I don't think I have enough good things to say about this business and Ben the guy that helped us. My tire blewout so I was stuck. Ben got there within the time he told me on the phone. I have difficulty standing and getting up in general so getting into Ben's truck was hard until he offered me help. He told me about someone he knew had the struggles I did so he understood me and didn't pity me. He got me and my vehicle to where we could get a replacement tire. Along the way he kept my mood high telling me stories and asking me some questions. Great guy. If I manage to get stuck again I'll be calling Guy's.

We were in town for the weekend and our truck broke down. We called Ben at Guy's, he sent Matt with a tow truck to pick up our vehicle. These guys took very good care of us. Had us back on the road in no time. Good guys and very good at what they do. We highly recommend them!!

Called for a tow, hung up on me after I gave my card information.I was expected to wait outside at my car the whole time & asked him if he could just call when here. 30 minutes later I call back & they still haven t left (said he d leave in about 10 more minutes) $95 in-town tow for 2 minutes down the street.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Called at 915 on a Sunday night. Ben picked up immediately and was incredible. My girlfriend was broken down right in front of their yard. Quoted me an hour. Tim was there in 35 minutes. We had a flat tire while out on the highway near Galena. It was dark and cold. After spending more than an hour trying to use 2 different roadside emergency assistance locator services, we found this listing and call Guy's ourselves. They sent Evan who arrived within 30 minutes of our call. He worked hard under horrible conditions and got us on our way. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated this company and its employees. Thank you Guy's!!

My daughter was in an accident on blackjack road going to work (at 1030 am). it took a couple hours for the tow truck to get there. the officer that sat there with us for an hour and half said the tow truck got stuck on a hill and that's what the issue was. when the driver finally got there called them probably about 1130 finally got a call at 2 o'clock saying they were by the resort and would be there shortly. Then took them maybe 40 mins to pull her car out of the ditch and load it on and drop it off 8 miles down the road from where we were. and got charged 390.00! Said they charge per hour and gave me a discount of 20.00 an hour i guess since he got stuck it's my fault? will not be calling guys again for any services.

Great service. Stranded 2.5 hrs from home on a Sunday morning. Hauled me and my hoopdie all the way home as I napped in the passenger's seat (sawing logs, no doubt! )

This towing is a real rip off! The repair was done in 2,5 hours. But we got charged 5,5 and they were only 20miles away!

I just had a hydraulic motor installed on my truck, they went the extra mile and found a few things that needed work, affordable, professional, and trustworthy, and in the semi truck world a must.

They are the biggest rip off in the world got charged 5.5 hours for 2 hrs of service do not call these people if it is good remarks here it s got to be from family members or friends they are very rude jack to be exact

This place is a real rip off charged $425 during a pandemic they drug the front of my car they took a car that was in neutral that is all wheel drive and drug it by the rear wheels probably tore transmission up this place charges top price and there service is terrible do not use this tow service there receptionist is so slow it 20 minutes to print a receipt I was the only customer there don't use this serviceService: Car towing
