Back on August 3rd, I went to the station after work and spent $23.03. the cashier at the counter was new and that's fine. But he told me that he didn't think my transaction had went through on my card. I told him that it told me to remove my card on my end so I thought it did. But he insisted that he didn't think so so I slid it again and told him I'm going to be upset if I get double charged. I came home got in my bank app and looked and sure enough I was charged $23.03 twice. The manager of this store is managing both circle k's in Galesburg right now so you can never catch her at the store. And without her I can't get my money back and I did call to let them know that this had happened. So I emailed the corporate office and that's been several days ago and I still have heard absolutely nothing from them. And I can really use that money right now. Their lack of concern of their customers is why I will never go back.

Kind of a nightmare since they started forcing a self checkout scanner that rarely works. In additon there isn't enough space for self checkout. Good luck bagging your stuff unless you want to put everything on the floor next to the counter where the workers go in and out of the cashier area that they aren't cashiering in.

Friendly staff. Can usually find what looking for. Wish corporate would hurry up and fix the fountain pop machine. They have only had the Pepsi one for over 5 months now and with the other Circle K in Galesburg having both fountain machines down it doesn t make the Sip & Save worth it cause you have limited options and if it goes down you re out that money.

Decent food mart type gas station. Mostly clean and had some food items. Was not huge selection but ok

Every time I went there and I got along with only one worker she was very polite and very helpful and generous to me she always made sure to ask me if I had found everything ok and I would tell her thank u for ur service and I went every day she worked and only during her hours and nobody is better than her and her name is DOROTHY PULSE

Went to the bathroom and tried to check out before leaving. Waited at the counter while 2 employees gossiped with a costumer in the middle of the store, loudly using explicatives. I finally received service when I addressed the group and asked for help. They all ignored me and had another employee who had been standing aimlessly across the store address my concerns. Very disappointed with the service, hospitality, and the language used by staff.

This station has a large number of pumps which is convenient because there is no wait. This is a pay before you pump location which is fine as you can choose the exact amount of gas you get. The inside has a selection of what you've come to expect in a modern gas station/convenience store such as soft drinks, coffee, and packaged goods. Staff is pleasant and friendly. Only downside is the bathroom has no paper towels, only a hot air blower. All these do is blow bathroom germs onto your recently washed hands. Trust me, I've been trained in infection control.

Been going to this location for 20+ years, 3 to 4 times a week...long before it was Circle K. It's a simple list, fuel, cigarettes and Redbull (I didn't say healthy). Now more often than not, no Redbull (20oz)...I can see it in the cooler, just not stocked, yet the employees are chatting it up with each other at the counter and cigarettes, nope, out (not for the last 2 days). So tonight sealed the deal, I won't waste my time. I will however miss Steve, an employee who has been there for ever, an original employee for 20 years or better and an amazing person.So to the owner/manager, I will take my $120 a week (that's just for the unhealthy stuff not fuel) and go somewhere else.

Pumps don't work right had to go inside to pay then they charged my card 4 times will never go there again
