were covered in dirt. The bed wasn't touched. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. When I complained to Dave's, the staff was rude to me. He did offer to redo it but I declined. The only positive comments I have are that the windows were spotless, the carpet & upholstery looked brand new, and the cup holder area was spotless as well. Please see the photos I attached. You might have to zoom in on them to see better.

just had my 2012 truck with 18000 miles on it. Detailed again. Wow what a joke. The inner fenders weren t washed as well as the door jams the running boards still covered in dirt. Crome wheels covered in water spots I had a buddy take it up for me and bring it back home, If I would have picked it up it would still be there. I bought a detail for life This detail includes a wash and vacuum. 50 dollars extra for wax. What a joke. They used to do a decent job. The quality is completely gone. I have pics if anyone would like to see them

I found their EV charging station using the Plugshare app. The staff was very friendly and thanked me for using their charging station. That was refreshing since more and more charging locations are trying to limit who they let use their charging stations. It is nice that they have a newer Level 2 charging station to help make the stop worthwhile.

I unfortunately got into a fender bender damaging my drivers side door and fender. I promptly got in for an estimate and on the books for repair. I was greeted by an extremely polite and well dressed gentleman at the front desk. Then followed up by another gentleman that explained my estimate and answered questions. They assisted in filing my insurance. I received my car back good as new and very shiny in less than two weeks. Definitely would recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was actually very disappointed with my experience here. I brought a vehicle in to have one area looked at and he looked at a photo on my phone and stated that "IF That's what I think it is, we wouldn't be interested in doing the work." I said, if? Like why are you just guessing when the vehicle is literally outside your front door...Anyways... he seemed like a very nice man and it's a beautiful facility and all of the employees were polite. I'm sure they do amazing work.

I had my vehicle repaired there from an accident. They were good at communicating what was going on. They do have this great thing where you can get free details for life which equals four per year, but after I got the repair nothing on the paperwork said that so I was a little disappointed about that.

Dave's did a awesome job at repairing my vehicle back to like new condition an even detailed the inside of my vehicle before I picked it up. An earned the detail for life. Definitely would recommend for anybody in the future!

Had over 12,000 dollars work don t to my car took almost 2 months which okay I understand it takes time to get parts in but When I got the vehicle back and got in my warning lights were on so it s clear they didn t even check anything over. They also didn t even put all the screws in correctly and put my vehicle back together right as they made it so my backup screen/control panel was completely blacked out showing no images, and then my car wasn t even aligned correctly if I let go of my steering wheel Would ve been in the ditch as soon as I did. Seems like the kind of place where they rush everything and just slap it together to take your money. Also the body work they did doesn t match with their reviews had to take back a fourth time just to get my door trim put in correctly and panel by the mirror because they didn t bother to secure it or glue it and i was told that s just how my car is which I know for a fact isn t because I had to get upset with them in order for at them to even fix it it was like pulling teeth they need better people in the backAnd to your reply please tell me what more is there? It just sounds like you re trying to cover yourself on shotty work that was done which I have pictures and videos of so please tell me about what more there is?Service: Body & Trim

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Dave's Auto Body. We have trusted them with all of our body repairs and detailing for the last 10 years and they never cease to amaze us with their professionalism, care and quality of their work. Every repair and detailing is personal to them and they make sure it is done to perfection. I m sure we re not the only customers who feel this way, but Dave's staff have made us feel like family. You cannot go wrong taking your vehicle to Dave's Auto Body, but you re definitely wrong taking it anywhere else!Service: Body & Trim

I always get my car detailed every year and it's not always good it comes back with windows streaked or something not right for the money you spend.So I switched and used Dave's for my car detailing twice now and they have done a very nice job each time. The car just shines when I get it back the guys are always very nice to come and pick up my car and bring it back to me and it looks like new each time. Thanks Guys

Dave's always does a great job with my car. They had a old number on file and went out of their way to find a way to contact me to tell me my car was ready. They also reattached my rain guard after it flew off in a car wash. Car came back looking and smelling good. After 10+ years of service they still continue to do great work.

I had my collision repair done at Dave's and was extremely impressed with their service! They went above and beyond and even fixed a few small things that didnt need done. Came to pickup my car and it was freshly detailed and looked like it had just left the factory! Extremely friendly staff and did a great job with communication during the repair process. Will definitely be coming back in the future if needed!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Hard to believe always thought Dave's was the place to go, paid $175 for detailing got my car back still had trash and mess in the cup holders trash in the car inside windows were so scary I could not see to drive in the day if there was any kind of light just an overall bad experience. Never again. I've already done the cleaning on the inside now I guess I will have to get the windows done myself also lesson learned

Went to Dave's for a new bumper after a small accident. Was estimated about a week for the repairs but was back in my car after a day and a half! The work looks great and they went above and beyond with detailing my car. Everyone was extremely friendly!

Very friendly, service-oriented staff. Clean facility, great waiting area if you choose to wait for the service on your vehicle. They're transparent and honest about timing and prices - never had a problem here.

Had a gift certificate for Super wash and wax that my wife won from her breastfeeding group (that Dave's donated to!). They did an AMAZING job as usual. She thought they only did the outside but they also cleaned the windows, interior, vacuumed AND cleaned the engine. Was blown away! Great job to all!

Can't speak twords the body work... as I live in Ohio. but Dave's Gator Sauce is the most amazing mild hot sauce I have had. I have used 3/4 of a bottle in the 2 weeks since I have been home.
