Open on Sundays!! Big help there!! Had the parts I needed in stock. Got in and it quickly. People there were very helpful getting me the best and proper part..

Stopped in for a couple headlight bulbs and the young lady behind the counter was unbelievably helpful and friendly. She even took the time to install them before I left so I wouldn t have to worry about getting a ticket on my drive home.

I bought an old truck from a kid, and it turned out to be quite the piece of @#$%!!! But luckily O'Reilly auto parts had the things I needed to get it running again. Even the Walmart didn't have the oil filter but O'Reilly did.

Fabulous visit to the Freeport IL location. This very lovely young lady changed both of my headlights for me!! How wonderful was that??!! This store has the best employees!! They are helpful and generous!! I recommend this store to everyone!!!

O'Reilly's has customer service you won't see in other automobile parts stores. I wanted to find out what was wrong with my wife's car, Jessica not only ran a diagnostic test, but printed out the cost of the item and where to fix it. And even wrote down a YouTube video on how to fix it. She saved me around $350 in repair costs! Worth it!!!

Enter at your own risk. O'reilly Auto Parts is a good company as a whole, but beware of this location. The problems here trickle down from the top, with the store manager being most of the problem. Team members, at this location, might be hard to find as they enjoy chit chatting their shift away in the back, playing on their phones in the bathrooms, and smoking out back. Bought something here? Better bring your receipt or they'll act like it never happened.

The staff are always friendly, helpful, and (compared to me) very knowledgeable. I make myself a patron of this place intentionally, any time I have a need to.

It s hit or miss. Sometimes you ll luck out and get a worker that has a clue, and other times, wow . Over half the time they won t have what you need in stock and you may as well order through rock auto, or try Napa if you need it immediately.

I want to give the store manager at the Freeport Illinois store a fantastic review. I purchased a new battery and I had an issue with the connection, John went above and beyond to help me get my mistake fixed. Thank you so much!!

I went in on labor day. They were pretty busy so I waited my turn & asked them to check my battery & alternator. One of the guys said he had only done it once so another guy said I'll come out with you. They said yes the battery was bad, but didn't say much else & didn't check the computer inside the car. They sold me $180 battery & charged me for disposal of the old one even though I didn't leave it there. I swapped the battery out myself & the next day the car wouldn't start again. Had to put it on a trickle charger & took it to the Monroe, WI location. They said the alternator was bad....The whole experience was shady & expensive. Wouldn't recommend to anyone except people that are mechanics and can tell the staff how to do their jobs. The staff was not knowledgeable at either location.

Not bad priced. Inventory management poor. Usually get wrong part, have to run back and forth. Get off the computer and get a Chilton book!!!

Everytime I call O'Reilly's the staff is kind and very helpful they don't leave you on the phone long enough to go grocery shopping like their competitor next door who need training in public relations. Great job O'Reilly's

I was pouring power steering fluid in my car and a very helpful local mechanic stopped to help . I was 5.5 hrs from home and I appreciated hom checking ot over quick.

Please Note: This review is for the Freeport store. Terrible Customer Service. Poor Management. I was stranded in Freeport with a water pump problem. The people at this auto parts store were of absolutely no help and really didn't seem to care. I went just down the street to a different auto parts store and found excellent customer service. If you need help with auto parts in Freeport... I would pass by the O'Reilly store.

Always has what we need, if they dont it's there in a day or two. Salespeople are nice and helpful. Parking in front is tight, on the side is much better.

I really do like this place. Occasionally you will get the ones that are only trying to sell you something. And not care of that's what you need or not. But the majority of them are caring.
