Wade is awesome. Like we have known him forever. He listens to what you want and is very patient. Johnny is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He answers all your questions and is honest when he can't because it's not his expertise. Matt is friendly and very straight forward. I recommend them. I bought a van and a friend bought a car. Very dependable and good quality cars.

I was trying to wait for tax time before I looked for a new vehicle. With the cold temps, I couldn't wait. So I went to City Select and looked at a truck first but the cost was too much and then I saw a Honda Pilot and took it for a test drive and fell in love. Wade Moore was very diligent in helping me get the Honda. I'll forever be grateful for all he did. Everyone I talk to about where I got my car, I tell them I went to City Select and how very helpful they were.

Matt, John, and Raylynn were very helpful. I was in a pinch to get a reliable vehicle quickly, City Select was able to provide that. They got me approved and ready to go before I even got there, all I had to do was take a test drive and sign papers. It was a quick, no-pressure buying experience.

Last weekend our car decided at just over 77,000 miles it needed a new engine . We still owed on the car . After purchasing it brand new at 30,000 we were so close to paying it off . It was absolutely devastating that at lower miles and the car being just over five years old it needed such a major repair . We tried one car dealer and they were not willing to take our car for trade , but wanted to sell us a car for $745 a month . So we would have two payments and a broke down car . They were more concerned about making a buck than helping us . Our next stop was City Select . We told Matt what type of payment we were looking for , we told him about the car , and the first thing he said was I ll buy your car . Whew ! What a relief ! I was expecting negative equity on a new loan , and an outrageous payment . I was so wrong , not only did he listen but he and John went above and beyond . That car is gone , that loan is done , and we left yesterday in a new to us vehicle . Matt and John were both polite , professional, honest and all around amazing . I will recommend City Select Motors to anyone and everyone . I cannot put into words how thankful we are . You guys are absolutely amazing , thank you for your time and efforts !

Just purchased a car from here today. Wade was absolutely wonderful to deal with! Him and the financial dept worked their magic to get me what I needed. I would definitely recommend stopping in to see them! Wade's infectious smile, surely will brighten anyone's day! He even went above and beyond by driving my new purchase to my home, since I kept my other vehicle. Top notch guys!

Went to city for the second time for a new car. Wade is always super patient and went over the top with the other members to help me out with trading in my previous car. He helped me out with the entire process and answered all my questions without hesitation.

My Family has bought there vehicles from City for almost 20 yrs. City had gotten a truck that I checked out. But always looking for the better deal. I went to Carwise. After an hour of working on a deal, management came to me and said they "after crunching the number there is no way can give you the deal that City is offering you " so here I went back to City and signed papers with an awesome deal low payment... knowing that if another dealer can't compete... thanks to Wade and Mark!

I'll give them four stars cuz they had free candy. I don't know anything about the service. I just took a buddy there to buy a car. Pretty sure they will finance anybody. Go gettcha a car.

Wade is an amazing salesman & human! He went out of his way to help me, was patient and never pushed or pressured me. He let me take my time to do my research and looked things up or checked things out when I asked. We are talking over a week here, not hours! He was very understanding of my situation and did whatever he could to help get me into a car! (I just bought it today, so I can t give much of a review on the actual car- but I will come back in a few months to comment on that). The actual buying process was quick & easy! We are grateful for his hard work, patience, kindness & respect- and of course having a car!!

I have bought 5 cars here over the last few years and unfortunately this last one is the worst car I have purchased. In a year and a half, the check engine light has now been on 20 times. I have heard every excuse in the book as to why it comes on or why the same sensor keeps going bad, why my car doesn't get fixed when I am told it will be. I have had 9 loaner cars in the meantime and gone without a car at work while my job requires me to have a vehicle at all times. While the dealership should have traded me out of this car instead of forcing me to deal with all the issues, they fix half the problem and I continue dealing with issue after issue. At one point I was told a new engine would be put in the car... instead the top half was rebuilt instead - the check engine light has been on numerous times since then. As a single mom and someone who manages a local business as well, I can say that I feel taken advantage of by City Select Motors and expect to continue having issues until I can trade this car in... Unfortunately they will not do anything to make it right, such as getting me a different car, so I am forced to continue worrying about if my children and I have safe means of transportation. While I once loved the business and people here, I don't know that I will ever return to City. It is quite unfortunate that I have had to deal with such a stressful situation over and over while dealing with a divorce and my father's death, but I guess it is what it is. City Select is less than remorseful and has yet to make me feel like the situation is rightfully rectified.

My mom bought a car here in 2021. It s been in the shop there twice since it s under warranty. First time they had it for 6 months. They still have it this time, 4 months and counting. She passed away 2 weeks ago. This car is definitely a lemon. Before my mom passed, she said it s been in the shop more than she s been able to drive it.

Well, I wish I could say nice things. It started well with a test drive with Wade. I called a few days later and made an offer. Wade said he had to check with his mgr. I waited 45 min. He called back asking if I was financing with them or my bank. I told him I had a bank loan. Again he said he d call back. That was three days ago. I believe if I d been a man I would have had a different experience. Needless to say they ve lost a great customer.

If u are looking for a good fair deal this is the place to go.I bought one truck and one car here and got and amazing deal on both ask for Matt he will take car of you he's down to earth and up front about everything and he's easy on your pocket book and can honestly say I'd b never go any where else to purchase a nee or used vehicle.

Nice people! Great service! They went above and beyond. We looked at so many cars I couldn t keep track. Until we narrowed it down to what fit into my budget. That alone is great service. The salesman and the owner are nice people. Thanks for the car city select.

I would recommend City Select over and over again . Wade went above and beyond on helping is get through the whole process of my first purchase through City Select!!! He was so patient so helpful and all around the best!! I would definitely recommend Wade and City Select again!!And we also got a great car that I absolutely love.. thank u again Wade!!!
