The absolute nicest guys. Walmart was basically screwing me out of tire installation and I called here. They told me to come right on over and even without an appointment. They understood I desperately needed new tires on my car and had me drop it off and they worked on it in between their other appointments. It was really appreciated and I m going to be coming here for everything from here on out and I recommend you do the same.

Not happy being turned away when I needed help.Edit: it is NOT normal for a tire shop to refuse tires to be mounted without inspecting prior. Nobody buys new winter tires and summers every season. Thanks for confirming this is the ONLY tire shop I cannot take my regular business and that will not work with me.

Took my car in with a loud rattling noise, happened on the highway coming home from Rockford. When I called them they got me in a couple hours later! He found the problem fixed it and had it done the same afternoon!! Unprofessional rude never going back agin my husband went in there to see if they could change our tires and they where very rude about it so we will never give them our service what so ever said they won t work on our tires cause they where used it s a Nissan leaf electric vehicle we decided on what we put on our car tech was rude to my husband can t do a simple job they where used tires why would I put on new tires if I am trading out of my vehicle just put on use tires not hard to understand the assignment go some where else local

What a pleasant surprise! Was heading to a different fast oil change place when I pulled in to see what they offered. Best mistake I ve made in a while! Delightful service. Honest, fast and not once did I feel intimidated or stupid! Great treatment of a woman. Car was done quickly efficiently and economically. Stumbled upon Happy Car today when our brakes had an issue on the way to Freeport from Pearl City. Most places were closed or full but they were open and happy to check out our truck and realized it needed taken care of right away to prevent further damage! They had parts from Carquest delivered promptly and fixed our problem while I waited! The best part was the friendly and knowledgeable staff Seth and Bryant! You guys were awesome! Friendly knowledgeable staff. I was running late, and they still took care of my wife's car on a Saturday. That pipe definitely needed to be replaced, lol. Quiet car again and new front brakes!
