The staff is generally always friendly & car wash cleans my vehicle rather well. I pay monthly for 2 vehicles & take them through often so I feel I get my money s worth. I don t usually write reviews, but was asked to when I went through today & said I would. My main reason for posting is because I wanted to talk about an employee, Damari. This gentleman is always very friendly & always goes above & beyond to ensure my vehicle is clean. I appreciate his great service & always look forward to seeing him. Keep up the great work sir!

Great Car Wash, things have improved a lot the last couple of months. All of the team members are very kind and make sure to run up and give my dog a treat.Keaton Ruiz is very friendly and helpful. Give that man a raise!Everything is great except the Champions Xpress accounting team. (The car wash itself has nothing to do with that)

This place is great. They're not open as early as I'd like or they'll randomly close either the wash tunnel or vacuum area, but I'm generally satisfied with my monthly membership. It helps me take better care of my car's interior and exterior.

When I lived in Galesburg and this first opened it was the best car was in town and did a really great job. Not only did the new owners jack up the prices but it's apparent they did not maintain the equipment. The ENTIRE passenger side of the rear bumper was missed. There was standing water on the top of the bumper. There is water spots ALL over including the mirrors as it's apparent the spot free rinse was not working right. I can do a MUCH better job using a manual bay for half the price. AVOID!

They are really nice there and the service is amazing. I live on a dirt road and have a small car; for some reason there is always some dirt left that creeps out from the cracks after I am done there. They always pay special attention to the front before you go through but not so much the back. The problem with the back never being fully clean is one I have at every automatic car wash. The monthly service package is a great deal if you can take advantage of it at least once a week.

New soaps make you feel as clean as your car! The bubblegum scent will make you nostalgic of your childhood. The staff will welcome you in a way that makes you never want to leave! A process so simple and quick you ll question why you ever hand washed your car! The sticker of the month club is so fun the only problem you will have is where to put all your new stickers!

Over all the car wash is ok when everything is working. Most employees are very nice. But why do we need two employees at each automated gate to hit the no receipt button? Which the gate goes up after 3 seconds away?

I had a great experience. Cody took care of me and did a fantastic job. Made me feel like a priority and took care of me the whole time. Great work

I am a member and I spend big dollars monthly at this place....Today, this place wouldn't let me use the bathroom? **I'm 63 years old...when I have to go...I have to GO! The guy told me I couldn't use it! Funny - I've used it before in the past. Stupid rules... poor customer service! (today)

The car wash attendants are always super kind and helpful. Very convenient car wash. Can sign up for unlimited car washes monthly and it just scans your plate and you go on through. Put your car and neutral and have everything taken care of. :)

I had an issue with my card and it wasn t working correctly and a worker named Cody paid for me he was one of the nicest people I have met in awhile it brought back my faith in this community and for that I am grateful

I went to get a wash this last Sunday and let me just say, I don t know who in the world is directing you when you line your tire up in that conveyor but he needs to do a better job! My rim cover on my 2020 dodge charger is now chipped and it s METAL! I am livid and will be talking to the manager as soon as I can, I m leaving this review for anyone with a nice car, just wash it at home it s not worth the trouble! 9/25/22 was the day this happened.

$12 dollars is the cheapest wash you can get. Then the guy stands there where you pay asking for a tip before the wash.On the cheapest wash I'll bet you don't get any special attention and the car wash never does a good job on my tailgate so why would I want to tip before? Tip the washing machine?? Tipping is getting ridiculous. Would be different if they hand washed or dryed the door jams after the wash but they don't.

I have a monthly membership and get my car washed every few days or so. It s a quick stop when you re running errands. Champion Xpress always has friendly customer service.

We have 3 vehicles using the carwash. People are extremely nice and are very helpful with any questions/concerns we have. Recommend everyone to give this carwash a try!

The employees are about the only good thing about this car wash. They are always very friendly.Every time I go, over half of the brushes are not working. I went last night, and I don't think any brushes touched my car except for the one the person used to clean my windows. I am very disappointed each time I go, but we don't have other options in Galesburg. I hoped the new place they were building was a new company, but I just found out it's the same company. I wish they would fix their equipment. This has been an ongoing problem since they changed hands.

I have replied to a few rate or car wash emails and have complained about the Galesburg il location The tire shine only works on drivers side tires and has been this way for months! I guess if you want every to know who is using your car wash just look around town and you ll see all the cars with tire shine on only a few tires. Looks ridiculous and I m about done with the unlimited wash Get it fixed already I m about done with this place

Went through this car wash today just by chance and it was really good I was helped by a gentleman named Cody and he was very helpful if your in the area I d recommend this car wash

It s a popular car wash among the locals. I ve been through there a few times, but I personally am not a fan. It does not get the car totally clean. Today I got it washed after a week long trip out of town, and when I got through, I got out and there was still gravel dust and dirt all over the back of the tailgate and it was spotty with dirt. I asked if I could get it washed again, and they allowed me to. No argument, so that was good. But even the second time through still did not totally get all the dirt off the back of the car. I personally feel there are better car washes in town, especially at the price of $14 for the top tier wash. It s got all the fancy lights and cool things, but ultimately doesn t do all that good of a job.

Monthly plan is great for coming multiple times! Occasionally misses a spot or two but no issues. Christian was friendly and offered assistance if needed! 4/5 Stars

Probably the best car wash. If you don't wanna get out of your car does. Ceramic coating is the best. They leave free rags so you can wipe down your vehicle

Good car wash for the price and attention it gives to your car vacuums have good suction had to wait around 5-10 minutes last Sunday for them to scan my car through because the assistant manager was on break other than the occasional mess ups amazing wash

The car wash is probably the best in town, I haven't noticed any scratches after running my 23 Telluride through it. They spray bug cleaner and hand scrub the front and back before running through the auto wash. The dryer does a decent job of drying the car, but I would recommend a drying towel for a spot free clean. The vacuums are free, and there's spots to pull out if the wash to dry your car.
