Bob and his team are the best! Hybrid system failure. Randy figured out where all the problems were and fixed it. Got 2 more mpg than before the issue. If you need a mechanic, this guy is the best one. I can t say that he s super expensive or not, but I ve used this shop for the last 3 times I ve needed a mechanic and he provides a luxurious experience. Will drop you off and your car at work after the work is complete. He goes above and beyond and it really shows. I wish more mechanics were this way.

Bob Reed has done a great job on my car and I totally trust him and his crew to take care of whatever needs to be done. He is willing to give me ride when I drop off my car and always calls with the quote before the work is done. Thanks Bob!

My car was towed to this place after breaking down 1.5hrs from my home. I was charged $240 for a part that I know sells for no more than $150. I tried to work with the guy (I believe his name was Bob) on the price of the part and he wouldn't move on it.

high priced, decent staff , got it wrong the first time, brought it back after fixing what he said was wrong and then figured out it was something different then what he said but still got charged full price when i returned it because of there misdiagnosis . paid for two visits when it should have been one . How hard is it to figure out you have a bad spark plug?
