Excellent service from beginning to end. Called to ask questions, got a real person right away who was more than friendly and willing to help. Placed an order online and messed it up. Called back and got great service yet again. The phone operator herself went and fixed my problem for me. The correct shifter knob arrived faster than expected and was even nicer than I hoped. Great product and even better service. Would definitely shop here again!

Just called today on an order placed 2months ago as a Christmas present. Only to be told it won't be ready in time. When we placed the order we were told it wasn't a problem. No reason given like "had Covid" just sorry your Christmas present won't be available. I guess unless you order on ebay or are a big name place like I80 truckstop then your a no body that gets shoved to the way-side. Thanks for making a persons Chistmas.

Sent me a poor quality product that didn't represent what was shown on their web page. Return shipping from Canada wasn't worth it so I asked for a discount on a better one. They wouldn't consider a discount or help me in any way to resolve the issue. First pic is from their webpage, second is what they sent me.

I recently stopped by to get a new shift knob for my classic truck. The staff were friendly and the prices were very good for the quality. I told him what I needed, he had me check it over to make sure it was up to par, I paid then talked for a bit and left. I will definitely be stopping in for my next automotive endeavor. Thanks again guys!

I have purchased 2 sets of knobs, 4WD and Shifter, both for Jeeps, and couldn t have been happier. I had to use customer service on one set because of a fitment issue in a 72 CJ 5. They worked out the problem and sent a part right along at no extra cost. My second set is going on it s third year of use, looks just the way it did when new. Knobs are not something you buy frequently but I will certainly use this company again when necessary.

10 days later and still haven t responded to an email. Placed a generic order for a custom knob hoping it would get their attention and we could work out the details. Still no response. Their company website needs work as well.

I ordered a shift knob that came with 3 big scratches in it out of the box. I emailed the company about doing an exchange and never got a reply. Trash product and customer service

The knob they made for me was very sloppy with a terrible job in filling in the engraving. I sent them a photo and emails complaining (twice), and they did not even respond. I will not use them again.
